This is bhudev prasad kundu, age 65, from bankura, west bengal. Invested total rs.1, 00000 in alchemist infra realty ltd in three different scheme. Total maturity amount to be received was approx 1, 50, 000 starting from march 2015. The concerned office also had taken one of my original certificate and promised to pay me back when the cash would be available but after almost two years i have not got my money. Now as the office is closed, very much confused what to do next.

          Namastey, myself vikas samanta... My alllotment no. Rcc0572796... I have invested rs-30, 000/- dated on 31/12/2010 and got maturity on 31/12/2016 and it is written that it was expected to be not less than rs-60, 000/-.
          The original papers been submitted to alchemist office with receiving sign and stamp also said me that the payment information will be given by them soon once necessary things will be done, but unfortunate till date not recd any call neither given any positive reply during personal visit, it is harden money which invested and i need the money back urgently.

          Hope i will get a call positively, please look into this matter judiciously..

              Namastey, myself punam sengupta... My alllotment no - rc00199133... I hv invested rs-25000/- dated on 23/3/2010 and got maturity on 02/03/2016 and it is written that it was expected to be not less than rs-50000/-.

              I am Nabin Sen. I have many certificates which is under ALCHEMIST INFRA REALTY LIMITED. I was many certified from them for increasing money/funding but that's are all matured many days ego. I want to know that when I gave my money.If I have not in hand good solution then I will contact to police and knocking for help.

                My father has invested in alchemist infra realty. The amount was matured on may'17. But we are yet to receive the maturity amount, the local office is not responsive on that. They say they have forwarded it to head office and they are not aware when we are going to receive the amount. The company helpline can not give any concrete answer on this. We have submitted all documents at the time of maturity in the local office. A fast response in this regard is accepted.

                    Deposited 100000/- (Rupees one lakhs only) in the name of rubi das in alchemist infra realty vide certificate no. Rx00019224/000037 which matures in february 2015. Surrendered the certificate well in advance to company's office at ganesh chandra avenue, kolkata. Received cheque no,.000235 drawn on pnb, chandigarh with dt.25.07.2015. Deposited the same cheque on 25.07.2015 to allahabad bank, laskarpur, garia, kolkata. The cheque was returned with reason "insufficient fund".

                    Deposited 200000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) in the name of spandan das in the same company vide certificate no. Rx00039623 dtd.23.03.2013 which matures on 23.03.2016. This certificate i could not even deposit for redemption as by then the company has closed all its offices known to me.

                    So right know i owe alchemist infra realty rs.300000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) plus interest interest accrued.

What sebi is doing. I am a retired senior citizen. For us nobody in the country. Mr. K. D. Singh being a m. P. How can he do such thing. Now my question is whether can i get my money refund or not. Otherwise i will be compelled to sucide. For that mr. K. D. Singh will be responsible.

                              unfortunately this policy holder is my uncle who was already expired on month of july 27 2016
                              so what is the procedure to withdraw the maturity as a legal heir..

                              I invested Four Lakh Twenty thousand into Alchemist and the due date is over nearly two years ago but they are still not returning my money at all. They said the due date should be extended and within two years, I'd get all my money back, Now I do not see any sign of them. Its a Cheat.

                                  Hi, myself manorama devi jointly with m. P. Singh... Alllotment no - rdd0240232... I hv invested 1 lakh dated on15/07/2011 and got maturity on 15/07/2011 and it is written that it was expected to be not less than 2 lakh.
                                  If i visit office which was at jharkhand, district - bokaro sector-4 it was found to be closed or open untimely and they give no response or any kind of procedure to follow or any form to be fill up to take my money back...
                                  So it is highly concerned to take ur view on this...

According to certificate provided by the company the maturity amount not less than 100000/ (One lakh) will be refunded on expiry of tenure on 15.03.2017. But after repeated request to concern agent it has been known that the company has closed all the branches in all over...
