I got my number ported from Vodafone to Airtel. It was very careless attitude of Airtel executives that they delivered a wrong SIM at my address. The SIM number of the SIM which is with me and the one with the Airtel is not matching . I have called them hundreds of times to look in to the matter since the Airtel number is my official number. Also the customer care executive (Ankush Gupta) talked in a very rude manner . Till now, resolution has not been provided. Also, because of their careless attitude my number is still out of service .       Hi, I post the request for Number portability from Mumbai region to Hyderabad region since 30 July, but till now no action is done on same. I apply for this twice In this duration.               I am a Airtel customer. I have got ported in to Airtel from Vodafone trusting their quality network. But now I feel totally cheated by the frequent call drops for the past one month. And I called 121 to report the same. But that gave me highest irritation. I could not reach any option for contacting customer care personnel. I do not why they changed their IVR like this. The highest point of irritation reached today when I am talking to my client about 6 times I had to call back within 10 mins. I feel totally cheated by Airtel. Imagine what my client think of me!! Go to hell Airtel!! My Number: [protected] Operator: Irritating Airtel And I forgot to mention, just 10 mins before I called 121 for 4 times and even 2 of those calls got dropped. Moreover, I am not in Karadunga Jungle. I live in Bangalore and My handset says full Airtel tower/signal. Airtel... Don't cheat your customers!!

                Sir, Again airtel did it's swindling. I use airtel 3g in my no., [protected]. Recently I recharged top up of rs., 255 to use 1gb 3g for 28. I used the SIM, bought on behalf of my sister's name, rozeara khatun, in my HTC desire 816 which is net metre enabled smartphone. From last two days I found airtel wrongfully deducted approx 450mb 3g data. With less usage, today I found a pop up msg showing that I have used 267mb 3g data and current balance, only 14.99mb. Therefore, I request you sir, to take proper action against this folly of airtel. Thanks, Roquibul

                      I am Dr Vijaya Wakodkar w/o Dr T. D. Wakodkar we are using three Airtell connections exclusively for internet use but sorry to say we are not happy with the service you provide us, reason being that the service is very poor and no body there to lesion and rectify the problem .
                      The number [protected] isbelongs to Dr T D Wakodkar in his clinic is not in service since more than one month many complaints registered but nobody bothered still it is in nonworking condition.
                      Second number is of my clinic [protected] is off and on not in service always giving trouble I am fade up of the scenario.
                      [protected] is my residence no has the same story always out of service you can check the bills payment we paid, we are very particular and regular.
                      Your costumer care no always out of order, costumer complaint service is poor Now I think this is too much to say and decided for opting the other option of other brand

                        Dear Sir, It is very surprising your company is doing lots of marketing on “Airtel 4G” but you are not taking care of your existing customers.The number mentioned in subject is dead from last 20 days.I have recently purchased 2 4G connection fro my company and planning for some more devices.Your broadband services in Faridabad is Very poor.I think our decision with Airtel was wrong.I would like to request please review the problem and close it asap.I have few more quires for other broadband numbers.Your cable is disconnected and connection is not working from last 20 days. We purchased a broadband “[protected]_DSL” before two months.Speed of the connection 2MBPS. Please note following points which I have collected during follow-up with Airtel Team. Me:—What is Reason that we are not getting Speed more than 2 MBPS In Sector 15 Faridabad?. Airtel:- There is no feasibility of more than 2 MBPS. Me:-Why? Airtel:- Copper is very old from Sector 12 Faridabad to Sector 15 Faridabad.It will take some time in change. Me.How much time.? Airtel: Don’t have any Idea. I would like to request you please send my concern to your senior and discuss my issue with your team.Please ask them to sudden visit Sector 10 office from where these all activities operated and dropped.You know Sector 15, 16 of Faridabad is most prominent area of Faridabad.Should I purchased 4 G and disconnect all broadband.                           My Airtel prepaid number [protected] has been deactivated with no valid reason. As per airtel policy, the number will be deactivated, only if there is no usage for more that 90 days. But my prepaid number was deactivated even before 40 days of no usage. I have made outgoing call to "+[protected]" on 3rd week of June from my prepaid number and the total usage was around Rs.100. But my prepaid number was deactivated on 7th Aug 2015. Getting frustrated after seeing improper replies from Airtel customer care saying the number cannot be given back.                               I have made a recharge of 243 on my number [protected] with txn i.d. 300426 as it was showing me 1gb 3g data on airtel app in my handset. But afterwards I got a message that I have 200mb 3g data for 7 days only. Then Customer care is telling me that your money can not be refunded, this offer is not valid for you. It means they are fooling us with airtel app. Please refund my money after deducting 200mb data cost.

                                from this particular number they are calling my number [protected] and call wrong name and disturbing me frequently, several times i requested them this number not belong to concern person they are repetedly calling and disturbing my peace and also claiming the over due, i am also airtel customer with postpaid relationship since 10 years keeping data of my number they are calling and disturbing.

                                  Yesterday night i recharged 280rs through airtel android application, i got message from 121 the recharge is initiated, but didn't get the amount, customer care told no data is regarding 280rs. 'Txn id:"[protected]", my airtel account name is wrong displaying, not getting proper details....

                                      Hi, We have recently subscribed for Airtel Digital TV, with the package consisting of 25 HD channels and other standard channels, but we aren't getting the service as mentioned in Airtel website. Only 2-3 HD channels are working and other channels are also having low performance. Even after registering complaint Airtel isn't solving this. Kindly help
