I have 4 numbers all in airtel family plan. I am not able to call other 3 numbers from my number [protected]. I issued complaint with airtel about 15 days back and no response till now
I am able to call other numbers which are not mine

      My name is Manoranjan Mohanty, I have an issue for document verification on airtel sim but when I submitted my document in airtel store. They said that you can not submit you can come tommorow it will resolve. Then they say that we need to tale a new sim with charge 100. Then after one day I come they said that sim data is not found we cann't do anything. Then I go to main branch of airtel store there also said that we can not do anything. We can do postpaid sim on that number.
      But customer service said that we can do activate your with submitting document on airtel store. But They are not listning anytging and the behaviour of the staff was very bad. I was totally disappointed for this. My airtel payment bank also linked in this number and some balance also there. I also recharged in this number 3 days back.
      Please help me regarding this

            Hello, I have registered a complaint for Airtel broadband internet connection disconnect on 26th December, 2022, 1:19PM. Ticket ID: [protected]. Airtel engineer visited my place and identified the problem that Broadband main cable has been cut off outside, and it has been communicated to the concern team to rectify the issue on the same day. But there is no team visited on 26th dec to fix that. I also informed the same to the local Airtel team member (Rajesh) on the next day morning (27th dec 2022), he also promised this issue will be solved soon. I was waiting for the entire day but no response from the Airtel side. Till today (28th dec 2022), I have connected with Airtel customer care more than 6 times and talked with four 1st supervisors, I am getting the same reply that it has escalated as high priority. Till now no resolution provided. I am facing this internet problem for 3 days. I already paid for 3 months. I am very much disappointed with the service provided by Airtel. As I am working from home, and in high priority projects for a private company, I couldn't work for 3 days due to this issue. Very worst service from Airtel broadband. I wanted to bring this into this forum to get a quick resolution. Or else I wanted to disconnect Airtel Xtreme Fiber connection and claiming my remaining payment which I already paid for the next 2 months. Please do the needful. Thanks.

              I am using an Airtel postpaid card & recently (since 02 months) I am facing issues with Airtel calls & internet usage from my home location, raised 03 tickets but still not able to get the resolution from your end. Kindly check from your end as i am facing this issue & getting no response from your end team despite raising multiple tickets the tickets are closed without any confirmation.

              Below are tickets I have raised which are still open & not getting any response from your team, i have dropped an email to "[protected]@airtel.com" but still after sending multiple reminders no one is responding.

                I took airtel xstream connection in 27 december 2022 at house no. 1991, partap colony, kharkhoda, Sonipat. Before and at the time of installation I was told by the representatives that the range of the router upto 4th floor house but after installation I am unable to connect my device on 1st floor . However no such service has been given. Customer care team is least helpful. Either they do not receive the call. Local representative was extremely arrogant when contacted on phone and no one is ready to own any responsibility. I am no more interested in availing such services and neither I will recommend this service to anyone.

                    I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel... and the airtel executive charged me 200 extra in the name of KYC verification... and when i asked to show the proof where it is given that the charge for KYC is 200... he/she was not responding..

                        This is to inform that I processed a mobile recharge of Rs.719/- on 10.11.2012. But due to some technical error from Airtel side it was not processed and got failed.

                        As per notification message from airtel that refund was to be processed with 7 to 10 days. But it has been more than one month since this incident happened and no action has been taken yet.

                        Therefore, I request you to please get the refund processed for the aforementioned matter.

                          They have asked to provide the documents on 21st December 2022 and same has been activated with in 24 hours.
                          again they have disconnected the service and asking to buy new sim also not paying back my 1 year plan money.
                          just to eat customer money they planning new new technique.
                          they are harassing me from last 1 week and i have fall in to big loss and now need to change every where that no as its my registered mobile no.
                          since Airtel is responsible to cover all my loss with compensation and they have to pay the penalty for harassment.
                          after 100 e mails they will reply to visit store and store will not have any information since they have dependency on customer support or back end support.
                          really worst service provider.

                          if we Visit Store they says they have submitted Successfully but Airtel updated stating not received documents. but once document submitted service provided and again after 6 days you started new drama. first up all its been a week i m asking why do you need documents after 7 to 8 years.
                          Due to Airtel irresponsible i have fall in to loss and those e mails has been shared. now i need Airtel to give my loss as well compensation for troubling a women from a week. seriously you are harassing me so much left with leaving my life. I deserve a compensation with apology from Airtel.
                          they want to eat customer money by disconnecting service and remain plan amount and again to get that no customer will pay money so over all they are just cheating.
                          Begging is more respectful than robbery .
                          No one is Working in Airtel and they are knowing they have messed up and unnecessarily disconnect the service to get just to eat my 1 year plan money.
                          such a Fraud service provider.
                          I need my loss amount and your irresponsible behavior roaming there here my time has wasted and leaving my i should roam what Airtel think every one make house next to Airtel store to visit daily?
                          or you have given me the flat next to Store to daily will visit and request 100 email to reply and provide the service which you disconnected just to eat customer money.
                          So cheap behavior. i need all My loss and trouble which faced due to Airtel to be paid penalty for the same.
                          The delay you make that much penalty to be added along with my loss amount. screenshot has been shared already what loss i have gone through.

