I have recharged for 149 i have got an offer like airtel to airtel ulfor 28 days

What has gone wrong with the service of airtel what a bad service you are providing to your customers as per ur mentioning we got sms and done that still why its going wrong.

    I have moved out of country trusting airtel will be available. I kept my number active so that it will be useful later on. Now i have a issue my number was deactivated as it was not in use. They charged me for reminder call as well.
    Now, i have to send money home and i'm not able to receive otp. My father cannot access my account. Its pathetic service that only demands money. I revisited my past bill just to realize that airtel charges rampantly. I have always paid 500 extra every time previously. I have generously paid my bills without any complain still they haven't activated my account.

      Sir,

      My airtel no.[protected] having internet speed problem to my area.
      The speed of internet access to my area is slowest one... I am paying for 4g speed & getting 2g speed or slowest one. All youtube video, hotstar, pages opening slower, etc are main problems also downloading speed is very slow.
      Also several times complained but problems same to same to my area.
      Plz having a request that plz solve the problem of speed of connectivity of internet to my area. Asairtel gives speed only for 1a. M to 4. Ammorning other times very slow.

      I paid for 4G but net speed is not up to mark. Internet comes for few seconds and then go and then come and then go. Infact I cannot play online games on 4G network .

        I am suffering from last one month due to your worst ridiculous network it's may work slow then 2 g unanimous call drops how can i solved my problem there call centre member said that yes it is not so big problem few days problem its happen with all user call drops irrited is please put some pressure on company and solve our problem. Airtell just have big advertisement but not work accordance

        An amount of 830/- INR was paid through credit card on 12th Feb 2018, it is not reflecting in my bill. I have raised more than 5 requests through customer care email complaints with details of credit card transaction and credit card statement.

          Bogus message received from AX 650003, after recharging its showing only 50mb data per day. In message it is clearly shown that 1gb data per day for Rs149/ + unlimited local calls, std etc. The message screen shot is attached. Airtel dont cheat like this. And immediately change this data plan on my no. As per your message.

            I was paid my postpaid bill yesterday of Rs. 900 as per offer i.e. pay by airtel bank then airtel have to cash back of Rs. 15 or else. Many of time I am getting the same problem, its not concern of INR 15 or else its concern of the offer by airtel app.you people have to take care of it and does not face this kind of issue by the users if you not able to solve the problem you have stop the using of airtel app, please do the necessary action on that.

                Ive been an airtel user since long time. Recently i bought a 4g mobile so i exchanged 3g sim for a 4g sim on 19/03/18. Since then i'm not getting the full signal in my location and the internet browsing is horrible. Im not even able to open the whatsapp images and leave about video streaming.in the same location jio is giving far better internet. I request u to look into this issue as early as possible or else i'm planning to port to jio.

                  My wife have jio prepaid number & i have tried lot of time to contact my number but getting line busy message & after that i tried my office landline number then immediately got line & spoke with my wife.

                  This situation happened lot of time.

                  Airtel is very very very worst network & totally disappointment...

                  Please take necessary action to that network provider...

                    Hi team,

                    Please note that i have received an phone call from alok pandey. He said he work for airtel company and willing to install 4g device on house roof and asked to deposit sum of 50000 as deposit amount. And later on he said i have to deposit more 45000 for stamp duty. As of now i have deposited 95000 and device has not yet insttalled and no agreement happend yet. I need my complete amount back from airtel. 3 months has been pass now and no respond have been received till now. His email is [protected]@bhartiairtelnetwork.in

                    He now switched off his cell no. Can company help me out here.

                      I changed my two numbers from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid and now i am in roaming and my prepaid sim are not activated after 3 days, many a times called on 59059 but number is not verified till. The numbers not activated are [protected] and my alternate working contact number is [protected].
                      I am in the roaming and need to start that number otherwise had to port.

                      Kindly look into the matter otherwise i have to go for alternate.

                        We have been residents of pattanagere north, rajarajeshwari nagar, bangalore-560098 and finding it very poor quality of internet connectivity, evening outgoing and incoming calls quality have also become poor. Frequently we lose the contacts of internet and calls. With lot of repeated efforts, we get internet connectivity and very often it goes off.

                        Infact, in my house, all the members of the family are using airtel mobile facility and of late, we find it extremely difficult to continue with airtel.

                        Pl. Look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately

                          I was on a trip of kolkata and in between my airtel sim ([protected]) suddenly stopped working on 8 march 2018, i tried all possible way to make it work but no help.

