महोदय,
आपको सादर अवगत कराना है कि पीड़ित प्रार्थी इमरान खान ने एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक ऐप द्वारा दिनांक[protected] को समय रात्रि 10:42 बजे अपने मोबाइल संख्या [protected] पर रूपए - 666/- का रिचार्ज किया था जिसका सन्दर्भ संख्या[protected] है जोकि सफलतापूर्वक रिचार्ज नहीं हो पाया था | इस सम्बन्ध में पीड़ित प्रार्थी ने कम्पनी के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर एक शिकायत दर्ज करवायी थी जिसका शिकायत संख्या [protected] है | पीड़ित प्रार्थी पिछले लगभग एक माह से कम्पनी के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर कॉल करके ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी से अपनी राशि रूपए - 666/- की वापसी का अनुरोध कर रहा था | पीड़ित प्रार्थी ने दिनांक[protected] को कम्पनी के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर समय सुबह 11:14 बजे कॉल किया तो ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी कुनाल कर्मकार द्वारा पीड़ित प्रार्थी को गुमराह किया गया तथा कुनाल कर्मकार द्वारा बिना किसी संतोषजनक जवाब दिए पीड़ित प्रार्थी कॉल काट दिया गया इसके तुरन्त 81 मिनट बाद दिनांक[protected] को ही दोपहर के समय 12:35 बजे एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक ग्राहक अधिकारी ने मोबाइल संख्या [protected] से पीड़ित प्रार्थी को कॉल किया तथा पीड़ित प्रार्थी से कहा कि आपके द्वारा दिनांक[protected] को एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक ऐप से रूपए – 666/- का रिचार्ज किया गया था जोकि तकनीकी खराबी के चलते सफलतापूर्वक रिचार्ज हो नहीं पाया था जिसके अंतर्गत आपके द्वारा एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर रूपए – 666/- की राशि वापसी हेतु एक शिकायत भी दर्ज करवाई गयी थी तथा पीड़ित प्रार्थी से कहा आपके रिचार्ज की राशि रूपए- 666/- की वापसी के लिए आपको एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र से मै ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी बात कर रहा हूँ कृपया आप अपने खाते की जानकारी हमसे साझा कीजिये उसी में रिचार्ज की राशि वापस करेंगे | पीड़ित प्रार्थी द्वारा अपने खाते की जानकारी साझा करते ही पीड़ित प्रार्थी के मोबाइल संख्या [protected] पर राशि डेबिट होने के मैसेज आये जो पीड़ित प्रार्थी के स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के खाता जिसका खाता संख्या [protected] से समय दोपहर 12:49 बजे रूपए – 5, 000/- जिसकी ट्रांसक्शन आईडी[protected] है व बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के खाता जिसका खाता संख्या [protected] से दो ट्रांसक्शन समय दोपहर 12:51 बजे रूपए – 1, 500/- जिसकी ट्रांसक्शन आईडी[protected] है क्रमशः समय दोपहर 12:52 बजे रूपए – 700/- जिसकी ट्रांसक्शन आईडी[protected] है काट लिए गए पीड़ित प्रार्थी ने उक्त नम्बर पर दोबारा संपर्क करना चाहा तो संपर्क नहीं हो पाया | पीड़ित प्रार्थी के द्वारा ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर रिचार्ज की राशि रूपए - 666/- की वापसी हेतु की गयी कॉल के 81 मिनट बाद ही दोपहर के समय 12:35 बजे पीड़ित प्रार्थी को रिचार्ज की राशि वापसी हेतु कॉल की गयी इससे ये प्रतीत हो रहा है कि एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र के कर्मचारियों द्वारा ग्राहक की निजी जानकारियों को साझा ठगी का कार्य किया जा रहा है | एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र के कर्मचारियों द्वारा ठगी का कार्य चल रहा है जिसकी ज़िम्मेदारी पूण रूप से एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक की है |
पीड़ित प्रार्थी के पास ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी से की गयी वार्तालाप की ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग मौजूद है |
अत: आपसे अनुरोध है कि पीड़ित प्रार्थी के रूपए – 7, 200/- एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक कम्पनी से वापस करवाने के आदेश पारित करने की कृपा करें जोकि न्यायहित में उचित होगा |
पीड़ित प्रार्थी आपका सदैव आभारी रहेगा धन्यवाद |

    Kindly grant permission for the same.

