Airtel — prepaid international roaming 296 plan | |||
This complaint is regarding airtel prepaid services. Airtel sent me a message with a link to recharge my prepaid mobile number to enable international roaming. Accordingly as i found the plan feasible today i recharged my prepaid airtel no. With ₹296/- 30 days validity which said i get 40 mins local and international calls to india with free incoming. I made 1 call lasting 5 mins (From us to india) and received 1 incoming call from india lasting 5 mins. My account balance has depleted to a mere ₹19/-. I dont understand how this could happen. After numerous complains to the customer care, I am still not able to make STD landline calls. Though, I have main balance, customer care executives pretend to not understand my problem and disconnects the call saying I should have main balance.
