Airtel postpaid number suspended without any reason

I am using airtel postpaid mobile number, since august 2022 and payed my all bills lately or timely with penalties now on 11 march 2023 airtel suspended my number without any reason and when i call to 198 customer care they only telling me a single reason that your amount is due thats why suspend pay the dues then it will be activate automatically.     I recharged my mobile number ([protected]) using UPI in Airtel Thanks app for Rs.549 on 17th of Feb 2023 and received an SMS with Order Id[protected]) and Transaction Id[protected]. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile recharge failed. After that I got another SMS stating that my recharge failed and the debited amount will be refunded in 7-10 business days, but its been close to month and the amount is not refunded to me.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I want to change the current operator from current operator to another but i tried many times get UPC code but even not getting UPC code it shows error mentioning "There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

            Airtel does not allow calls to Jio

            I see that whenever I try to call a Jio number from my Airtel, the phone does not even go through to a ring. It just disconnects without even connecting to a network and I do not even get a message of not reachable etc. While on the other side the phone is within network, and I can call to a BSNL on my friends dual sim. Also, the same time my friends are able to call back if I send an SMS stating I am not able to call. This is not an issue...

            Dear team

            i an existing holder of account in your airtel since 20 years holding number [protected] k tejaswini or kalluru tejaswini moved myself to usa .

            Recently i have been to india and requested for airtel postpaid sim at your center near splendid towers secundereabad with customer care guy vijay . He has supported me with the sim for activation but had to leave the same day to usa could not activate my sim in 72 hrs . Unfortunately one of my freind took the same number [protected] on his name chiluka kumar vijay on 21 jan 2023 .

            Due to my surprise all my financial transactions are been known to him and he is misuing my contacts and whatssapp and treathing me to dire consequences which is effecting my life with this number

            i request you to temporary hold this number by not alloting to anyone or block all the transactions which is misleading and financial transactions are effected

            pls do needful and block the number [protected] and confirm me through email

              I had taken Airtel DTH connect on 6th February 2023 and by default i was given a package for 6 months without providing details. My RTN is [protected]. I wanted to change the package and called Airtel multiple times to get it changed and i was told because i have taken the package so i can only change it after 1 month. I had raised disconnection request at that time but i was told that i would be able to change the package after a month so dont disconnect. I kept the connection. Now I called up Airtel again today after one month and now i am being told that I cant change the package for 6 months and any information given to me earlier was incorrect that i can change the package after a month.
              I would like to get the refund for entire duration and disconnect my DTH connection I dont want to deal with such a fraud company.

                  Airtel Dth fellows are calling every day many times as offering new Dth connection. I was rejected many times and told them to not call again. But they repeatedly calling from this number +[protected]. Please take some serious action on this fellows. Thankyou

                    Sim swap issue - photo mismatch

                    I was not able to dial/receive any calls from 5th march.I called Airtel customer care and they informed me that may be my sim card is corrupted due to some reasons requested me to visit Airtel store.

                    I visited Airtel store and explained the issue. They asked me to pay 50 INR and provided me the new sim card. Also they took the photograph of my original aadhar card and also capture the photo in their mobile app..informed me...

                      My airtel sim is with my sister who is outside india currently and that sim has stopped working without any notification now she is stuck there for any bank related transaction which suppose to pass through OTP to check the issue we even did reacharged it with roming pack but its not working trying on other mobile also its not working

                          Bought one year plan and was charged rupees 3359 but unable to use their services. Tried to contact customer care and their IVR is worst doesn’t work and unable to reach out to customer care an automatic ticket was opened and it’s been one month with no help.

                            I am an Airtel Black customer and my details are as follows:

                            I wanted to bring to your attention the issues that I have been facing with Airtel DTH since 9th Feb 2023. I have raised multiple complaints during the last 3 weeks by calling the Airtel black customer care relationship managers. Unfortunately, multiple technicians worked on my complaints/requests and initially, they called me to understand my issue and then they either closed my requests or extended the deadlines by asking me to provide a one-time code. After 3 such instances, I have stopped sharing the code with your technicians however, my issue is still not resolved. Basically, I raised a complaint since I was unable to see any channels. However, it is very disappointing to see the service provide to me by technicians. I am sharing with you the complaint details for your ready reference:

                            I also wanted to let you know that the technician named Abhishek (Mobile number: [protected]) came along with one other person (don't know his name)
                            on 10 or 11th Feb to my house and he removed the original black cable installed by the builder and told me that he would replace this cable with the new one. He also took rupees 500 from me and asked me to pay the remaining 1000 rupees after fixing the issue. However, after trying multiple times, he realized that he is not competent enough to fix my issue and started calling other technicians, since then multiple technicians such as Murali, and Shrinivasa came and visited my place but they were all unable to fix the issue.
                            This is really very frustrating that Airtel is not able to fix this issue. Hence I would request you to please assign the expert engineer/Electrician to fix the issue of my cable at the earliest!
                            Also, till my issue is not resolved, Please provide me the waiver of charges for my DTH from my Airtel Black billing.

                              Fraudulent ISD charges when no ISD calls done

                              Airtel has charged ISD calls in my mobile bill in Jan 2023 of around Rs 1555 + taxes.
                              No ISD calls were made. After reaching out to customer service they asked me to pay the bill while they investigate. Customer service mentioned that the additional payment will be adjusted in next month. At the same time on 28 Jan 2023, I had told to deactivate the ISD services linked for my numbers. This month again I was charged Rs 1348 + taxes...

                              I offered Amazon prime for 3 month at the time Airtel Black subscription, Same had been confirmed from Airtel Sales manager & customer care. But OTT offer not reflected in Thanks banner in Airtel Thanks app. After registration of couple of complaints customer care saying that Offer is not applicable on your plan. then I raised issue with higher authority, higher authority issue the OTT offer to me & confirm the same with SMS, but still Thanks banner is not reflecting in Airtel Thanks app. Very worst app i have been ever used. No one give proper information from customer care team. I think Airtel dont need customer base. Very bad service from Airtel & totally mislead.
