I requested for a airtel broad band connection at chennai. The agent came to my office and collected proofs, photo and 1000 rs deposit amount on friday morning and ensured i will get connection in 4 hours. Then i called him at evening, he picked my call at the second attempt and said technician will come at 8pm but no one came. Next day i called him, he didn't pick up the call and after some time he switched off the mobile. Technician didn't come on saturday also. I was waiting for the whole day for them cancelling all my personal work.

When i called airtel customer care they are not giving proper response. I have a doubt now whether he is from airtel.

The airtel agent number is +91 [protected]. He said, he is from santhome airtel office chennai.

Hi Akanksha,
I have mailed you My address and registered mobile number. Please Help Me to get the connection asap.
Believing the Agents words(will get connection in 4 hours), I have disconnected my Vodafone datacard connection also. From Sunday I am without internet connection and it's affecting my work a lot.
Daily I am receiving call from Airtel customer care. They are asking for address and checking feasibility but this process are already done and I have submitted photo, proofs and deposit amount. So I don't know whether the agent raised a request for new connection or he cheated Me. Since his mobile is switched of till now.

    Hi,

    Good afternoon. My name is dama. Prabhakar. Yesterday i have recharged my mobile with 45/- as topup. But recharge amount has not got credited. I got message saying that recharge has happened successfully.

    These airtel people are money minded. I can't call customer care as it is chargeable. Later i came to know that it is for 5 days usage of internet. I have nokia 1100 model mobile. How can i user internet from that phone. These people will have mobile details also. I don't know why they will cheat from its customers?

    Kindly recharge my mobile with 45/- topup asap.

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      My Airtel Postpaid No.[protected]

      My Bill was generated on 06/06/2016 when i saw my billed amount as Rs. 927.66 for the month of May I got shocked so i thought of checking details through online but details were not available, so i called customer service and checked with them they said they can provide or view details online only after 72 hours. While they can provide bill amount why can't they provide details immediately so that we can decide whether we need to continue with the service from Airtel or we need to cancel the connection immediately. Who will pay charges for these 72 hours?

      So that I went to Airtel Showroom at Panjagutta, Hyderabad to check the details their the representative said due to exceeding of data usage I got huge bill and refuse to give detail information. As per postpaid connection service the remaining data of previous month we can utilize in next month, when I used that now they said that no it will be charged so that only I received more bill. So I requested them to cancel my connection the service representative said that first we need to clear the bill then we need to provide Photo ID proof and it will take 7 working days to cancel.

      Already fed with Airtel Bill and wrong information/services provided them, If I wait for 7 more days who will pay the charges for this 7 days. (i.e) previous 72 hours = 3 days + 7 working days of cancellation = 10 working days (of course 10 working days contains at least 2 non working days) = 12 calendar days. Later even for this 12 days customer need to pay the bill.

      At any cost Airtel like to get squeeze money from customers by delaying from their responsibilities (I feel this is like a fraudulent activity from Airtel).

      I request you to go through the above complaint and take necessary actions on this.

        Dear sir,
        My son akshay mehra got admission in iim raipur (Chhattigarh) about 2years back. The captioned mobile no. Was given on depositing rs.500/ as security money. After completion of the course my son came back home in march, 2016 and the number got port to bsnl, sonepat, haryana. The number is working satisfactorily. For the last 4-5 days the number is blocked bsnl and on asking reason from them i was told that the number has been blocked on the request form airtel for pending of some previous bill.
        When the number got port all the pending amount was paid by me. If there is any amount is due plz, let me know after deducting the security amount i. E. Rs.500/ to enable me to pay the same at the earliest.

          I had purchased a airtel 4g hotspot dongle with a two months advance rental for 2500 for 10gb/[protected]@999. One day i got a call from airtel customer service suggesting to change the plan to 100 gb /mth as i was consuming 10gb in a week and was adding smartbytes. Since then the dongle stopped working and when i enquired to check as to what has happened the airtel rep khushboo said that it is not working because a router plan was activated instead of a dongle plan which she promised that she will deactivate it and the dongle will start working in 4 hrs. However when i called again to check if the changes were done the rep said that there are no such changes to the account and she cannot change the plan to 10 gb and for suggested to contact nearest airtel store. I mean this is absurd first you call and advise to change to a better plan and when you mess it up you now can't revert the changes.

          Hi akansha,

          the querry has been resolved but the customer care is below average and standards of airtel.I am happy for now and will keep on using the dongle however will refrain from speaking to customer support and instead will try to solve issues or make changes to my airtel account online.

