my name is Babita, fixed line no is [protected]and the complaint no. is [protected]. we dont know his name but he is very cheater person which your company send for our service but he is not taking our call from last one week and when he attend call then said i am coming one an hour but still we are waiting so i humbly request to your company plz don't put this type person who don't take responsibility.and reduce your company reputation.
Note:-
Its been one week and my landline & broadband is not working. I have lodged the complaint many times but no action has been taken yet.
so i requested plz send any good service boy on this address: plot no-24/8, industrial area ph-2, Chandigarh. consignor person Mr. Deepak and his no is-[protected]. so plz take any action and solve this probelm we are suffering big problem form last one week, , , plzzzzzz

    I am writing this latter after reaching you several times before but every times i got excuses from airtel instead of any solution.
    I am using airtel ph no - [protected] from last 4+ years & regular doing payment without any fault from my site.
    Being the user of airtel i am suffering from your 3g services toooo. Much. I am getting charged for 3g services according to my plan but its hardly works 3g.
    I had also made several complaints regarding this issue i. E.

    This is shameful that being a telecom industry which is pure service industry customers is suffering alot. While promoting in the world for best service providers.
    I had changed my sim twice as per instrusction 10 months back, i had changed my mobile too/ setting & everything which i can do as a user. Or as
    Advised by u people to off/on phone, to remove & insert sim/to clear sim/to replace sim/to replace phone. Bla bla bla... But still no 3g network available
    In allahabad uttar pradesh location as per my billing address.
    Also, in most of the areas airtel do not have 3g networks, even the locations & towers which are reflected in your site does not have 3g connectivity networks. I have cross checked with airtel operators & engineers too.
    Also one of your executive advise me to swich the airtel if i m not satified.. Is this the solution for users...??
    I just simply wants the 3g network which is not working, either stop the 3g services in allahabad location as stop making fool.

Service will be renewed after validity expiry. Ftwe seeing this I deactivated the service. Later i called to customer care and asked him, He said YOUR AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED., BUT I will deactivate this service. I told him that I've stopped it. According to your customer care service executive he cant help me becoz the service is from hot chillies and the money cant be refunded. I told him that i didnt opt for any service., but he refused to refund the deducted amount rs.99. More Important he said that he has no record to my previous communication...

        Hi,

        My name is Abhishek Verma, fixed line no is[protected] and the complaint no. is 69187434

        Its been one week and my landline & broadband is not working. I have lodged the complaint many times but no action has been taken yet.

        Mr. Ashish came to my address on 20 June at 12 Noon to see the issue and said it will be resolved within 2 hours. Then I called him up at 3 PM and he said we are resolving it and it will be done in 1-2 hours today at the max. I again tried to reach him at 5 PM then he stopped receiving my calls.

        On 20 June, got the no. of Mr. GAGANDEEP, [protected], I called him up but he sent a message to text him as he is not able to receive a call. I sent him a text message with all the details but no revert from his side and no action taken. and similarly to MR. Ashish he didnt picked any calls after 20 June as well.

        On 21 June, I got the no. for Mr. Harjot Singh, [protected], I called him and told him about the issues I was facing and he told me the same thing that we are looking into the issue and will get it resolved within today by any means. I again called him at 3 PM to check the status but he didn't picked the call. Tried again but no answer.

        Today is 22 June, no action has been taken and the issue is still persistent like it was a week before.

        Now I would like to know "IS THIS THE SERVICE AIRTEL IS PROVIDING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ?" EVERY OFFICIAL STOPS TAKING THE CALLS DENYING THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.

        IF IT IS SO, I WOULD LIKE TO DISCONNECT ALL MY 5 CONNECTIONS WITH AIRTEL AND WILL GO FOR SOME OTHER BETTER SERVICE PROVIDING OPERATOR. THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.

        THERE HAS BEEN A MASSIVE LOSS OF MY BUSINESS DUE TO AIRTEL'S CARELESSNESS AND IGNORANCE TOWARDS ITS CUSTOMERS AS MY WHOLE WORK IS ONLINE AND I HAVE TOLD THIS TO EVERYBODY I HAVE COMMUNICATED.

        I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY BILLS FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE AND WOULD LIKELY BE GOING TO CONSUMER COURT FOR COMPENSATION OF LOSS IN MY BUSINESS DUE TO AIRTEL'S POOR SERVICE.

