Hi, My Name is Abhijeet and I am from Bihar, my no is [protected] I am facing the same issue in last 4 days have recharge 18GB 3G data and I did surfing internet no download nothing and now there is no data available in my number. I am shocked where does I lost 18GB in 4days. I called up to customer care they are not even talking properly they are rude at times when I asked how this could be in 4 days I have lost 18 GB data and did surfing only. they are not giving proper answer and cut the phone. Airtel stealing Wifi broadband Data I see 4GB data showing consumed without any usage .There is no Solution by Airtel or help from Airtel.They blaim back customer saying your usage is high. today I watch one movie and it shows 60GB data consumed, just few months back I used to watch movies, do my office calls video calls with 3GB data usage in 24hrs. This is an abolute fraud.

Never thought Airtel is also involved in Data usage scams stealing customer data.
Airtel stealing data. I am shocked, every morning when I wake up I found message that I have used 1.25 gb data without touching mobile over night.
My airtel number is [protected].Airtel is stealing data since last 4 days.I am getting new data at 12:00am but it is showing 90%of your daily data limit has been reached at 12:40 even when I used it only fir whatsapp.Today also it is consuming much data even when I am not watching videos.
Airtel is stealing my 1.5gb data I have only used 1.16gb but it says that I have used all my daily data it's happening every day now...

Airtel is stealing my data, I've complained it at the customer care, on first instance if call a executive and a senior executive was of almost no help and told me to keep my data off. They are so unaware of the fact that messaging apps are so much necessary for business or individual purpose and it needs internet to work. I've called to complain again and did so and was said it would be taken care of, but nothing has been done. I've watched a movie on Airtel xtreme yesterday, just one movie o[censored]sual movie time span and it consumed 10 GB data and that too with degraded video quality. My 118 rs pack has only 1.7 GB data left after that, befor that a 56 gb pack went of with its 3gb without any usage. Daily data are getting over like anything. I woke up to see that there's 500 mb used up without the phone being touched during sleep at night. This is utter theft and ignorance, Airtel is stealing data, they are not looking after thefts and leakages. This network should be banned and boycotted as they pretend to be helpful and genuine to its customers which they are not.
