    I m not getting messages on my cellphone number [protected].
    It's been a while since I m not receiving any otp any messages. This is so frustrating. I tried all the settings under message centre. This is very very frustrating as i m not able to use most of the apps that uses transactions.

      I had raised (Insurance claim) request to get my Mobile phone screen crack fixed. I had explained in detail the exact reason which led to Mobile display screen crack.

      Airtel representative (8 days after collecting my phone) called me and informed me that the insurance claim was rejected due to negligence. The reason they gave was keeping inside a pant pocket without zip was not recommended. Also, I was informed that someone may have hit me and device fell.

      I don't understand how the insurance team can presume details on how the device got damaged. I asked them to give me in writing describing the above detail. However, they sent the below e-mail.
      "

      We regret to inform that your device claim of Rs.11183.0 has been rejected by the insurance company due to Claim is not admissible due to negligence | No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property..
      "

      I feel Airtel is cheating people by rejecting genuine claim by giving some lame excuse. I do see many people who claimed insurance given the same copy paste excuse.

      Please help me in getting justice. I am willing to take it appropriate forum to get justice. Please advice.

          Hi, this is mrs kumud singh from lucknow having airtel prepaid connection no. +91-[protected]. I lost my mobile yesterday in lucknow, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

          Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card with the same number (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim).             Sir we had requested foe static ip from airtel . we got it but for some reason the stopped it due to some fault then we called around 20 times 2 mtnhs have been wasted we talked to around 20 to 30
            floor supervisors manager n all bt no result and now heights is the are sending bill with static ip cost added how is that possible . we r just tired we are gonna go for a case of public harrasment we called them for around 30 times each one said 24 hours max will be taken bt 2 months r gone and no response i have all the details of instruction id amd names to whom we have talked so far around 20 to 30 ppls and moreover we are now being charged also for it we are not going to pay bill any because static ip is not being provided to us its our right we can have

              Once the service / call center people heard about my intention to surrender the connection, they are battery of questions like, why do I want to cancel, can you transfer the line to any of your relatives or friends, we can give attractive discounts for next 6 months etc etc. When all my answers are not favourable, inspite of doing doing something, they simply disconnect the line.

                  Hello Sir,

                  Since begining of 2017 January, 4G signal streanth is very less in Mahadevapura and Bigbazar stop (ITPL) area. I have complained Airtel about the same. But no body called or issue is not resolved. I don't know what they think about their open network and coverage. They are not responding to complaints also. Now they removed my airtel longin account also.

                      I got 4G Hotspot with 6 months advance rental plan. But i got good speed first month and then got very poor speed even unable to open normal site. then i complain on 28-jun-2017 (complain no.[protected] but still no resolution and the airtel costumer care executive (#######) put the call on hold for 20-30 mins when i call them. I would suggest to all, don't go for any airtel connections.

                        Airtel broadband accounts no: [protected].

                        My broadband plan was upgraded based on a call i got from Airtel customer service mantioning it was a free upgrade and that I will not still be paying the same bill as earlier. But my bill amount went up from Rs.1363 to 1777. I have requested your customer service on phone to change back to the original plan i had last month itself. He promised that it will get done and I will get confirmation in a 4 days. That
                        did not happen. And I got an even higher bill of 1823 RS. for June. I have written to Airtel and no response has been received.
                        I wish to pay nothing more that RS.1300 and am perfectly fine with my
                        earlier plan. Kindly revert and also correct the billpayable in July, as it was a delay from your side for not correcting my bill plan. Hope I don't have to follow up
                        on this again.

                            Hi
                            I got a msg stating that in 499 recharge u will get a benefit o[censored]nlimited calls and internet for 70 days. With extra 1.25gb for 4g handset and SIM for 28days.. the msg never mentioned that i[censored] don't have 4G SIM u will not b benefited of internet for 70 days and nt the recharge service center said anything...so I recharged it.. and within some 25 days I started getting msgs saying that my internet is going to expire in 3 days.. so I called the customer service he told me to ignore the msg and also said that my validity will b till 15th Aug.. I was fine and again i got t same msg to recharge if i want to continue the internet services.. so again I called the customer service he said the same thing like t previous guy said... i hardly use mobile data coz i have WiFi at home so just to check I switched on the mobile data and the data chagres got deducted from my main balance... again I called the customer care I told him everything and now he says that I don't have 4G SIM that's y I will not b benefited with internet... i was so frustrated but he was cool he even told me if I upgrade the sim then t internet services will resume...
                            So again I called up CC today wanted to know y t different CC says different things and about t internet... who doesn't get frustrated if one has to call so many times.. she was so impatient and she is not letting me talk she is like blah blah blah.. and suddenly my call got transfered and there I got to talk with supervisor.. he said the same thing that I don't hv 4G SIM and I was like y don't u guys send us the clear msg .. he said msg me T&C likha hua hota hai bus wahi hai.. he also said go to airtel office and talk to them and he disconnected the call. he and the previous girl was so rude .. but one cannot go through what's written inside it... so how m gonna know what's the T&C apply means... I may have misunderstood the msg but I wouldn't have been so frustrated if the first CC guy would have said what they r telling me.now..

                              Hello,

                              I was told on Customer Call that, we will receive all HD channels, for infinity pack. Payment done. But still Airtel is not able to provide ALL HD Channel [eg : Sony SAB HD, Comedy Central, Star Gold Select HD. Mind you this is only an example, there are more channels not received, so please don't again ask questions as if you guys not aware what channels].

                              I have open various ticket to get this issue resolved, even asking not to close the ticket without confirming with me, but still all the tickets are closed related to

                              this issue. Every time I have to spend about an hour over the call, attached the mobile call duration screenshot.

                              What I came to know from your OWN department that Airtel has to provide an additional device that will attach to the Dish in order to receive ALL HD channel. Since this is WIP, so this issue exists in at-least West Bengal and Maharashtra.

                              SO why is Airtel advertisment and Callcenter misleading the customers, taking the payment and not providing the services [attached screenshot from your portal]? Why is there no disclaimer or correct information?

                              Also your service engineers forcefully ask for the Customer Satisfaction Code that appears on the TV screen and then close the ticket.

                              When do you expect to provide the FULL service?

                              Your service has gone bad to worse. 4 Days back your service engg did some changes [as per them], and promised to come next day. No one arrived. The Signal have gone off for ALL channel now. I again had to raise a complain. The engg came to house and without my knowledge was taking the Customer Satisfaction code, to close the ticket without even solving it.[ref No 63848612].
                              Your workflow is driven and designed to CLOSE the ticket and NOT to actually resolve the issue.

                              The issue of HD channnel still persists.

                              I got a call from Airtel from a landline on 17th Jul 2017. I picked up the call but could not hear since it was a network problem. Same thing happened for the second time.

                              Yesterday I called up customer care to enquire about my SR 62797051. It was closed with resolution “Customer DID NOT picked the call”.

                              Airtel likes this game, Customer opens a ticket, Airtel closes it. That too without fixing it.
                              It's like I have been running a marathon.

                              Its again a NEW ticket [63398288] opened for wrong resolution for 62797051.

                                Hi, this is Mr SAKET KUMAR from NEW DELHI having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today in BENGALURU, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.

                                  I have made a recharge through my myairtel app after porting of RS 349/ after an SMS came to me o[censored]nlimited calls and 1 GB data/day for 28 days. To my surprise the it has gave me only 1 GB data for the whole 28 days. When I call customer care they made a blunderous statement of it changes for every day and every number and she can not help and she cut the phone.