        Even I am facing similar problem here in bangalore. It has been 6 days, but my Broadband and landline both are down and no resolution from Airtel team. Horrible service!
        Hi,

        I am not really convinced with this sort of reply that you are trying to resolve it ASAP as this is being told to me since last 3-4 days. I am bearing a hefty amount of loss everyday and I hope you can humanly understand that.

        I would like to know the definite time period when this issue can be resolved or I should make alternate arrangements as now this is being an harrassment.

          Why are you cheating the customers?

          I tried to port my airtel number to some other n/w. I got a call from airtel customer care on saturday (18th june 2016) and given an offer to stay back in airtel.

          Today date is 22nd june, till the offer is not activated. I called to customer care they are saying that no mnp offer is activated for you...

          I think this a drama for being in airtel n/w.

            I have taken a WiFi plan last month, but it's not working. I made complains at customer care at regular basis, but no resolution has been received yet. They always have the same answer, but refuse to take any action. There is no use of such service which is not being received.

              On 2nd may 2016 i had called on your service request number 121 from [protected] for putting up a request to keep my landline no. [protected] on hold for 2-3 months as due to a family emergency i will not be using the services. I was informed of a ‘safe custody’ plan in which for inr 500 i can keep my number and services hold for 3 months. I had requested the executive to go ahead take my request to start this plan. (For which i have the call recording with me)

              However i have now received attached mail with due date alert for unpaid bill amount of inr 1377.65 to which i was confused as how can i receive a bill from 2nd may 2016-3rd june 2016 when my number is in safe custody option.

              To discuss this matter i had called your service center on 121 from [protected] to get an update i had a word with 2 of your executives and floor manager mr. Rohit patel on this matter.

              Your team had confessed that there was a request for keeping the landline on safe custody on 2nd may 2016 however they cannot see the same updated in system. They also accepted this as a mistake on call and gave me a waiver of inr 377 and i had refused the same stating that its their mistake to raise the bill in first place and now why waiver of inr 377. After discussion with senior they again offered me waiver of inr 600 and that too i rejected, and finally gave me waiver of inr 878 so that net amount comes to inr 500 as committed by airtel executive.

              After that i asked them to disconnect my services of landline as i cannot every time have time for wrong billing issues with airtel (This was second instance of wrong bill) to which airtel executive said in that case he cannot do any waiver. And when i asked reason for giving this waiver then your executive told that it’s a goodwill gesture for their mistake (For which i have a call recording with me).

              The call was then migrated to mr. Rohit patel floor manager, and he checked the details internally and confirmed me on call that the entire amount will be waived off however services cannot be disconnected and informed me to mail on [protected]@in. Airtel.com for waiver of inr 1377.65 and service disconnection.

              I would sincerely request you to look into this matter of poor service delivery to your premium customer who has a post-paid services as well from you ([protected]). I would want you to check this matter in detail and take my request to cancel the bill of inr 1377.65 and also disconnect my services.

              I have already sent complaint mail to [protected]@in. Airtel on 18th june 2016 and had got no response, have also sent mail to their nodal team and appellate desk / airtel presence team and still no response thus left me no choice to knock the door of of consumer forum.

We don't want to continue with airtel dth from iptv and new dth or other iptv cable service will result in major costs.                   all these looong messages may sound nice - but what about the INCREASE in the monthly charges?
                  minimum DTH pack of 456/- + 90 rs for recording + HD channel charges (optional) + Taxes.

                  essentially, you are keeping our phone bills at the same amount and removing the cable component from triple play services and adding the DTH bills on our heads forcefully - this will take our bills to[protected] per month (unless, we compromise on our internet by going for lower plans and higher tariffs to decrease the monthly plan (as suggested by your representative on call today at 1:15 approx)).

                  We do not want DTH as most o[censored]s are already using one or the other DTH service. Please compensate by increasing data and speed of existing plan ans also speed after FUP data is exhausted. After FUP should be 1Mbps.
                  Customer should not bear the cost if Air Tel products (IPTV) are not able to sustain in to the market. Refund our money which has been charged when installation was done for this. Why are you giving option to customers to move to some other service provider.

                  I can't imagine brand "Airtel" treating its Loyal customers with such utter disdain. As is, Airtel wants to pull down IPTV and make additional revenue on its DTH. Worst still, they communicate this today (11th July 2016) when they want to shut down services from 31st July. Cant tolerate being given a mere 15 day ultimatum.

                  Worst case scenario, if the IPTV users do forceably change to Airtel's DTH, what is the "Guarantee" that AIRTEL WOULD NOT REPEAT THE SAME.

