Sir,
I have made a payment against my post paid number [protected] today (I. E the 7th of june, 2018 for a sum of rs 710 whereas my outstanding bill till date is rs.707 only, through my sbi personal mobile banking service.
The balance has been deducted from my account yet my service has not been yet resumed.
I request you therefore to look into this matter seriously as my outgoing services are barred.

Hello. I am a customer of airtel. My phone no is[protected]. I have recharged with 448 from airtel app and there was some cash back. The total amount is 403. But i did not get the pack value and the amount is deducted is twice from my bank account.

    I have requested airtel customer care to discontinue my dth connection on 10.11.2017. I had already paid for the entire 1 year subscription. They told me that hd box would be collected by their staff and i will get proportionate refund. Since that time i have called the customer care no. Of times. Every time they are saying that i will get a call back. Neither i received any call nor any one turned up for collection of box. Registered contact no.in connection [protected]

      We had airtel broad band and airtel telephone land line. Due to improper speed and ours being a customer service outlet, our business got affected daily. Hence we opted for another network.
      In this circumstances, we informed nearby airtel office and we remitted the april bill and they ensured us that everything would be disconnected, not only the broad band but also the land line.

      But to our surprise we are still getting land line bill and no disconnection had happened. Customer service people doesn't do what they assure. I do not know what airtel management is doing. Customer service doesn't care for customers.

      We are making very clear that we have informed airtel to disconnect both land line and broad band. Besides, we are not responsible for your wrong billing. It is sure, that we would not pay anything. So it is advised to reverse your bill and give us a clear confirmation by return mail.

        I have recharged my prepaid mobile [protected] on the scheme o[censored]nlimited data and calls for 84 days on 2.4.18 for 399/- vide transid [protected]. On recharging the msg shown was successful unlimited all calls for 70 days instead of 84 days validity, again immediately, i reced msg that benefit o[censored]td calls extended to 84 days. As per that, my validity period should be upto 24.6.18. But today the calls are charged. As per msg from toll free no. The actual balance is 24.6.18. Pl see to it and revert to me.

        I have recharged with third party website with 149...it doesn’t match with airtel ...Airtel is telling we are not registered with any recharge app.they disconnected call without resolution
        Today I am facing a problem in which signals is not available of my phone.it shows server error occured while getting activation..means activation of sim is not possible

          My brother accidentally dropped phone and his phone screen broke. Answer from airtel secure team was this is “Negligence”. I am going crazy thinking how come dropping phone is not an accident? What constitutes accident then? Why create an insurance service when you cannot fulfill it ? You guys claim big things, we fix even in case of liquid damage. This is all marketing gimmicks. Reality is you guys are making people fool. Rejection claim is Negligence. You think people break there phones with their own will ? I have not seen someone do it. This is utter nonsense.

            I was changed my airtel sim into 4g sim, for that airtel delear charged 100rs from me, actual price for non 4g cities 25, if 4g city, there is no cost for 4g sim. It is not first time, before also have bad experience, when i am updated aadhar they are taken 50rs for that.

              Incoming and outgoing calls are not connected .Sometime connected and most of the times not connected.Whatever number I dial or others call me I am getting the reply 'NOT REACHABLE OR NOT CONNECTED".This problem exist for the last one week and I am totallykept out of any contacts.

                My telno [protected] of fixed line is not working for more then a month aftr registered compalins after both internet access was blocked and wifi too now the mode of communcating with 121 is also not exissting on my fixed line.
                I am not getting the benifit of the amount i am forced to pay by airtel ever billing prepaid bill. Which motivates me to get done with airtel and use other available system for brousing net

                  Recharge of rs.199/- was done on 2 nd june thru card no...7710
                  Utr no is[protected]. I have not received sms confirming the recharge.
                  My credit balance also does not reflect this recharge. This is awfully
                  Bad situation. Since this is a prepaid service with a fixed time frame,
                  I should get the credits on time. Can you confirm the credit immediately?

                    I made a recharge of Rs. 3000 in Airtel dth.
                    The amount was credited and it was showing in my account also.
                    But after around 3-4 weeks, I received a message that I have insufficient balance in my account. When I contacted Airtel CC, they told me that the last recharge was reversed (No reason stated). And that it will be back in the bank from where I recharged. When I asked them transaction ID from which they did the refund, the gave me the same transaction ID from which recharge was done. They have no proof of refund.
                    I did not received any refund.
                    I have contacted the CC more than 10 times, and every time first I explain the matter to CC for 10-15 minutes. Then the call is transferred to senior, where again I explain them the whole matter. They keep saying that matter will be resolve in around 24-48 hours and I will receive a call back. But neither the problem was solved, nor did I received any call from them. They even asked me to write an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com
                    I did the same and an automated reply came that I will be addressed soon ( email reference -- [protected])
                    But neither did I received any mail, nor did I got any call.

