I am abhijeet sangar from kolhapur, maharashtra
I have loaded the 178rs cash on my airtel money account on date 4/6/2016.
178rs debited from my bank account, but not credited in my airtel money account till date.
I called so many times to airtel customer care and gave the complaint for same but they told me every time, you will get cash in 5 working days. But i am not getting cash till date. Also i have provided bank statement to airtel.
Pls solve my problem.

    I have raised a complaints many times as i am facing network problem. There is a lot of signal strength fluctuation. Airtel people will tell everytime they will resolve the issue but they don't do that. Please take an action. My postpaid number is [protected] (Postpaid wingle number). When ever i call airtel cuctomer care simply they will provide reference number and tells like they will resolve as soon as possible but they wont do that...

      I'm using my airtel simcard from the past 5 + years. From the last 3 days i could not able to make outgoing calls and not able to receive incoming calls. Raised a concern to the customer care. But their service is pathetic. I have followed all the instructions what they have mentioned to resolve the issue. But nothing has happened. I have sufficient balance in my Airtel prepaid account. I could able to get SMS and What;s app messages. Concern number for this complaint is concern number COGCL[protected].

        I have complaint to customer care many time about to deduct the balance in my mobile no. Many time he says that the vedio service is activated on your mobile no. And this service is deactivate on your mobile no. In future no balance shall be deduct your moblie number. I have recharge many time but the company is deduct the balance in my mobile number.             On Roaming my prepaid airtel network ([protected]) shows no service many times, that to in a city like Mumbai (Bhulabhai desai rd).
            When it does show full roaming network with the R. I try to do my online transactions. Up until the moment I am about to receive the netsecure code or OTP there is full network, then it always just disappears and comes back after I long ended the failed transaction.

            I have had it with this Airtel and their dubious schemes and offers, when they cant even provide the basic network to the customer.

                  Airtel Customer No.[protected], package Charge Rs. 5918.00 paid cash Recharge amount paid before due date 15.6.2016. But to my surprise no connection is received so far.Instead of connecting and serving the customer, purely businessminded advertisement being sent such as Plan changed to Mega 21 HD, daily charge is Rs 20.70 ie Rs 7555.50 an increase in Rs 1637.50 without our consent or convenience.Very embarrassing to note such a disturbed business approach from Airtel when service is expected. at the earliest. Just exploiting the customer when he needs service?????

                    I reside in konappana agrahara, bengaluru.
                    From the past one month i am frequently calling airtel customer care asking for the reason for data services issues.
                    3g /2g never works in any part of bengaluru.
                    Every time i complain, they resolve the issue in 2days. However, problem arises with in a week from the day issue was resolved.
                    I think airtel needs to look into their frequent issues and investigate to provide permanent solutions. I am fed up of calling customer care every now and then and thinking to opt for portability.

                        As per the instructions i received on call from Airtel Broadband customer executive,
                        I have submitted required proofs; Self attested Identity card copy and passport size photograph along with the Installation charge of Rs.1100 (refundable 500rs) to your agent on 13th June 2016, Monday. The agent who collected ID's informed the new connection will be done by 15th June(48hrs) from the day of submission of address proofs.

                        I haven't received response from the service number nor the agent after 2 days which was their processing time as I was told.
                        I have tried calling many times to the customer support number which they contacted me. No response is received!
                        The agent who collected the proofs from me is not even answering the call, and hungs up!

                        Frustrated with the customer service as of now even before
                        establishing the connection.

                        Demanded my selfattested documents and amount of Rs.1100 paid refunded as early as possible. Incase of fail looking forward to go ahead with Legal actions.

                        Note: I here by would like to escalate this issue to the top level along with a filed FIR since I am not at all finding any interest from your team in contacting the customer after collecting the money.

                          My Name is vishnu Raj.. I had recently applied for an airtel broadband in the number [protected] and an airtel excecutive named Karthik Mob no: [protected] came to me and collected Rs. 1100. He told that connection will be done in 2 days. when I tried to contact after 2 days, he was not picking up his call and i reached airtel complaint department to report this. They told the connection was cancelled due to feasibility issues. But I hadnt got any information about my money refund and the agent is still not picking up my call. I was really disappointed with the customer service offered by airtel and i want to get my Reffund of 1100 Rupees as soon as possible.. I could see a same complaint about the same agent here.

                          From this complaint, i came to know that these people are very dangerous and threatening their customers

                            Hi,

                            On 8th of june 2016 i called the vodafone customer care to enquire about mnp to airtel. I received a call a while after from a sales agent ‘anjali kumari (Param communications, okhla - [protected] - [protected]@gmail.com)’ who told me that the call was regarding the mnp enquiry done at the call centre in the morning. She said that the tariff plan offered are as follows : plan 399/month : 600 local + std minutes + unlimited data (1gb 4g and then unlimited 2g) + 300 national sms call charges : local airtel to airtel @ 20 paise/min, all other local calls @ 30 paise/min, all std calls @ 50 paise/min. They said they’ll be sending an executive when i decided to port to airtel. I submitted documents (Driving license, pan card and photograph) to a field agent who came on 9th june 2016 to collect documents and rs.250/- as security deposit.

