[Resolved] Airtel — Refund of installation charges | |||||
One of your representative Mr Ajay of airtel [protected] promised me that if I took Rapid 1199 offer there will be NIL installation charges with unlimited voice call. Accordingly I paid Rs.1200. as cash for the monthly rental of 1199. Now found out that I have been charged with installation charges of Rs.1000. When I tried to contact him that he promised that it will be adjusted in the next monthly bill but nothing I could able to see. He had also informed that he will remit the balance Rs.200/- to my account but so far nothing has been done. I have taken up the issue to the airtel customer care but they have not responded so far. Please clarify why such false promises are being made to obtain a new connection from the customer and also there were waiver of 50% to 100% installation charges in Airtel website. Is this sift resolution Airtel indicated inmy earlier comments?
More than two months have been passed still could not able to resolve my issues. Customer service agent is calling again and again and asking what is the problem? asking unwanted things rather than solving the issues. Latest bill does not show anything about installation charges reimbursement.
Why the customer needs to be harassed? The agent is keep on calling doesn't solve the purpose!

Air tell again trying charge more amount without my consent. Still not able to return the installation charges as promised.
Further, Yesterday I have paid for my last monthly bill ending 12th Jul'16. My current plan is 40 GB per month (Rs.1399/-). Till yesterday my usage was 20 GB and 20 GB was unutilised. To my astonishment my GB limit has been increased to 40 GB without any purchase by me.

Please revert back to my plan. I do not want any amount increase in my bill except my monthly plan. I do not want any extra amount to be charged by Airtel without my consent.
