I received a call from an Airtel agent for purchasing Airtel DTH connection and paying online. I paid online an amount of Rs. 2090 on 28.6.2017 at 12:14 hours. I received the customer ID [protected] and Order ID 18467272 but sadly after that nothing happened and this is the start of my harrowing ordeal. I have been frantically calling up the call center for resolution of this issue but they are not helping in any way. If the call is within the day then they are saying that the connection would be given immediately and if the call is around 5pm then the response is "it would be surely done by 12pm tomorrow". But the service has not been provided. I have purchased a new TV but am unable to install it with the stipulated time. So I am facing a financial damages as well as this continuous harassment and mental agony. Buying Airtel DTH is the biggest mistake of my life so far.

Recently i have uprgrded my sim from 3g to 4g airtel with all due procedure. Since than i have inserted new 4g sim and the opertor showing no signal. I made contact with airtel customer care they told me to maintian sufficient balance . As i have sufficient balance and no proper help i get from airtel. My handset is oppo 4g enabled.
I made payment of 5000 INR and got cancelled please refund back

    Hi,
    I tried to switch my old sim card for a new 4G one. I got the SIM card from an airtel store. The guy sent the sms to 121 with SIM and the 20 digit code on back of the number. I got the reply SMS and asked me to reply with 1 but when I do so I am getting an SMS "Unable to process your request. Please try again later". Also Airtel does not seem to have customer care support for Prepaid Customers. It only has IVR support. Only Postpaid customers have the luxury of a customer care executive. Pathetic support I must say.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      My outgoing calls and data have been suspended. And I'm asked to call customer care. But I'm not allowed to call because I have no outgoing.

      All of this in the middle of a trip where I need calls and internet all along.

      My postpaid credit limit is ₹14000. But Airtel suspends service to me for delaying a payment of ₹1750. I don't see the point of credit limit if I have to get harassed this way.

          I have ported out to Airtel about 6 weeks. I have been facing very very poor network issue from the day one. Though I have raised multiple complaints, issue is not resolved yet. Would like to port out, but customer care team is saying I can't till I complete 3 months, quoting TRAI regulation. As this is my prime phone number I can't change it by changing to other service provider. I want immediate port out.

          I have done internet recharge using airtel app. And after recharging. I use net. But main balance got deducted. I called customer care and they said I have not done internet recharge but lowering nepal call rate. So this infor I got from airtel app is wrong. And they are not refunding my money since it's their mistake. DONT USE AIRTEL APP.

            I had been using a airtel broadband connection for 7 / 8 years. I decided to surrender my connection and asked them for the procedure.
            I was told to give a written letter and pay the bill on pro rata basis on the day of submission of cancellation letter. And i did the same on 3rd January 2017 and i was told my submission was accepted and my connection will be cancelled. I was issued a receipt for the same.
            But after 3 months, i got a call from airtel saying that my pending bill was Rs. 6000 and odd for that cancelled connection. I explained them all the details when & how it was cancelled. They accepted that the cancellation had been done on that date i mentioned but said after that date usage was there for the same connection.
            I told them it was not my problem since I followed their procedure of cancellation. Inspite of that i had been getting calls from different designates of airtel and i have lost my peace for which was no fault of mine.
            A company of such a magnitude has been involving in a cheap of trick retaining customer by not allowing them to go out of their service.
            I am feeling very much annoyed and harassed.

            The network in my area is pretty bad, though very much in Bangalore. On top of it the customer service is pathetic at best, makes all the false promises and does not live up to it. The problem has been there from Dec 2016 and there is no resolution - totally frustrated.

But the Insurance Provider Needs Sim Barring Form Duly Singed & Stamp By the Service Provider but the serivice provider is not helping in any manner for the same. For the Above issue My Insurance Provider is not approving my Claim. Please Help me in this regard.

                  My airtel DTH number is [protected] and i am using for more than 5 yrs now. On saturday (01-Jul-2017) I have raised a complaint[protected] that my TV clarity is not good and signal strength & Quality is very poor. I have given the appointment for same day from 4 to 5 PM. While i was out, I received the call from Customer executive ( [protected]) around 1PM and he told that he was nearby my house .so we changed our plan and rushed to the home in 20 mins and when i call that guy. He calmly saying that he went out and will come back by 3 PM. I explained him, i have given appointment at 4 to 5PM and you came very early and when we reach home and you were not there.. he arrogantly replying, that how it is and he will come on his own time and not as per customer request. I have called DTH customer care and raised the complaint against the guy and asked some one to be at my home by 4PM. then around 5: 15 PM the same guy is called told he is ready to come. Whole day we are waited for the guy and this guy without any respect coming by own time and even customer care is damn care of this issue. Still the issue is not resolved and i received a text stating that they tried reaching me and i was not available.

                  this is second instance with same guy. Same guy came on 11-June-2017 for the same problem and told the issue is fixed and charged 150 rs.

