I am outside india in spain, using airtel prepaid number more than 10 years, since from july moved to spain and its working fine, suddenly network disconnected even sim not detected, i tried troubleshooting restart my phone, changing sim slots but its not working, i tried to contact airtel customer care but no luck, date if incident 11-Jan-2023 Client number : [protected] i want to reactivate my sim, please do the needful on priority. exactly same issue is happening with me, my sim is in outside india and stopped working and my sister having the sim not able to use it now what is soultion airtel have for this issue

Collect a new SIM in India with a Power of Authorisation from person in whose name SIM is in
