Unfair Trade Practice liable to be filed under CPA 1986

Certain channels to which I have subscribed on Airtel DTH have been removed by them. For getting refund No.[protected] was mentioned by them. When I dialled today, was kept waiting for more than 11 min and then they disconnected. Dialed again and after 10 min was informed that no refund can be given for channels removed from the Airtel. Airtel Call Manager Service does not work

Phone connection keeps dropping or becomes silent