                          Later i realized it happened due to not doing the aadhaar linking, but the last day for that was 31st march, how airtel can you do it before that without giving any notification. Airtel team feel them-self superior to gov. Of india?

                          My all bank, paytm linked to that number and it made my trip horrible.

                          Please unblock it and make my life easy.

                            I am khemendra patle, my airtel mobile number is [protected], since 2 months i am not receiving any incoming calls.

                            I contacted customer care more than 20 times, they just time passing, and replying that change the mobile handset, i changed 3 mobile handset, but problem of not receiving incoming calls still there. Then they suggested contact to airtel retail store and replace the sim card.

                            I approached airtel retailer store, and replaced the sim also, but still problem is not yet been solved.

                            Please help me in this regard.

                              I live in delhi near pitampura. I have mumbai airtel postpaid sim ([protected]) provided to me by my employer. Most of the times there is no network in the sim. I have tried to use the sim in other mobiles, but the problem stil persist. Since it is my offical number, so i face a lot of difficultes, because most of the time the number is either not reachable, or switched off. Therefore i request you to plase do the necessary to resolve the above problem.

                                Hello,
                                I have been harassed by airtel to an extent that i'd like to file a suit against them.
                                Here is the series of events / issues of the latest one.
                                1) at 11:00am on 20th march 2018 my sim card stopped connecting to airtel network and my phone started to show no service.
                                2) i visited the closest store in koramangala, bangalore and without checking anything the executive blamed the sim card and replaced the sim card and said it will take 4-8 hours to get activated. This was at 3:30pm on 20th march again.
                                3) i waited and nothing happened, the state of my phone / sim remained at no service
                                4) all this while all my personal and business callers who were trying to reach me apparently reached to some unknown gentleman called rakesh. And that’s when i realised all my calls were getting redirected to his mobile. I don’t even want to mention the kind of privacy breach and issues this can cause in today’s world. Where you can access half of your online accounts with a simple otp.
                                5) apparently 11:00am on the same date this gentleman rakesh applied for some mobile number change and that triggered this issue and i was the unlucky one whos account gets messed up because of some unknown person applying for his mobile portability change. I don’t know why (He didn't use my number for change) and funny part is neither does airtel know how did that happen. They have no clue and 48 hours have already passed as i write this email.
                                6) i have called customer care many times, waited on long holds for upto an hour every time, visited the store personally, spoken to 5-10 executives, 4-5 supervisors and 4-5 managers and in 48 hours no resolution. Everyone says the issue is escalated and will get resolved in 4 hours. False promises.
                                7) my phone calls are being received by someone else and airtel does not see any issue in this they have just been giving me deadline after deadline to resolve the issue. Still with no solution
                                8) i’d like to file a suit against airtel for the mental harassment i have gone through waiting for many hours to talk to a supervisor/manager, for the business loss i have had because of no access to my phone and the potential risk of loosing a lot of money if the gentleman receiving my calls chooses to misuse.
                                9) i hereby hold airtel responsible if any financial loss of any amount that might happen because of this cross connection of my number with someone else. I'll drag you all to highest of the courts in india to compensate me for this.
                                10) this is utter non sense. Airtel customer care has no sense of how long will it take to fix the issue, they still don’t even understand the issue and i’m left in this state because the it system of airtel got messed up.

                                  Dear sir / madam,

                                  Not a good time to talk to you but here i am facing serious issue about our airtel network at my pre-paid mobile number [protected].

                                  My problem's are:-

                                  1. Call drop issue. Last one month
                                  2. Network issue, people complaining that my cellphone number showing always busy or out of network area.
                                  3. Internet facility is very poor or third class.
                                  4. Either internet or calling facility workin at a time.
                                  I'm not complaining about the same things first time, i have called you many times and mailed you no of times but your un-educated officers replies that it is out door and in door network issue.

                                  Don't give me the same answer this time.

                                  Don't loose my faith, and resolve my all the query before the tat.

                                      I have upgraded airtel normal set up box to hdset up box yesterda after noon & i been promised hd services will resume within 24hrs, but he service not yest started it is almost 30hrs passt & spoke to several people on call center but every time i received different solutions & one agent disconnected call @ customer care. I requested to speak with available team leader but he said he is busy on other call & they kept me almost 5mnts on hold

                                        Airtel digital t. V. Guys are purposefully shutting of many of the channels like hbo and many hd channels at night after 10.30, but during morning time they are available,. It is happening for almost a month now. Two times i have raised the issue but nobody is responding properly. I have taken one year subscription of all the channels. This is unacceptable from my end as a consumer. Please take proper against responsible people.