          I would request if there is a way to stop these customer care guys to call me and inform me to change my data plans or whatsoever in the future.

            210rs wrongly detected from my main balance, because of internet usage.(I am not used that much internet)

            but my internet balance still 40MB remaining, i called customer care support, they told 210 rupees wrongly detected from my account, this will refund with in 3days.

            My reference no : CWRCH[protected]

            before the internet usage 400MB remaining in my data pack, after some time my main balance shows 0rs and data balance shows 40MB remaining,

            Today customer care executive called my number then he told because of internet usage 210rs detected from my main balance, then how 40MB remaining from my data pack?

            With out any intimation how will detect my main balance?

            Note: 3rd time i am facing this problem.

              From the above mention subject i let you know that i am using airtel number but here i am facing so many problems while using the same
              1) call interruption : - call automatically disconnect many times in a day
              2) worst voice clarity:- while using this number, the voice clarity is really become bad and sometimes it completely gone.
              3) bad internet:- even internet service also bad but charges fully charge
              4) network:- so bad network
              5) customer care:- only auto record customer care available, not having any direct contact with any customer care number
              6) no reply of complaint:- airtel company not take any action against registered complaint


              Kindly take action against this company for bad service but full service charge.

                I have been using Airtel account[protected] number since last 9 years and i am struggling to get this number converted to individual since last 7 years after my company opted out of company paid policies.i approached multiple airtel relationship centers and customer care none of them were able to support claiming we don't have any proper records for this account/number.

                i have submitted required No objection certificate from the company along with my personal documents multiple times but unfortunately things are not moving a bit.

                i am really frustrated with the behavior of airtel support extended for a long time customer

                Just assume the level of frustration triggering me to raise a complaint as i have lost and no other go to escalate this case

                Thy just gave a call from [protected] & someone hissing in the back without talking, looks they are trying to justify we tried reaching customer but no response...very funny & shabby way of handling customers from airtel and they assume to be a professional service providers...

                  We from our company had provided all necessary documents & payment of Rs.94050/- towards 10MBPS LL for our organisation, this was done with all promised connectivity after the confirmation from Airtel stating the feasibility is available, We had done the payment on 9th March 2016 to Mr.Jayanth (Jayantha.[protected]@airtel.com) ( +91 [protected])from then till today neither we have the link up nor the payment has been refunded, after multiple follow up over phone & mail still the issue is not resolved, now we are going with the court by logging in the complaint with consumer court..this is just to inform that in case if anyone from AIRTEL can resolve this amicably it is well & good or otherwise we are forced to go by law..

                      Airtel is big cheater... I recharged with cyber caff pack with rs 5 but i am unable to use more that 5mb.. They r giving 1hour unlimited free 2g internet but i can't use.

                      They are giving remaining time push massages and at that moment internet connection going death but showing data connection still on, and webpage showing "internet connection was reset".. This massage airtel is giving after every 2min or 3min.. Also speed is most 3rd class, speed showing some time 2kb and sometome 5kb not more than..

                      It's mean you can't download any thing and your money wasted..

                      1) Call interruption : - call automatically disconnect many times in a day
                      2) Worst voice Clarity:- while using this number, the voice clarity is really become bad and sometimes it completely gone.
                      3) BAD internet:- even internet service also bad but charges fully charge
                      4) Network:- so bad network
                      5) Customer care:- only auto record customer care available, not having any direct contact with any customer care number
                      6) No reply of complaint:- Airtel company not take any action against registered complaint


                      Kindly take action against this company for bad service but full service charge.

                        My name is hemdutt verma. My registered number with airtel digital dth is [protected].

                        I brought airtel hd digital 2 months back. It was working fine till before 5th june 2016.

                        I logged a complaint against it as video is not coming.

                        From 5th june to till today my complaint is not resolved. I called many times to customer care number every time they aligned my complaint to different engineers.
                        They visit and find different different problems they charged me rs 250 for displacing the antenna, but problem not solved next day they changed my hdmi cable again problem not solved then no engineer visit for next 2-3 days then after so many calls one of the engineer came and changed my setup, he took my setup box and replaced with an old one that he have with him. Now after one day video again gone only blue screen is coming. I again logged the complaint but now your engineer is making me fool and not willing to come to my flat to change the setup box.

                        Since 8 days i am not able to use service and aritel is charging me unnecessary for that.

                        I want refund of these days and immediate solution of my problem asap.