                  Instead of focusing on improving the infrastructure and marketing the benefits and superiority of its IPTV services and thus providing value services, Bharti Airtel has chosen to dump its loyal customers! I too requested for details of Airtel's offer to move to its DTH but there is no response even after one week. Is this the way to treat its loyal customers? Airtel should keep in mind that helpless customer will ultimately go away to others, though they may be forced to move to its DTH in short term as you have left them with no choice!

                  DTH can never equal the iptv services. It is a very sad day for iptv in India for IPTV is a proven technology worldwide. This is not only an arbitrary action but an ill conceived business decision with a short term goal of making quick profits. Customers can see through this and Airtel's actions will ensure that the same customers will not come back to it again if Airtel decides to re-launch iptv in future ever!

                  Hence, Airtel should rethink its decision or at least, compensate adequately for the loss of trust (besides cost of installation, STB etc.).
                  I would also like to add:

                  Airtel's decision to discontinue IPTV is really baffling! Here we have a Prime Minister who has launched a ambitious plan for Digital India and here we have a Service Provider in Airtel- who has decided to move in the opposite direction ! What an irony!! Customers expect industry leaders like Airtel to show more commitment to the technology instead of dumping it on the flimsy grounds of a 'failed experiment'. A little more patience will be much more rewarding. RETHINK !!!
                  Here is my two cents. I have been an airtel Triple Play especially iPTV user from day one. Further, I have a fair understanding of the pros & cons of technology aspects to do with iPTV vs DTH. While in the initial phase there has been issues to do with poor reception due to copper connectivity, now transformation is happening across the length and breadth of the nation with Optical Fibre connectivity to enhance the broadband speeds as well as to enrich user experience. The Union Minister for Telecom, Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad needs to ascertain why operators like Airtel are unable to augment their bouquet of High Speed internet services especially in the National Capital Region of Delhi???

                  The truth as it unfolds appears to be that operators are narrow minded with short term focus and want to make a quick buck by installing mobile towers which is a proven threat to residents like us due to Radio magnetic waves that are bound to kill us in the long run while the operators with connivance with the government want to avoid Capex on OFC deployment that has slightly long gestation period for ROI. As such it appears there is only terminology twist from the government front in promoting Digital India initiatives while unable to comprehend the sustainable business models that OFC can propel in the long run. Wire-line i.e. fixed line is the proven solution world over and not wireless as being advocated by syndicated efforts of the service providers exploiting the naïve understanding of the government institutions.

                  A high speed broad band connection can not only increase the GDP growth of the nation, it can improve the quality of life of each individual, cities and the connected communities in the ecosystem.

                  It is unfortunate that operators are focused only in book building and brand recognition and lack every aspect in creating a customer delight.

                  I had personally written to Mr. Gopal Vittal who happens to be the head @ Airtel for this iPTV vertical, but the mail id bounced back and is conveniently routing to a customer support desk.
                  Further, the customer support executives are trained parrots who doesn't have a clue as to what to respond and they care a damn about retention of a customer. Airtel Helpdesk has confirmed that upon cancellation of the service and not migrating to the DTH offer, the refund will be processed and credited after 45 days. In my case, I have a major advance that I had maintained assuming the service provider a reliable player and now to return my OWN money, Airtel needs 45 days. What an irony and this is EASE of Business in India... Regulatory bodies please wake up from deep slumber and ACT NOW!!!
                  IPTV was the only plus point with Airtel triple connection for TV, internet and phone. With this gone without any justification and for the sole purpose of profit maximisation without any care for the loyal customers for many years, Airtel will definitely regret it later when all such customers which could have stayed with Airtel will now move to Jio as and when their services are launched. Airtel is digging it's own grave by such anti-customer actions.

                          I have holding a airtel broadband connection with landline number as[protected]. I made the payment of rs 3303/- with trans id :[protected]. And informed customer care regarding the same.

                          But after that also they disconnected my connection. I wrote to nodal and appellate department but still the issue is not being resolved.

                          They are asking me bank statement to confirm that payment has being done. I have already provide the mail copy which was received by the airtel it self confirming that payment has being successful.

                          From last 4 days there is lot of mental harassment and my work is also got hamper.

                          Now i want to take serious action against airtel so that no future customer suffer.

