Greetings !
I am really sorry to write this mail, but i haven't got any satisfactory solution or resolution for my complaint till now after 3 days:
My number [protected] is activated / ported from Prepaid IDEA, Karnataka to Post paid on AIRTEL Karnataka on 8th December 2015 at 8.04 AM, During the time of Activation and also before activation i have clearly requested for the activation of 3G Data (Rs. 199 Voice Plan and Rs. 250 Plan, We get 1 GB 3G Data + 1GB Extra 3G Data Special Dhamaka Plan Offer), As per the Executive words and also Customer Care Executive Words during the time of Activation of SIM card, the data plan will also get activated in 30 Min on the same (As per the rule as well), but unfortunately even at this point of time on date: i.e 11th December 2015, 5.30 PM the data plan is "NOT YET ACTIVATED", still the Status says as PENDING..
Please find the below mentioned details about the Call timings and conversations which has happened between Customer Care to resolve my complaint:

9th December 2015 8.00 AM 13 Min 20 Sec Kishore Naidu Kishore Naidu Still the Status is Pending, Promised that this issue will be resolved in 24 Hours
11.22 AM 7 Min 18 Sec Uday Still the Status is Pending, Promised that, he personally care about this issue and it
will be resolved in 3 Hours
1.29 PM 9 Min 28 Sec Kishore Naidu Kishore Naidu Still the Status is Pending, Promised that max to max it will be resolved in
3 Hours if not you can call to his Personal Number - [protected]
6.59 PM 20 Min 22 Sec Uday / Kishore Naidu Kishore Naidu Still the Status is Pending, Takes another 2 Hours and will be resolved as early as possible
9.15 PM 11 Min 41 Sec Uday Kishore Naidu Still Status is Pending, takes another 24 Hours to resolve, try to solve in 2 Hours
9.45 PM 40 Min 49 Sec Uday Floor Manager - Narasimhan
Sr. Manager - Shashi Kumar Still the status is Pending, Promised me that, it will be solved in another 3 Hours, he told
he will take personal intrested and do the things in another 3 Hours for Sure, before morning this issue will be solved completely, if not you can call
to Narasimha No. (No Number Given at last)
10th December 2015 7.56 PM 36 Min 46 Sec Uday Shashi Kumar Still status is Pending, Will be ready by 3 Hours if not you can call to

Apart from the above Calls which i made, in between some times i have received a Call from Airtel to tell about the status as " STILL THE STATUS IS PENDING, IT TAKE 24 Hours FROM NOW TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM", I was wondering that, Every time i get a call from Airtel (in an interval of 4 to 5 Hours once) from the day i port my number (3 days for today) so what does it mean by '24 HOURS', the complaint is solved in 24 Hours, is it from the day i gave complaint or the time they called for every 3 hours for 3 days, even today morning also got a call from Airtel saying again from now it will take 24 Hours, i was really in big confusion are they playing with us
For your information, I have received a Messages from Airtel with the references as Follows:

With above all the mentioned Conversations and issues, hereby i would like to bring it your kind notice that, If the Airtel is not ready to solve my problem on time, kindly let us know in clear, so that we will not believe their fake Convincing Bluff words or statements. Just by believing the words from Airtel Employess, i gave some promises to my business superior to send my official Reports, i failed to send the reports to my business heads on time, hence i got a warning letters from by business heads saying nonperformance, This is happened just because of fake statements by Customer Care Executives and its Higher Managers as mentioned above
Just for 30 Min of Work, They are taking 3 to 4 days to resolve the complaint, Its shows about the technical staff of Airtel are unable to solve the issues on time.
Hereby i am requesting through this, Kindly PORT my number from AIRTEL so that i can be able to look for other Better Networks like Vodafone, IDEA or other
Never expected that, AIRTEL will provide such an Horrible Service and Intolerable fake promises and convincing bluff statements for its clients Even the higher level managers are also not able to do with this issues means whom should we go and approach?
Atleast i request Airtel to Accept, that this issues is not possible to resolve this issues and hence the number can be ported to some other Networks, I am happy if this happens
I am extremely Sorry ! The Words or Sentences which i used above is not to hurt any one or to point anyone is particular or in direct to Airtel, its all about the frustration we got through
