Airtel — pos detail not found

Sir my lapu no is [protected].when i activate new sim to customer it show error that possible detail not found of lapu no [protected].plzz help me I talk with cc he say install acpl but it didn't work. Over 2 month problem but they didn't solve to help to solve this problem