                            I have a airtel phone number for which I made recharge of Rs. 3359 for a year. The recharge was made on 8th December 2022. The sim got deactivated on 16th December 2022.
                            I went to nearby airtel store(FC road, Pune). The sim was purchased by my father- who expired last year due to covid. My younger brother was using this number. We were not aware of this till sim got deactivated. The airtel store people informed us your number belongs to "Mumbai circle". Visit your home location and they will give you your money back with transfer of sim ownership.

                            I made a visit to Mumbai airtel store for the change, they informed me that they can only give me Rs. 600 discount if I am ready to convert the prepaid to postpaid.

                            Getting the number started was urget as it is associated with many bank accounts, Adhar cards, study groups. I took the deal for the time being and I have been following up with them for my remaining refund of RS. 2759.

                            They have refused the give me my money point blank. I have even informed them that I have lost my parents and I am taking care of my parents education. This is costing me a lot. Still they are not ready to return my remaining amount

                            Please help me get this sorted.

                              आपको सादर अवगत कराना है कि पीड़ित प्रार्थी इमरान खान ने एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक ऐप द्वारा दिनांक[protected] को समय रात्रि 10:42 बजे अपने मोबाइल संख्या [protected] पर रूपए - 666/- का रिचार्ज किया था जिसका सन्दर्भ संख्या[protected] है जोकि सफलतापूर्वक रिचार्ज नहीं हो पाया था | इस सम्बन्ध में पीड़ित प्रार्थी ने कम्पनी के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर एक शिकायत दर्ज करवायी थी जिसका शिकायत संख्या [protected] है | पीड़ित प्रार्थी पिछले लगभग एक माह से कम्पनी के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर कॉल करके ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी से अपनी राशि रूपए - 666/- की वापसी का अनुरोध कर रहा था | पीड़ित प्रार्थी ने दिनांक[protected] को कम्पनी के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर समय सुबह 11:14 बजे कॉल किया तो ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी कुनाल कर्मकार द्वारा पीड़ित प्रार्थी को गुमराह किया गया तथा कुनाल कर्मकार द्वारा बिना किसी संतोषजनक जवाब दिए पीड़ित प्रार्थी कॉल काट दिया गया इसके तुरन्त 81 मिनट बाद दिनांक[protected] को ही दोपहर के समय 12:35 बजे एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक ग्राहक अधिकारी ने मोबाइल संख्या [protected] से पीड़ित प्रार्थी को कॉल किया तथा पीड़ित प्रार्थी से कहा कि आपके द्वारा दिनांक[protected] को एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक ऐप से रूपए – 666/- का रिचार्ज किया गया था जोकि तकनीकी खराबी के चलते सफलतापूर्वक रिचार्ज हो नहीं पाया था जिसके अंतर्गत आपके द्वारा एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर रूपए – 666/- की राशि वापसी हेतु एक शिकायत भी दर्ज करवाई गयी थी तथा पीड़ित प्रार्थी से कहा आपके रिचार्ज की राशि रूपए- 666/- की वापसी के लिए आपको एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र से मै ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी बात कर रहा हूँ कृपया आप अपने खाते की जानकारी हमसे साझा कीजिये उसी में रिचार्ज की राशि वापस करेंगे | पीड़ित प्रार्थी द्वारा अपने खाते की जानकारी साझा करते ही पीड़ित प्रार्थी के मोबाइल संख्या [protected] पर राशि डेबिट होने के मैसेज आये जो पीड़ित प्रार्थी के स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के खाता जिसका खाता संख्या [protected] से समय दोपहर 12:49 बजे रूपए – 5, 000/- जिसकी ट्रांसक्शन आईडी[protected] है व बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के खाता जिसका खाता संख्या [protected] से दो ट्रांसक्शन समय दोपहर 12:51 बजे रूपए – 1, 500/- जिसकी ट्रांसक्शन आईडी[protected] है क्रमशः समय दोपहर 12:52 बजे रूपए – 700/- जिसकी ट्रांसक्शन आईडी[protected] है काट लिए गए पीड़ित प्रार्थी ने उक्त नम्बर पर दोबारा संपर्क करना चाहा तो संपर्क नहीं हो पाया | पीड़ित प्रार्थी के द्वारा ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर रिचार्ज की राशि रूपए - 666/- की वापसी हेतु की गयी कॉल के 81 मिनट बाद ही दोपहर के समय 12:35 बजे पीड़ित प्रार्थी को रिचार्ज की राशि वापसी हेतु कॉल की गयी इससे ये प्रतीत हो रहा है कि एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र के कर्मचारियों द्वारा ग्राहक की निजी जानकारियों को साझा ठगी का कार्य किया जा रहा है | एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र के कर्मचारियों द्वारा ठगी का कार्य चल रहा है जिसकी ज़िम्मेदारी पूण रूप से एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक की है |
                              पीड़ित प्रार्थी के पास ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी से की गयी वार्तालाप की ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग मौजूद है |
                              अत: आपसे अनुरोध है कि पीड़ित प्रार्थी के रूपए – 7, 200/- एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक कम्पनी से वापस करवाने के आदेश पारित करने की कृपा करें जोकि न्यायहित में उचित होगा |
                              पीड़ित प्रार्थी आपका सदैव आभारी रहेगा धन्यवाद |

                                    I made two time reacharge one in Google pay and another one in Airtel thanks app. First I made in Google pay then I cancelled Airtel thanks app but in both I got message and amt was deducted.
