Wrong tariff had been charged by airtel. Want to inform u that i[censored] will not make correction in previous bills & give wave-off to us. Otherwise we will approach to consumer-firm. That's up to you you make correction in your mistake of non informing to a corporate user for tariff plan update (Change). You had charging us accordingly previous high bill plans. This is not the fair dealing with costumer. I will prove in the firm that how many months you are charging with high tariff. Tell me than who will trust on airtel. Self activating all useless games and offers and deducting money as their wish.and call costs is very high RS.3/sec and no offers are provided by this network only unlimited is helpful and others call cost is very high if complaint is not resolved, I will change my network
