While trying to place an order on ajio.com, my payment failed 2 times and the amount was deducted from my bank account.

However, its been 1 month and still ajio has not refunded my money.
Even have called ajio customer care multiple times and sent email as well with bank account statement, but no help received so far.

This seems to be the worst shopping site service.

    I ordered clothing items from Ajio a month back. While returning one of the products there was some technical issue from the company's side and the returned got delayed. The order number is FL[protected] for which I didn't receive any refund even after confirmation of return of the product to the warehouse and it has been a month without any update about the refund status.
    AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have placed the order which comprised of 5 items - one item was received at the end and without brand /price tag - i requested a return of this product but they are not ready to process return and accept that the product was sent without tag. Many of my friends have also received ajio products without tag, received wrong items. I had emailed raising my concern - pic of the item.
      The best part is the customer care does not care. The number is not answered even after waiting for 25 mins - the email is answered after days stating return not possible. The tweets are not responded.
      If they can sell and deliver during pandemic, they can as well provide decent customer care service.

      Ajio is a fraud - kindly provide resolution

        I placed an order of Rs. 1614.90 using my debit card on September 10, 2020 and the amount got debited from my account but I did not receive the order confirmation yet.
        I immediately dropped an email to the customer care with no response yet.

        Request you to either confirm my order or refund the amount of Rs. 1614.90 at the earliest.

        Followed up with the customer care executive and ensured that they refund the amount at the earliest. Even mailed them on the customercare email id. I goy my refund in 4days.

          I orderd 4 kurtas. Kept one. Returned one n opted for bank account refund but they refunded it into ajio wallet.
          Then i updated app n after that could not open it. Saw thousands of reviews about bad update n people were not able to return products as app was lagging. So i didnt receive other orders to preventt rusking my money.
          But they blocked my id saying u cant refuse to take the order.
          Now my money got stuck in wallet. They are not refunding ut just assuring everytime. Its been 2weeks now.

            I have returned ajio a dress i didnt like but still i havent recieved any refund its been 10 days since the order has been returned. The stupid customer care sent me a number that nobody responds on. They are only delivering and collecting things fast but not refunding fast. Myntra and amazon are much better than ajio. I will defame this site as much as i can if i dont get my refund. My complaint id is #rt21142210.

            hello i have returned a dress on oct 2nd .i got a msg saying your refund has been initiated but i didnt received my money how many days will it take to refund my money This is really frustrating .iam not gonna buy again from ajio if you wont resolve my issue .my return id is RT23244849.

              I returned a product previously, but have not recieved any refund till now... I have been emailing them constantly. There is no response from there side except for covid 19 excuses. Nobody is picking up the call at customer care. Myntra and amazon are better than ajio in refunding money back to there customers.

                    I had an ajio account but suddenly today - 9th september 2020 it was blocked without any prior notice and without any rhyme or reason. This was done in an arbitrary and illegal manner.

                    Due to this i am unable to access my account. I have received some products which i want to return but cannot do that as i cannot the access my account either on laptop or mobile app.

                    Further, there are many products which i have ordered and also made the payment which is of approx inr 20000. Now i cannot access the same in case i want to cancel or track my products.

                    I spoke to a customer care officer but o no avail as they had no idea why it has been blocked and what is the further process in this regard.

                    I want either my account activated asap or ajio should return my money and take back its products which i have already received and want to return.

                    This is really scary and really frustrating to face such pathetic and horrible customer exeperience.

                      I have placed an order of ₹880 and paid through google pay. Amount is debited but no confirmation regarding the order. I have sent an email to the customer care 2 days back but no reply yet.. Please initiate a refund or confirm my order.

                      I had placed an order of amount 2569.45 through google pay app. The amount is deducted but no confirmation regarding the order in AJIO app. I have sent an email to customer care. Please initiate my refund at the earliest because I placed the same order through net banking which was confirmed. Hoping for a quick and early response.

                      Placed an order in ajio but not getting any confirmation i have paid around 5500 rupees but not showing in the order section
                      I had placed an order of amount Rs.7090.75 - transaction id WHDF[protected]-BILLDKAJIO[protected] Aug 2021 . The amount has been debited but no order confimation - and is impossible to get in touch with ajio. I have sent 4 emails and called multiple times on their toll free number but reached a dead end. Looking forward to a quick response and to get my money back!!!

                            I had ordered a product from ajio online platform, i got tracking id with delhivery courier company, status shows product out for delhivery but delivery boy or none from delhivery courier service not contacted me yet. When i enquired it came to know that, delhivery couriers located at my city never gonna attempt to deliver the product or never gonna contact me, later themself will return the product. That is what they always doing in my city. My question is who will be responsible for my money i paid for the product, if the company sure product not going to deliver which send through this courier company why they are deceiving customers, taking orders from the customers and accept payments from they showing delivery is possible to the provided postal code. The company took money from me many days ago and who will be responsible if i not get any interest on the money i paid?

                                I ordered mtv aviator sunglasses from ajio app on 1st sep 2020... Along with 1 more order that i haven't received yet.. L hope i dont have to face it again..

                                Instead of aviator what i have received is levi's underwear... Bill is of aviators but inside it was an underwear...

                                I sent the delivery directly to someone as a gift.. Bcz of your carelessness i had to face insult and embarrassment...

                                This is how you you provide best services to your customers??? Continuously trying to contact through call mails.. But no revert...

                                I want refund. And compensation for everything...

                                And try to check what u r sending/ delivering once...

                                  This app is robbing its customer on daily basis. They auto cancelled 2 of my prepaid products for which i had paid the actually price and the tax already. But when they are refunding because of this auto cancellation (From their end) they took that tax price from me even when i didn’t receive the product. The refund should have been rs. 534.78. But they said it will be rs. 509.32. But ultimately they gave me rs. 200 as refund against my order. What kind of sick game they are playing with all the customer really can’t understand.