        I made two time reacharge one in Google pay and another one in Airtel thanks app. First I made in Google pay then I cancelled Airtel thanks app but in both I got message and amt was deducted.

                I have received an text stating your service will be stopped from so and so date and mentioned documents to be submitted in the Airtel store.
                1. In the store no one can able to tell what is the reason to block out going call also why suddenly requested for document submission.
                2. Either customer care support can help me with the reason.
                i havent asked for new sim or reported any issue since why all of sudden asking for documents to be submitted and stopped out going calls and text msgs?
                is anyone recently asked new sim? as you can see many fraud happening customer have all right to know the reason where Airtel not even supporting as well none of them aware or knowledge to check necessary detail.
                i think its better to get education and training on basic thing.
                hope Airtel or outsider trying for some fraud and if i find duplicate sim issues or new sim issued in my name to someone else Airtel is all responsible. your irresponsibility causing me loss from 1 day and you have to fill that.

                After 5 days they have removed service and asking to buy new sim as they can eat my 1 year plan money and such a worst service provider

                its been 3 rd day where i am calling and e mail to customer support.
                they dont even have basic knowledge to check necessary details. its been 2 days+ where i have submitted the documents to store and till now service not given.
                is really you guys submitted the documents are misusing it or put it in dust bin. looking at customer care behavior and store employees anything can happen.
                change the name wecare to we dont care. i have sent e mail to we care 121 e mail and nodal officer still wecare and 121 send separate e mails stating connect to 121 as wecare dont look in to this issue same with 121. they just playing a dirty game.

                    Every year one or other will happen and we should leave all work and roam to Airtel office.
                    i have recharged 1 year plan since no respect for me and the branch manager speak with Gutka and say do what ever you want. write e mail to anyone call anyone.
                    look at the audacity ? for what that much just because i am a women and i cannot do anything ?
                    ask your employees to keep their men ego with them and sending simple text go to nearest airtel shop will solve problem ?
                    do you know the time value ? leaving our work all the time will do same?
                    i need my 1 year plan recharge money back i will go to other network. after knowing already recharged you guys disrespect. i am scared to go to branch now dont know what they do to me also what they do with my documents. anything happened to me or to my no not working anything Airtel is the reason.

                      Sir yesterday I have paid Airtel Mobile no [protected] bill of Rs. 7321/- by Transaction id MBK/[protected] DT 19/12/2022. But Airtel did not get this amount.
                      Please solve my problem.

                              Hi, I have filed disconnection request of my broadband connection by airtel in the 3rd or 4th week of October since I got a connection from another internet service provider. I am receiving SMS and email stating I owe Airtel a huge sum of approx Rs.1500/- till date with is a major distress every other day and I am at loss of my mental peace, please help!

                              I'm in desperate need of help to get rid of you guys and it feels like clutch I'm stuck in with no help as any number of attempts to havey issue addresses are deliberately disconnected and nobody is heloing me till date. I request you to relieve of this distress, please!!

                                  I applied for airtel xtreme fibre broadband service on 8 November 2022 and paid sum of 3004 via airtel link. But broadband was not installed even after 20 days, so i asked for refund. Now local airtel office are not clarifying on status of my refund.

                                  It has been more than 40 days since applying for service.

                                    I have taken Airtel DTH in June 2022 by paying Rs 2200 where 1 month subscription is paid in advance but I have not been given the 1 month validity subscription and the validity showing in my account is till 31 dec 2022 with balance as Rs 217.18 and Rs 15 is deducted twice on 28 nov and 15 August as service charge which should have been deducted for which I have attached screenshot but I have not received any response till now please look into the same at the earliest thank you

                                      Have been complaining about my wifi connection for the past 6 days and nobody has resolved the issue
                                      we have been working from home and this is such a hassle

                                      Every time i call customer care, they say it will take 24 hours but nobody has resolved anything

                                      When is the issue going to be resolved?
                                      If this poor customer support is going to be the case with airtel, i would surrender the connection.

                                      nobody shares a proper response and nobody resolved the issue. This is unacceptable behaviour from a reputed brand like this.

                                      The concerned technician wont even attend calls,