                    I am fed up calling Airtel CC.
                    If this amount was small, I might have left it, but 3000 is not a small amount.

                    I need this issue to be solved immediately. If they are hell bent on saying that refund has been done, they should give proof of refund (like any transaction ID), so that I can go to bank and show then the proof and ask for refund. Because the bank is saying that no refund has been done from Airtel.

                      i have had two unpleasant experience with airtel broadband.

                      First Issue. - I have been using this number since Sep 2017 and paid in advance for six month to avail the discount. i renewed the same in March 2018 and in May when i had purchased a flat, i asked for shifting of the phone, Airtel informed me that this is not transferable and the amount will not be adjusted after the phone is shifted and i forfeit the amount which was around 3500 /- . I was informed that the scheme doesnt permit while i was sure that i had spoken in Sep 2017 with the person who came for connection that there is no such issue for transfer of the telephone as its normal in most cases
                      I want this case to be heard and resolved

                      Second Issue - I asked for shifting of phone on 26 May and the phone was to be connected on 29 May at new site in Gurugram, I telephone installation team person promtly reached and connected the internal line and left saying the engineer will visit me in 30 mins time and for two days no one turned up, i keep contacting all the person namely, Prashant, Kundan, Bhagwan, Raghav all in Gururgram area, Till date the connection has not been made and now these people dont pick up the calls
                      I have made call at customer care also on 05 May and the lady informed me that the urgent complaint has been raised and things will be done by evening, Its now 9, 45 Pm on 06 Jun 18, nothing has been done

                      I have been informed that its related to some activation code and making me go on spin for last 10 days now, without connection

                      i recommend people to avoid airtel connection, be it mobile or landline,

                        I have tried reaching several times about my sim which is automatically got stopped working. I have sent mail to customer service, they said ur number is given to someone else.
                        I was using this sim since 10 years and my all personal and professional contact i have lost, i m currently working in dubai and can't able to come and sort out this issue, due to which i m not at all satisfied with these kind of services airtel gives to their old committed customers.

                        Kindly assist.

                          I am facing network as well as voice issues in my area since 2 months. I have a data pack which includes 4g service. My handset is Redmi note 3. I have checked all the pre requisites to achieve good data quality on my handset. I have filed a complaint on open network issues number as provided by the Airtel app. My complaint number is [protected]. The customer care replies with the same answer that there is network congestion. My question is, have Airtel stopped charging me data services for past 2 months?

                              I am using airtel no: [protected] (With 275 rental) since last 4+ years.

                              But unfortunately, i am receiving wrong bill details since activation. I have made lot of complaints but no improvement while it increases with unnecessary charges which i paid, like:

                               hello tunes were set with any confirmation.
                               unnecessary charges applied.

                              Even said number services has been stopped by which i am facing lot of problem.

                              We installed the airtel digital tv for 1 year.
                              It started non working mode after 1 week and no proper repose from airtel .
                              The most worse service in INDIA .
                              No One from airtel going to give the answer properly .It is the most worse service every i seen .

                                I have logged network related issue past two month before till now it's resolved.
                                Even from airtel network technical engineer came to my room and checked and told me that the network is worst. Every month my bill generating with rs 100 discount. And i really don't know how this bill coming as i am not using mobile data and voice call service on that extend.
                                I request just give me full discount on my bill until and unless this is resolved by the airtel.

                                Issue is from 1 week but nobody is resolving it.

                                  Yesterday suddenly sim failed i remove shim again again insert shim failed after i go to customer care office person told new shim to be change. Ok you insert shim 4hrs after load. Ok 10pm shim load calls no issue.
                                  Incoming and outgoing sms issue. Receive and send issue. Still sms incoming and outgoing problem. Pls resolve the issue.

                                    Dear team, on my airtel postpaid bill for the period of 02-may-2018 to 01-jun-2018, an amount of inr 10 has been charged for sending two sms to international no[protected] which is also mentioned on the bill whereas i have not sent any such type of sms. This is totally fraud & unacceptable from a customer point of view, its a not about inr 10, its about wrong or unacceptable reason for charging extra amount.

                                      The services unlimitedvids (125 rupees) and spuulmovies (60 rupees) got activated automatically and amount got deducted from my prepaid account. There is no web history for that site in cell phone too. How come u dirrectly deduct balance. Kindly look and solve the issue as soon as possible. Credit the amount back to my prepaid account.

                                        Yesterday 05th june 2018 around 12:30 pm to 1 pm, one fraud transfer of 25000 rs happened from my father's icici bank account[protected] using debit card details to airtel money. My father ram achal singh already filed report in local police station.

                                        That fraud person (Pankj kumar sharma name told on phone call) asked account and debit card details over phone and did this transaction.

                                        Please revert this transaction.
