First time recharge or frc is not working in my airtel number for 4 days

I ported my number to airtel from vodafone 4 days back. But after that i cannot do recharge in my airtel number. When i went to airtel store at unitech cyber park, sector 46 gurgaon, even they cannot do an frc for my mobile number. They changed my son also but still they could not do the frc. Finally they told me to find out myself where to do frc.

This is a pathetic service from airtel. Such stupid rules like i cannot do an...

I do not understand how this can be a reason to reject my claim.

And this was informed to me after 10 days of picking up the device thus wasting my time.

Airtel recharge false information

I recharge with airtel with rs 399. I got message from airtel for recharge 399 get 1 gb data daily 70 days but after doing recharge message shows validity of 56 days. Recharge done on number [protected] on 23/06/2017 through paytm.
These is highly unethical on part of airtel to not provide clear information to customers and we fall in there trap. I hope these complaint get raised so we are not cheated further....

After i upgraded my airtel 3g to airtel 4g sim card all my 4g handsets are unable to detect the sim which is very irritating.. I spoke to the consumer care but they were unable to resolve the problem and moreover their approach was very reluctant too.. Very bad customer service.. We did not pay the money because we wanted to do it at the time of installation . The executive that had come to collect the documents agreed for this arrangement . Next day we get a call from your team that we need to make the payment of 500 in advance for the file to move...

And the recharge done is on 23rd june 2017. And i am unable to resolve the issue. Called 198 also they said that validity is till 31st august 2017 but i didn't got any message from the company regarding validity....

Never think to port on Airtel
