Airtel — Very very poor network signal | |||
I have ported out to Airtel about 6 weeks. I have been facing very very poor network issue from the day one. Though I have raised multiple complaints, issue is not resolved yet. Would like to port out, but customer care team is saying I can't till I complete 3 months, quoting TRAI regulation. As this is my prime phone number I can't change it by changing to other service provider. I want immediate port out. Was this information helpful? | |||

I recharge in my phone number [protected] but wrongly I selected postpaid number instead of prepaid. Now the amount is not come into my account please do need full help what I should do after that
My wynk music app is not working. It isn't even opening. Please can you do something. I love this app, but suddenly there's a problem. I don't want any other app.

My number has not been verified from last 3 days, I have called 53053 more than 5 times and every time they tell that details of my number has no been updated due to some technical glitches.

I have done internet recharge using airtel app. And after recharging. I use net. But main balance got deducted. I called customer care and they said I have not done internet recharge but lowering nepal call rate. So this infor I got from airtel app is wrong. And they are not refunding my money since it's their mistake. DONT USE AIRTEL APP.
