Hi. This is Chris from Chennai. Airtel broadband is calling and advertising for additional GB without mentioning that the additional 40Gb (existing plan is 60GB) would cost be additional 99rs. I believe this is a misrepresentation and false advertising since they dont mention the additional cost unless we question them. And the broadband service speed of 2mbps for 1300 has been extremely unreliable and faulty as well with multiple maintenance...

Every 15 days, i have broadband issues from almost 2 years now. When i dial 198 and 121 from my landline as well as mobile phone, it is getting disconnected. After all this you dare to provide a bill. Is it not cheating… shame on non-provisioning of basic internet...

This is my relative mobile number ([protected]) and recently i found that when i am trying to call on this number, another person pick upping the call and said that this xyz location.I found this issue from my of relatives.Some times calls connects to right place but some time it changes the location, it seems that there will be a chances of duplication of number....