                          Airtel has deducted Rs.50 for a subscription model house which I never applied or wanted on 11 July 10.32 PM. Next day I saw message and called customer care. Customer care executive informed that amount will not be refunded as they have nothing to do with this service. They closed the subscription.

                          If Airtel was not aware about subscription
                          how they can close the subscription.

                          In fact it has entered into agreement with company and share the robbed money between them.

Highly disappointed and irritated at their reluctance and disinterest in serving the customer. Our complaint was to relocate the connection to our new place and getting wifi there.                               I have an airtel prepaid mobile number on gujarat region. It showed in their website that for Rs57 i get a benefit of local A2A 1000mins for 28 days. I recharged with Rs 57 and dialed a local airtel number, my main balance got deducted instead of the minutes. So i called the customer care and they told me that the offer is only for night calling, but this is not mentioned in their website so i asked them about the solution they just refunded my money and i had to waste half an hour talking to them.Even they sent me a message about the recharge but still nothing about night calling was mentioned. They just refunded my money and i am not satisfied with it. So next time be carefull while recharging, double check the offers with them.

                                I am writing this to request you to kindly take any action and make available my money that has been deducted from my account saying that I have subscribed the following service for some sort of game. My only concern is that I have not subscribed any service for the same and after raising the issue with airtel helpline, they said that as per company policy they can not refund the money, but I want to ask you that if some service is activated on ykur fon and you are not aware of that service and still you are not recieving any benfit then please let me know how you will feel, won't you feel cheated. Please help me with this. I know this is the general problem and every individual is going through same problem with these tele service department. In the name of company policy they are cheating on the ignorant consumer. I want to port my service. But this problem will be the same with all these telecommers, please help me in getting my money back. Please note the timing of service activation, it was the peak time of our prayers. At that time, my net was off.

                                After calling them, they deactivated the service, but what about my money, I want that money back.

                                  My Airtel App Best offers for you is misguiding. I purchased 228 data recharge of 1 GB 4G/3G+1GB Night 28 days. I thought night pack was of 1 GB was of 3G data and all my Day 1 GB data balance got used up in the night of 12 june 2016. But actually I came to know their night pack was of 2G data when I complained on 198. So my complain is why don't airtel mention this on the My Airtel App that 1 GB Night balance is of 2G data. This is bad practice by Airtel not to mention on my airtel app that 1 GB night data balance is of 2G data. Unnecessary my main balance got used up.

                                    I just ported from Vodafone to Airtel Prepaid recently. I usually maintain a balance of around Rs.100 and top up once it reaches Rs.5. The issue is, when my balance reaches Rs.10 and below and I'm making a call I hear a long strip of recorded message asking me to take advance talk time of Rs.10. It's read out both in English and the regional language and only after this message ends, my call starts connecting to the other end. That's completely annoying when there's an emergency and I'm making a very urgent call. This was not an issue with Vodafone. My call connected instantly after dialing when I had Vodafone. Sorry Airtel, I'm going back to Vodafone. Kindly look into the issue and please do the needful if you don't wish to lose your valuable customers. Thanking you!

                                      1) sent an email to customer care that once my number exceeds the data bytes internet, pls barred the internet. Still i got more charges for extra internet usage for last month bill of around 800.

                                      2) i was charged wrongly without intimation message for rs 580 for last month

                                      3) this months bill i was charged extra for internet although i sent a sms to 121 for data use and everytime it was showing i have left data pack of previous bill which i can use and i have used under the limit only. Attached all screenshots extra bill of arounf 550

                                      Pls check and let me know when this can be resolvd i have sent dozzens of emails to appalette team without any resoltion from last 1.5 months for this???

                                        Dear sir / madam,
                                        My bill is around rs.640 for may2016. I had an issue with this bill. If you see my old record my bill is between rs.110-130. I get 481mb data free for month. But on 11 jun myairtel app tells other story which shows 112mb data is remaining. Airtel charged me rs.445 + rs. 71.20 (16% tax) for using extra mobile data.
                                        I didn't got any sms for data limit exceeding or usage of 100%. I only got 50%
                                        Usage sms on 23 may 2016 after that no any sms i received for data limit.

                                        Also i always checked on their myairtel app. Today i checked it after seeing bill of may2016. I attached screenshot copy of data usage from myairtel app. It shows 112.6 mb data remaining for may2016.

                                        So i request them get me waiver of rs.516 (Rs.445 + rs. 71.20) as soon as possible. But they refuse it. They are forcing me to pay all money.