                          Ps : i have attached the confirmation mail which was received from airtel

                            I submitted a query on the airtel website for MNP from Idea to Airtel. They called me from number +91 [protected] on 8th June the first time. I told them my requirements, the plan they offered me was of Rs 499 with 1200 local minutes, 800 STD minutes plus 300 additional local minutes as I was moving to Airtel for 6 months, 1.5 GB 3G and 2G unlimited, but the plan that I am receiving right now is something else. I am just receiving 2000 local minutes and only 80 STD minutes with 1.5 GB 3G So this is a total cheat. They guys offered me something else and gave me something else.

                            Thank you so much for the reply. As from the starting itself I have expected the same from you guys. I realized on the first day itself that I have made a huge mistake by moving into Airtel who just does not cheat but do irritates the customer even. The worst experience I could have with any telecom service is you. Stop promoting and showing the ads that show other telecoms show something else and provide something else. What the hell you guys have done? I no longer want to use your Airtel but I have to stay with you guys for 3 long months now. I have no options to convert into prepaid so that you guys can no longer loot me. I never saw such a fraud and cheat company. Now I do not have any else options else to go legal. Thank you so much for doing nothing for me.

                                I have never felt such a bad experience with airtel. I did a recharge of Rs.276 (1 GB 3G for 28 days + Rs.100 talktime) to my mobile number through airtel app which got failed but amount got debited from my bank account. When I reached customer care, the executive told that the amount will be refunded but the recharge will not happen. Based on the discussion I had with the customer care executive, I recharged for the second time which was successful. In few mins, the first recharge too got successful. Atlast I had 2 GB 3G for 28 days and Rs.200 talktime. I am following up with customer care for this issue for last 10 days but I am not getting the refund of my amount instead they adjusted Rs.150 only to my mobile number which I don't want.

                                Kindly help me in getting my money back.

                                Once I recharged my phone with Rs. 100 and the amount got debited from my account, but I did not receive the balance.
                                The next month I recharged my phone to get mobile data and the money got deducted. However, my mobile data balance was nil.

                                  The staff started questioning me and demanding to know the reason, and then i
                                  Said that i was not interested, he started raising his tone and arguing with me
                                  Which was not professional and he was not able to communicate properly with me
                                  And was behaving unprofessional and rude.

                                  I later asked for his supervisor, then he transferred the call after me
                                  Requesting multiple times, and the supervisor who took the call was one step
                                  Ahead than the previous staff in unprofessionalism, i asked him for his name
                                  And the name of the staff who called me, he denied and started asking me the
                                  Reason and was rude and unprofessional on the call. I tried explaining that the
                                  Staff was rude and i wanted to raise a complain and he did not even bother to

                                  I have raised this concern with airtel authorities who are giving a deaf ear and a blind eye to this complaint of mine and just sent me an apology email...

                                  A COMPLAINT WAS ALSO REGISTERED WITH THE REFERENCE NUMBER 69817098 AND WAS CLOSED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT INTIMATING ME...
                                  Hi, I got a call from +[protected] and when I picked, I head "Whoever on the call please pick up call", when I say hello, no response, but same statement, again I said Hello, same statement and call was cut.

                                  This happened for me more than three times. Not sure about what it is.

                                    Airtel has some policies by which it can easily cheat people and get money. They have concepts called booster data packs, which we can request for more internet data. And the customer people will renew the booster data packs in our bills in the subsequent months regardless we request more internet data for that month or not.

                                    I got cheated by this policy. I was not told that booster packs once requested will continue for the consecutive months also. Unnecessarily they have billed more than 500 for the same. Really, it is cheating and did not expect from the largest telecom provider.

                                      Y name is ajay kumar atwal and i would like to escalate the complaint against airtel. My broadband and fixed line mentioned above is not working from 10-june onward and i logged complaint on 13 june ref 68928384 which closed without any action and without my confirmation. Again i logged another complaint on 17 jun ref no 69089646, but again the result was same, complaint was closed without any resolution. Again on 21st i logged another complaint.

                                      Request you to please take some kind of action against these fake people who claim to be best network in advertisement and provides wrong information to customers. Till today, after 10+ no technician had come at my place to check and resolve the issue.

                                      Their customer care, everyday giving nonsense updates and closing the complaints without any confirmation.

                                        Hi,

                                        I reside in electronic city, Bangalore.
                                        From past one month 2g and 3g services are not working.
                                        I logged 4 complaints on this with Airtel.However, no resolution provided.
                                        Not only in Electronics city, the airtel network wont work in many areas of Bangalore(Wilson garden, vijjay nager, melleswaram, rajaji nagaer etc).
                                        Airtel is just a cheating company.I have no better words to talk about this service provider. All your advertisements are crap.