                  I surprised to see how Airtel customer executive are becoming irresponsible and arrogant to the customer. If the issue is not resolved then i have to move to other vendors like Tata sky.

                  I recharged my prepaid no. With 399rs. For unlimited call and data validity was 70days . I recharged on 1st may. So this recharge must be valid till 10th july. But it ended on 25 june. Airtel is misguiding.

                    I have 3g data pack but i am unable to use it since 3g is not active on my number. I requested airtel to activate my 3g but they did not do it. I am trying since 2 days
                    There is no way i can talk to customer care. Such a bad service by airtel. [protected]. I dony understand why are they not activating 3g on my number. Wheever i send 3g to 121 it always says 3g not active on your number.

                      I have recharged my airtel account with ₹.295/- for mobile data. As per my airtel app, it supposed to recharge minimum of 2GB up to 10 GB. (Attached screenshot for reference with red color rounded). But I got only 1.5 GB data.I have called customer care and mentioned about this issue. They're saying that minimum data i will get is 1.25 GB.
                      Note: The same case happened previously, I have talked to customer care and they lodged a complaint. Later I got complete data refund.

                      Now they are rejecting to lodge complaint. This is like cheating people by showing one and processing one. I need my complete data.

                          This is Priyanka desai, purchased a new connection on Saturday number- [protected], the shopkeeper informed me that there is a recharge of 347 rupees for unlimited talk time. Im trying to call the customer care since yesterday to know about recharge, but bad luck no call was connected.                                 I had top up my number with Rs.399/- on suggestion of 198 airtel agent, which said that it has benefit of free calling and 1gb/day for 4g handset as my sim is already 4g. But after except 1st till now i. e. 6th day I did not get 1gb net I thought it might be server problem. Then I called 198 again but literally three different responses from three different peoples. I m fed up with airtel now. I lost my 399 bucks without getting Internet benefits. Useless.
                                Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Same problem with me. Airtel customer executives are hopeless. Will make sure all my friends and relatives unsubscribe from airtel. I had recharged ₹399 on 13jun, still not able to access data and nor any proper response from airtel. Feel so let down by the arrogant behaviour of customer executives.

                                    I have submitted request of my wifi relocation on 26th june.. Max time given is upto 5 days for relocation.. They were not able to close the request on time.. I asked them to close the account.. On request of there supervisor i gave time for 6th day as well.. Still request not closed..all others reps and supervisor were fine but had a word with rep named Saif Ali Baig on 2nd July and supervisor Aman Prasad, both were too rude too handle.. I have requested account closure.. They said one request is open so we cannot take closure request.. Too much insatisfaction too handle.. Airtel takes advantage of there name.. And have no interest in customer service or customer satisfaction... Airtel broadband number[protected]

                                      In my flat network of airtel is not there, I complained about this on 20th june and still it is not rectified.I cannot make calls nor access data in my flat.My number is from Delhi and I have recently moved to Mumbai.Please solve this problem ASAP.My work is getting affected immensely.I was told to wait till 28th june but still it is not fixed.Nobody picks up my call when i call customer care or they disconnect my call when somebody picks my call.

                                      They pick my call and disconnect without even talking.I have wasted so much money on calling them.Refund my money for the calls you disconnected without even listening to my complaint.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have recharged my DTH(DTH ID [protected]) with 482 RS on Friday night( 30/07/2017) before my DTH recharge get expired. i have recharged on Airtel offical web site.there i got confirmation that payment has been done successfully.But on next morning My DTH get stopped working and saying that connection has been suspended due to low balance.even though i can already paid for same. when i have called customer care they are saying they need transaction id for this. As bank website we don't have any transaction. when i conveyed same to them they are saying that go to bank and get the transaction. how bad service they have. on their website they even don't have transaction id. they hanged up my phone and said they can not help

                                        How bad service #Airtel is providing me.they even did not returened my money back and did not provide DTH service.

                                        I think if you are not capable to provide your customer service then stopped your services.

                                        Its very bad customer experience that they are giving.i am very disappointed. Please don't go for DTH, i will prefer that.
