Airtel — Very poor network performance | |||
Dear Team, Am facing very bad network experience with airtel and the company has not provided the customer care number where any complaints can be registered easily. This network issues I have faced at the time of emergency and am unable to reach the customer care as I need to wait long time to reach for which takes plenty of time at the call and it ends up with loss of my currency. Of late the quality of Airtel mobile phones has gone down . The calls frequently fall, there is too much of static and you never get through to your desired no in the first go . Things are so bad that old land lines are operating better . Just imagine the fate of Airtel mobile user in other towns if this is the quality of service in Gurgaon