                            I then received multiple messages from airtel regarding home verification (Which was done without any home visit), submission of request and forms to airtel, transfer of forms to vodafone and then finally a message saying the request has been rejected due to upc mismatch. The two numbers which were given to me by anjali kumari are now not available and the executive who had visited is not answering my call.

                            I am more concerned about the possibility of misuse of my documents rather than the money.

                            The executives at your call center are also of no help whatsoever.

                            Please provide a resolution. I have attached a copy of the receipt.

                              I have recharged (On [protected]/ prepaid/15-june-16 11:30 pm) of rs 9/- from paytm (Airtel confirms and texts trans id [protected]) of 25 mb 3g for 1 day, but 3g is not activating, (Fyi in my area 3g network available, crosschecked by my family member's working 3g network in same area), and its not 1st time, several times i have lost my money by recharging rs 51 night pack on this no, they are activating 2g for these short time 3g packs.

                              121/198 nos are wasting of hours of time and ultimately no response at night time, also [protected]@in. Airtel.com, no reply of mail

                              Few days before to study in an exam I recharged at 9pm and its activated only about 11:30. I received a message from them telling it will activate in 30 minutes. After some days I recharged same in morning time, the same happened. Technically they dont need 30 minute to activate a plan. Since the 30 minutes is cheating, they are not even activating after few hours. Everything expires at perfect time. Then I tried to contact customer support, normally with most operators we hear you in queue you have to hold, but In Airtel they just cut the call telling all lines are busy and not keeping me in queue. I tried 5 times and same happened, To reach customer care professional menu I have to go through so many options and they just cut telling busy. Its worst across all network i know.

                                Highly dissapointed by the airtel mobile service provider, due to very poor signals in sector-11, rohini, new delhi from last 3-4 months. there is high obstruction during the voice calls through airtel. hoping for its correction from months, but there is no improvement. being in the capital, if the service is like this, i am doubtful about the country.

                                  I am narasimhan p s from chennai. My prepaid mobile number [protected]. For more than past 3 months i have been deducted rs.5 daily for a value added service called celebrity wellness mall which i never activated in the first place. No prior intimation was given to me regarding the activation of the value added service. I myself checked and deactivated the service today. 15.6.2016. The information was available only last 5 transactions and for last 5 days, rs. 5 was deducted from my main balance. When i contacted customer care, the person was rude and stated i would have clicked on some link while browsing so that the services would have activated. I have no idea of clicking any links regarding the value added service. Please check into the issue and resolve the same.

                                    This bringing to your notice regarding your Airtel associate ( the way of speaking with Airtel customers) she is very bad and not giving any information properly, i am airtel customer from past 10 to 15 Years and more than 10 members is using airtel network, from past 45 days using this new sim card,

                                    today i have done paytm recharge of 20 rupees and i have received SMS also, recharge done successfully but when i tried to call with this number not able to make any calls, then i called to customer care number 198

                                      My airtel mobile number is [protected]. On 14/6/16 18:43, a vas "airtel deals" was automatically activated on my mobile and rs. 35 was deducted from my balance.
                                      I never raised a request to activate this vas.
                                      So, i called customer care on 198 and asked the details regarding this transaction. They say that the system shows that i raised the request using internet ad and i confirmed the subscription by responding to a message.
                                      In my defence, i didn't even use the internet data at that time and hence how could have i clicked on an internet ad. Also i never received a message for confirmation.
                                      I directly received the balance deduction message from airtel and that is how i came to know about activation for the vas.
                                      I immediately deactivated the service as i didn't want airtel to say that i used the vas for some time.

                                      This has also happened to me 1 month back and then my money was refunded. But this time they are blatantly accusing me that i activated the service.

                                      So, i request you to raise a complaint for the refund on my behalf as i have been victimized. Not only the balance deduction but also this act of airtel mentally harasses me.

                                        On 14th June'16, I called up Airtel DTH Customer Care inquiring about future monthly subscription details, though my plan was due to expire next day midnight. The first line support executives disconnected my existing plan and rendered another plan with immediate effect without my knowledge. Spent more than 1 hr to understand why they have done this, but these people without the requisite experience of handling customer grievances started shouting on me (the Customer) which at last led to my extra expenses and charges.
                                        Even I have made customer complaint on Airtel's website with my Customer ID and Complaint Number, no body bothered to atleast answer to my query.
                                        I would like to inform that I have full proof in my support to take this one to legal action. I will be happy if some Company Representatives can speak with me after asking for my contact details and Customer ID number.

                                        I am now completely fed up with the customer care support you are providing. Do you think customers to be fools? Are your customer support people there to play with customers' money and force them to hang up with your DTH Services? Tell me, if I surrender my DTH connection, will I get back my money I spent for purchasing the Dish?
