My name is solomon raj. I am using airtel dth (Hd) customer id : [protected] since more than 3 years. My dth stopped working (No signal - amber light on setup box) since 20th may'16.
I have called your dth customer care numerous times and seems no one is bothered to resolve the issue.
Every time i call, getting a response, we are escalating your ticket, but nothing happens.
I have requested for a site engineer to check...

I had recharged for rs 298 on the 30th may (Today). I got confirmation that recharge has been done and also my bank balance us deducted. But there is no recharge credited and also the 298 offer is falsely shown in the app and the message i received.

Hi, I am using Airtel Broad band from past 8months. From 20th of May my Braoband connection got disconnected. I have given several complaints to Airtel 12 executive. Every time they give false coomitiments on rectifying the issue but nothing happened yet.. It's been 10days now. I stay at SG Palya, CV Raman Nagar, near Bagmane Tech Park

Since May 30th 2016, 7:45 AM I am not getting signals on my mobiles (both corporate and personal). It is been almost 3 hours

In the past also, there were multiple instances like this but had resolved in some time.

I have already switched off my mobile multiple times, which generally is the solution that airtel provides on escalation, but...

I was informed that i have unlimited internet after 1.5 gb 3g and when 3g benefit was consumed instead of giving 2g unlimited they are frequently deactivate my 2g internet when i complaint after few hours they ll again activate it same problem i have to face last month and they told we will solve it if you face same prob next month send us screenshot this month i send screenshot and they are not solving i doubt it after consumption of 15...

Hi, i m bismaya from cuttack, odisha. I have complain against the worst data service by the telecom operator, airtel. Airtel is claiming the fastest 4g provider but the fact is that, it's the pathetic data service provider in our area. I had paid 1000rs as a security deposit to airtel in the month of march, later i had to cancel the connection instantly due to some unforeseen circumstance, airtel had agreed to pay back the amount within a month which they tried to, but the name mentioned on the cheque was incorrect and the cheque was rejected.

Hi. This is Chris from Chennai. Airtel broadband is calling and advertising for additional GB without mentioning that the additional 40Gb (existing plan is 60GB) would cost be additional 99rs. I believe this is a misrepresentation and false advertising since they dont mention the additional cost unless we question them. And the broadband service speed of 2mbps for 1300 has been extremely unreliable and faulty as well with multiple maintenance...

It is being observed since few weeks that my outgoing and incoming calls are getting dropped quite frequently. There are three issues to be precise
1. Calls are getting dropped very frequently.
2. During an ongoing call, i do not hear the voice of the other party for sometime. This happens in every call i make or i receive. This is very frustrating

Sr#[protected] from 22 may 2016 my internet is disconnecting intermittently. Also, the speed of internet when its working is not more than 1.42mbps from the promised 4mbps.
Every 15 days, i have broadband issues from almost 2 years now. When i dial 198 and 121 from my landline as well as mobile phone, it is getting disconnected. After all this you dare to provide a bill. Is it not cheating… shame on non-provisioning of basic internet...
