My airtel Money has been blocked since I could neither remember my mpin nor my authentication details required to regenerate new mpin. There is certain amount in my airtel money account that I am not being able to use due to this problem. Kindly resolve my issue. My contact number is [protected]...

I ported my number to airtel from vodafone 4 days back. But after that i cannot do recharge in my airtel number. When i went to airtel store at unitech cyber park, sector 46 gurgaon, even they cannot do an frc for my mobile number. They changed my son also but still they could not do the frc. Finally they told me to find out myself where to do frc.

This is a pathetic service from airtel. Such stupid rules like i cannot do an...

My phone accidentally slipped from my hand which was unintentional and my claim was rejected by reason "improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property".

I do not understand how this can be a reason to reject my claim.

And this was informed to me after 10 days of picking up the device thus wasting my time.

I do not accept the claim rejection reason...

Trans Id:[protected] dt[protected] Rs 399 pack &[protected] dt[protected] Rs 399 pack. On both occasions I'm not given 70 days period with unlimited local +STD calls and 1 GB data/day. My Airtel app showing data balance validity upto[protected]. I should get 70 days period as per pack offer. Please arrange as per offer....

I recharge with airtel with rs 399. I got message from airtel for recharge 399 get 1 gb data daily 70 days but after doing recharge message shows validity of 56 days. Recharge done on number [protected] on 23/06/2017 through paytm.
These is highly unethical on part of airtel to not provide clear information to customers and we fall in there trap. I hope these complaint get raised so we are not cheated further....

After i upgraded my airtel 3g to airtel 4g sim card all my 4g handsets are unable to detect the sim which is very irritating.. I spoke to the consumer care but they were unable to resolve the problem and moreover their approach was very reluctant too.. Very bad customer service.. Now after repeated requests and making a string of phone calls at the customer care number of airtel as my problem seems to be overlooked or unheard & therefore...

I have requested to active my replace post-paid sim on 16.06.2017. But till date not activated.in the meantime i have approached customer care centre, rajiv plaza, old bus stand, bilaspur (C. G.), pin-495004. They took the matter very lightly and even after my repeat request they did not entertain me. They made lots of excuses like, network is weak, server is not working, your bill is not paid. And now on 23.06.2017 i have been intimated...

I tell something avout to airtel stores and mini stores i will replacement my airtel sim card from my city airtel stores and they are charged from me 100/- i ask him to receipt to this payment they are misbehaving the customer and says are u free for complaint i don't care so plz my request to you sir plz tell something about airtel company......

We opted for a new broadband connection first week of this month . Next day itself a person came and filed the documents . We did not pay the money because we wanted to do it at the time of installation . The executive that had come to collect the documents agreed for this arrangement . Next day we get a call from your team that we need to make the payment of 500 in advance for the file to move...

I have received the message for special offer of 399/- rs and benefit was 1 gb 4g data per day for 70 days. I recharged for 399/- rs and the validity which i got is till 30th june 2017 only. And the recharge done is on 23rd june 2017. And i am unable to resolve the issue. Called 198 also they said that validity is till 31st august 2017 but i didn't got any message from the company regarding validity....

This is 3 month back when i purchased airtel 4g sim, that time i was using the network quite smoothly even all you tube video was watching without any hurdle but nowi cant do even net surfing, it takes too long time while opening a page... Quite disatisfied response of customer care as i registered complaint on 13.06.17 and told about my problem what sudden happened with the network due to which i'm facing this problem which earlier it was...

I'm writing this email with huge frustration and distressed by airtel digital service.

Gamepind services automatically activated on my number and inr 30 was deducted from the balance, kindly credit back the amount as soon as possible. The request to activate this particular service was never made from my end, requeat yiu to resolve this at the earliest and credit back the money deducted without any rhyme or reason....

Airtel India i using Airtel since last 8years.
