Respected sir/madam

Myself Shriom Sharma, want to use Mobile number portability for my Airtel number [protected], i tried to send message for MNP code to 1900 but my code is not generated even after many requests.

Airtel is doing illegal act by not allowing me to use Mobile number portability service so I request you to please take some strict action against Airtel. I contacted customer care number 121 but no response.

I have done recharge for this number just to PORT out because in my area Airtel services are very bad.

Please help!

    Hi, I have raised disconnection request. customer care suggested me to keep the modem for 3 months and there will be no charges, we will disconnect after 3 months. this is our regular procedure. i got a bill from airtel after 1 month as safe custody charges. i called customer care they waived of charges and said your connection will be disconnected now and we will pay the security deposit what you paid. Now after 3 months they sent a bill for full 3 months broad band charge and asking me to clear other wise threatening me for legal action.
    how to handle this situation?

      I recharged a wrong number( single digit different) by mistake.. immediately I went to the Airtel site to reserve the damage and it was mentioned there to send sms to 51619 WRR (wrong no transaction i.d) amt ( right no) ...every time it says wrong keywords. I did it 15 to 17 times with all different ways space without space brackets all ways wrong.. costumer care take us for a fool.. I have done the recharge online .. they said it's done by a retailer .. they keep bouncing you from one call to another..buying time. Putting on hold.. . and after some time they will say the time limit is up.. u should have called earlier .. what 24*7 service are you giving if you can't even tell us a simple way to solve a problem .. if 51619 sms is not working tell me a way to proceed. I want my recharge done.

        I upgraded from HD box to Xstream box just today. The picture quality is very bad. I looked into some forums and found that turning off HDR in th device setttings improves the picture quality. I did the same. But what is the use of Xstream box if it cannot display HDR (TV is OLED and supports HDR). The HD box was better.

          I had raised a request for Broadband router backup device and paid 1498 INR through Airtel App for the service on 11th January 2023. As device was not available so agent cancelled the request and even on the Airtel App its not showing anything pending. I called Customer Care multiple times from January month and complaint about the issue but till now I didn't receive any refund from their side. Its been around 3 months now. Now I have already purchased other device for the same purpose, I would like to get my refund asap.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          No Service at all after 48 days of raising complaint. Looks like customer has been left with no choice.

            My name is saibullah khan my prepaid airtel no. is [protected] the connection is tamilnadu i bring my sim here in saudi arabia so that i could get the sms of bank transactions and other notification but its not working here. before bringing the sim i have confirmed from airtel customer care that sim will going to work. its still not working. kindly do the needful as i am facing too much problem.

              Still my installation charge of Rs 150 is not refunded alongwith activation fee of Rs 413 these people have done a fraud of another Rs 1768 which I had recharged twice one on 1 June 22 and another on 2nd June 22 1 June was in pending and has not been refunded back till date and it's been 8 and half months since then.
              Please ask Airtel and SBI bank to refund Rs 1768 I did it from bhim upi app. Also validity for Rs 217 balance was shown till 31 Jan 23 which has not been given I have shared screenshot as well and this balance was on 15 dec 22

                I was recharge on[protected] Rs.65/- through Gpay, amount debited in to my account, I have received the sms ie recharge failed u will get refund within 7-10 working days. But still i didn't get the refund

                  Porting My sim from Airtel to JIO

                  Hello,

                  My Name is Manish Kumar, and i have requested for port from Airtel to JIO and Jio representative came and initiated this request and from Airtel they have not allowing to port. AS per Jio representative confirmation he said your request has been cancelled form Airtel Side,

                  So, now i wanted to do please, take action against the Airtel Why They are pressurizing to stay and stick with Airtel....

                  I have recharged on 3 April 2023 Rs 200 but services have not been activated till now what a nonsense service provider this company is kindly ask these people to activate it

                    I recharged my prepaid Sim with Rs.699 plan (3GB/DAY) + 56 days prime membership on 8 March in advance, my recharge pack activated on 23 march.But I am not unable to activate prime on my Airtel Thanks App. The logo is Blurred(claim button) I called many times to the customer care but they didn't have any resolution . I also complaint on their airtel thanks app. Still not get any resolution.airtel is are trying to fool their customer and making false promises. I am also sharing screenshot and complain screenshot.

                      I had ported my BSNL sim to Airtel one... Number [protected]
                      After some days my BSNL sim stopped working but when I inserted my Airtel sim then it shows no sim card. Tryed the same by using different mobile but similar issue.

                      Plz help

                        Ports being blocked by the ISP

                        I have travelled to Singapore on dec 2022. I have opted IR services on. But I never used internet. Still i have charged 6.5rs for 10kb. That costed around 2751rs. Without using data, every 3hrs 10kb is consumed and over all usage is around 195*10kb charged me around 2751.
                        Customer care doesn't understand the problem they are saying i have used 10kb.
                        I don't know what all we can do with 10kb data. They have simply charging extra

                          Dear Sir

                          I had visited Kolkata Park Street Airtel Main store to find out about 5G connectivity. One employee of Airtel in the store told me that I am entitled for one more SIM card . I asked if it will increase my postpaid bill? He said no. Your bill will be same as before.

                          After few days I got my postpaid bill with extra charges for new SIM. So I went to the same store again. Same employee told me that do not pay extra amount. Pay your main bill. I paid my regular bill of Rs 1182 for DTH, andd 2 SIM numbers. Third number additional bill was not paid by me.

                          In the next bill cycle my main bill it self was Rs. 1464/= instead of Rs. 1182/=

                          That means the employee of the Kolkata Park Street Airtel store gave me wrong information.

                          Please cancel my third SIM card number [protected] as I do not need the same. And coorect my bill to 1182/=

                                  Broadband services got disconnected on Saturday afternoon and still the issue is not resolved after 4 days and 21 calls customer care.
                                  Spoke with multiple associates, Senior associates, Managers and none of them provided resolution.

                                  So many promises were made like allow me sometime to get it resolved, sir, field is not answering, I'll get it resolved by tomorrow morning..

                                  they have been providing the diversions instead of resolutions. None of the filed agents callled me and even If I called to agent who installed me, he is saying that we can only work when we the ticket assigned to me they are not even taking the ownership to resolve the issue. even the managers are assigning a different agent to and they are not even providing the alternative solutions.

                                  Who will compensate the time taken to call them 21 times, I recharged data multiples times and will they compensate the time taken to workj on this issue, such a irresponsible customer services. Please look into this.
