Fake 4G, not even 2G.

Hello, i am getting very low speed since last 8 days from airtel. I just ported in to airtel from vodafone, thinking of getting a better internet speed. For first month they game me good speed. But after that since 8 days i am getting extremely low speed. They are saying its 4g, but this isnt. They are giving like 3-4 mbps pathetic speed. Please dont buy airtel. I had recharge 349 plan on 1118th june 2017 2017 as per terms & conditions given on website "4g handsets with 4g sim : unlimited local & std a2a mobile calls with 1gb data per day.
A day before i spoke to the customer care representative and he said if you recharge you will get this offer. So i recharged it. Now today is wednesday and my balance is zero and i my internet connection is suspended by airtel.
