[Resolved] Airtel — Took Money without Installation | |||
I applied for Airtel Broadband in Mettuguda, Hyderabad on 6th March. The Airtel Representative (Raj Kumar - [protected]) came, filled the form, took the money (Rs 1000) promising me to install the connection by next day. Since then I have been following up with him, trying to calling him. Everytime he promises to install within " 1 hour" or "Next day" but never comes back to me. I have not even received registration message from Airtel. I called Airtel Customer Care on 9th, to know my status. The person says my broadband connection will be activated and installed within 24 hours. Next day, I called customer care again. This time they say that it will take another 4 days. And the original guy Raj Kumar and his team manager Venkat ([protected]) doesn't bother at all. This company and its representatives is full of fraud and false promises. I have not received any confirmation of my registration with Airtel Broadband, even after a week. However, the mobile number in the registration form is +91-[protected]. Kindly note the alternate contact number too +91-[protected].
Also, I received a call yesterday too from Raj Kumar - [protected], that he will come and install but he still has not come. Kindly initiate the process of returning my money. I am also forwarding this complaint to Consumer Court.
