    My complaint is associated with the company ajio. I had ordered Puma LQDCELL Hydra Lace Up sports shoes of worth ₹ 3939 from ajio on 10th July 2021 and received it on 16th July 2021. The order id is #FL[protected]. When I received the product it was found that the product which I had received was completely different from the product which I had ordered. The design, shape and colour was completely different to what I had ordered. As the product was not same so I requested for return, it asked me some of the details so I just filled it. After few days my return request was accepted and the product was successfully picked up from my place but after few days I received the mail that the product which I had returned is a non ajio product and the product will be returned to you. Firstly they have delivered us the wrong product and blaming us that the product I returned is the non ajio product. I paid the worth ₹3939 for the shoes and the shoes which I have received seems not to be more than ₹1000 . This was the first scam they did with me. After that on the portal it was showing that by 10th aug 2021 your order will be delivered to you but now today when I checked the portal it is showing that status delivered inspite of delivering it to me. This is the second scam ajio did with me. There is no use of mailing and calling them as call never gets answered and on mail they send the revert that sorry for replying late and explain the procedure to raise the ticket to complaint on portal. Raised the complaint on portal also but it always shows that the investigation is in process but don't reply to us with the results.So it is my humble request to you to kindly help me to get my money back which is struck with ajio. They firstly delivered the wrong product and now not even returning the wrong product as well. I don't need the product back but the money which I paid i.e. 3939. At the worth of ₹3930 they are giving such a bad quality wrong product to us and on returning it they claim that it's a non ajio product. After that non even returning the wrong product to us and showing the status delivered on the portal. Ajio is doing scam with its customers. Kindly help me I shall be highly obliged.

        I Received The Product On 5th August Which Was Small In Size So I Requested For Return . The Delivery Person Came To Pick Up The Product Today But Refused To Pick Up The Product Because He Was Not Able To Match EAN Number. People at Customer Care told me to wait for 2 days and I have not got any response. And They Are Not Replying To My Emails As Well And Customer Care Executives Are Helpless.

          Return request created on 19/7/2021
          Refund Amount - 2318/-
          According to which product will be pickup by courier by 26th july, no one contacted for the return pickup of product so i complained twice regarding the issue, everytime giving 1 week timeline tht ur issue will be resolved by our team in name of there is some technical error with return id, 08/08/2021 till date no one contacted me for return of product or no update of refund, n as i m seeing today the order is it is showing i hv to self ship the product, i can not go outside n send via self ship, requested a return pickup from their website no progress or response from them, such a bad experience, no guarantee of refund money even if i self ship the product they can easily change their services at their convenience, plz help me with this wht can be done further

            I placed an order of item bearing the order ID FL[protected]. I was satisfied with one of the product but unfortunately, the Chrome & Coral(A line dress with button details) this dress quality is not good.

            I immediately initiated a return option for the specific product. Ajio then notified me it will be picked up by the (RETURN ID #RT[protected]. However, I received a text message saying "unable to pick up your order." We were home the entire day and no one had come to pick it up. Ever since that instance every alternate day I get the same message saying unable to pick up your order. I have been home for the past several weeks yet no one had actually come to pick up the product. I have sent ajio many mails and send complaints via the app but there's no reply yet. Also there's no way of talking to a customer service executive.

            This is unacceptable and one of the worst experience I had as a customer. Highly unprofessional and unpleasant. Customers should never be treated this way.

                I tried to order a product. The money was deducted, but I could see the order still not placed. Tried calling customer care and no one picked even after 11 min wait.

                  I had placed an order for a product on AJIO on August 3rd. I tried to pay using Google pay but the payment failed but the money got debited.I checked my bank account as well. I tried checking their website on what to do but they said send an email. I sent 7 emails and there has been no response. I tried calling as well but their waiting time is too long or they aren't just picking up. I would like my money back as soon as possible or I would like to receive the order I had placed.

                    I've ordered footwear and got delivered on Monday.products are unfit and initiated return right after receiving. Later, for straight days i used to get messages that pickup partner tried to pickup but didn't work out. The thing is i didn't receive not even one call from pick-up guy since then. Then i contacted customer support and after trying many times but no one contact
                    What kind of customer support is this??? Again i requested for return and hoping it will workout at least this time. Or else I'll take this to next level. (Sent by mail but still I waiting)

                              I made a payment to order a yoga pant on Ajio and I paid through phonepe. I am attaching the screenshot for better clarity. Money got deducted from the bank but the order was not placed. I request immediate response to this and return my money as soon as possible or place my order and deliver it. I screen shot regarding the payment is already sent to ajio customer care mail.

                                  On 1st July I have done payment to AJIO account, my money was deducted (done google pay payment ) and my order was not placed .
                                  Today is 8 aug my amount is not refunded back .
                                  Bank confirmation attaching that payment is received by AJIO successfully .
                                  Attaching police complaint.
                                  They are not responding to my mails .not giving proper response during customer call.

                                  They are not giving any dates when they back my money .

                                        I recieved my refund amount ₹ 1659 in my ajio wallet on 19 july 2021 for order #FL[protected] then i requested to transfer money into my bank account and on 23 july 2021 money was deducted from ajio wallet but still not transferred into my bank account pls look into it i want my money back
