Hello,
I was told on Customer Call that, we will receive all HD channels, for infinity pack. Payment done. But still Airtel is not able to provide ALL HD Channel [eg : Sony SAB HD, Comedy Central, Star Gold Select HD. Mind you this is only an example, there are more channels not received, so please don't again ask questions as if you guys not aware what channels].
I have open various ticket to get this issue resolved, even asking not to close the ticket without confirming with me, but still all the tickets are closed related to
this issue. Every time I have to spend about an hour over the call, attached the mobile call duration screenshot.
What I came to know from your OWN department that Airtel has to provide an additional device that will attach to the Dish in order to receive ALL HD channel. Since this is WIP, so this issue exists in at-least West Bengal and Maharashtra.
SO why is Airtel advertisment and Callcenter misleading the customers, taking the payment and not providing the services [attached screenshot from your portal]? Why is there no disclaimer or correct information?
Also your service engineers forcefully ask for the Customer Satisfaction Code that appears on the TV screen and then close the ticket.
When do you expect to provide the FULL service?

Your service has gone bad to worse. 4 Days back your service engg did some changes [as per them], and promised to come next day. No one arrived. The Signal have gone off for ALL channel now. I again had to raise a complain. The engg came to house and without my knowledge was taking the Customer Satisfaction code, to close the ticket without even solving it.[ref No 63848612].
Your workflow is driven and designed to CLOSE the ticket and NOT to actually resolve the issue.
The issue of HD channnel still persists.
