Hello all, I just wanted to bring to the notice of everyone about such a pathetic and disastrous service from airtel... ********i have received a call from [protected] @3:21 pm on 13.06.2016 number asking Me to upgrade the package of my dsl / internet, i have declined the offer and The staff started questioning me and demanding to know the reason, and then i Said that i was not interested, he started raising his tone and arguing with me Which was not professional and he was not able to communicate properly with me And was behaving unprofessional and rude. I later asked for his supervisor, then he transferred the call after me Requesting multiple times, and the supervisor who took the call was one step Ahead than the previous staff in unprofessionalism, i asked him for his name And the name of the staff who called me, he denied and started asking me the Reason and was rude and unprofessional on the call. I tried explaining that the Staff was rude and i wanted to raise a complain and he did not even bother to Apologies and disconnected the call on my face. **** I have raised this concern with airtel authorities who are giving a deaf ear and a blind eye to this complaint of mine and just sent me an apology email... Airtel staff do not respond properly on phone neither on email... I want this to be known to everyone in an around of the pathetic service im getting...After being a customer of several years... A complaint was also registered with the reference number 69817098 and was closed without my knowledge and without intimating me... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi, I got a call from +[protected] and when I picked, I head "Whoever on the call please pick up call", when I say hello, no response, but same statement, again I said Hello, same statement and call was cut.
This happened for me more than three times. Not sure about what it is.

Just a short while ago received call from [protected]. Said hello. No response. What is going on? Why this harassment? Can someone explain?

I HAVE RAISED THIS CONCERN WITH AIRTEL AUTHORITIES WHO ARE GIVING A DEAF EAR AND A BLIND EYE TO THIS COMPLAINT OF MINE AND JUST SENT ME AN APOLOGY EMAIL...
AIRTEL STAFF DO NOT RESOND PROPERLY ON PHONE NEITHER ON EMAIL... I WANT THIS TO BE KNOWN TO EVERYONE IN AN AROUND OF THE PATHETIC SERVICE IM GETTING...AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER OF SECERAL YEARS...
A COMPLAINT WAS ALSO REGISTERED WITH THE REFERENCE NUMBER 69817098 AND WAS CLOSED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT INTIMATING ME...
