Excess amount paid to airtel to be refunded,

This is Regarding complaint towards postpaid number [protected], I have made an excess payment of 500/- Rupees toward airtel Postpiad

My number has been blocked on 22nd December, Since then they agreed to make the payment within 45 days, I have provided the required documents towards this blank cheque, a copy of bank statement and agreed to credit the amount in my bank

I am regularly following up but not getting...

Wrongly charged for data

whenever I am using WiFi connection getting pop up stating data is been used and Data is deducted for data balance. I am thinking to lodge a FIR against Airtel Telecom for fraud. I reported and mailed to [protected]@in.airtel.com to ask why data is charged.This reply i got from their end:

I think I had been accommodating enough on this issue. I strongly feel that the issue is not at all understood even by the top level. If this is the level of comprehension at the top level I had to pardon the guys working at low level.

Advance rental plan

Save card feature should not be mandatory

I went to oay my bill in Airtel site on 25th Jan 2016. When I was about to do my payment using my Credit Card, it was mentioned that my card details will be saved by default. This is WRONG. Why should my card details be saved without my permission. It means that I can only pay using my Card only if I allow Airtel to save my Card details. This is ridiculous. Earlier, there used to be an option asking whether I want to save my card details....

The Cancellation request is not placed on time and bills are generated

I had the Airtel fixed lanline [protected] which was requested to cancel on October month. I payed all the due amount but the customer care representative forgot to place the cancellation request. Hence the bill (around 2100) got generated for the next month and they are contacting me pay the bill amount generated.
