I got one Cheque (Ch.No.094406 Dt. 19/05/15 on PNB Chandigarg ) for Rs.1, 00, 000/- as maturity value against my Investment but due to insufficient of fund this cheque was bounced by the bank. On complain against this incidents, Agent took this cheque (Original) with a receipt on the Xerox copy of this cheque on 30/07/2015 with an assurance that Alchemist will transfer this amount to my Bank through RTGS / NEFT very soon but till date there is no development.

I Krishnendu Chaudhuri s/o lt B.N.Chaudhuri residing at Baruipara, P.O & P.S-Kalna, Burdwan have two Certificates of property -allotment no -AIRL/ARA0086470 and AIRL/ RXX0096669 and matured amount respectively Rs 40000/. and Rs100000/ and matured dt respectively 27/10/2014 and 08/08/2015.I have deposited original certificates but have not yet get my matured money. However Alchemist gave a cheque for allotment no-AIRL/ARA0086470 of Rs41600/Which was bounced . Please help me to repay the matured amount as early as possible otherwise I will inform that information to reliable sources such as local authorities, govts, legal authorities.I hope ur response as early as possible.

1) Allotment no. HO463763 (Alchemist Cheat Fund, Barasat)- I Smt. Kalpana Debnath had an investment certificate of maturity amount Rs.30, 000/- in Alchemist Holdings Limited. The investment was matured on 24/01/2015.
After that I am received just 40% of the amount and alchemist said that rest 60% will be deposited on my bank account. But till now I have not received any amount of this.
2) Allotment no. RXXO113497 (Alchemist Cheat Fund, Barasat) – I had invested of Rs.1, 50, 000/- in Alchemist Infra Reality Limited in monthly scheme. But I had not received monthly interest from July 2015. The certificate was matured on 27/11/2015. After maturity my agent said that they could not pay the principal amount and due monthly interest at that moment. As per agents concern Alchemist extends the maturity term for 2 years more and monthly interest will paid into my bank account. But after that I have not received any amount of interest on my bank account. Interests of November 2015 to February 2016 are due. And my agent said that alchemist can’t pay now for “year-ending” process.

Now this is going to intolerable situation for me. We are completely unaware what is the actual scenario.
God knows when I will get the money invested in Alchemist.
Please take necessary and immediate action.

After mature of my Investment Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. issued a Punjab National Bank cheque ( IFS code -PUNB0148800, Chq. No '099878") dated 29.06.2015 of value Rs.2.5 lac Same chq. bounce while produced in my SBI account with reason " Insufficient Fund" .I informed to Howrah ( Kadamtala) Branch office & they took back original Alchemist chq. & one cancel chq.of my SBI account for direct transfer at my account through RTGS. They issued a receipt Xerox copy of original chq. with stamp & signature on 28.8.2015. But till today I have not received same amount or information from them.

I have invested Rs.6.3 lacs at MIS scheme with Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. .Now my all investment have been matured but I am not getting either Maturity value or interest of maturity amount. At below I am giving my details of non payig Maturity.
1. Allotment No. AIRL/RX00018103, Mature Value Rs.2.5 lac, Maturity Date 29.12.2014 .Company Extend maturity date by 6 months (i.e 29.06.2015) with 6 no. post dated Internal warrens ( interest) & one post dated PNB bank cheque ( Chq. no 099878, IFS Code PUNB0148800 dated 29.06.2015) . Same chq. bounce two times for "Insufficient Fund".Then my agent collect same chq. & one cancel Chq.of my account for RTGS & handover me a stamped & sign Xerox copy of chq. as receipt from Howrah Kadamtala branch.
2.Allotment No.AIRL/RXX0076728 Mature Value Rs.1 lac, Maturity Date 30.03.2015 .Company Extend maturity date by 6 months (i.e 30.09.2015) with 6 no. post dated Internal warrens ( interest) & one post dated PNB bank cheque ( Chq. no 397624, IFS Code PUNB0148800 dated 30.09.2015) .But agent collect this chq.& asked me not to deposit in my bank to avoid bounce & unnecessary cash deduction as company will pay through RTGS as when company will order for deposit.
3.Allotment No.AIRL/RXX0103829 Mature Value Rs.2.3 lac, Maturity Date 29.09.2015 . Company took original paper against a receipt stamped xerox copy on 22.7.15. But no payment done either principal amt. or MIS amt.
4.Allotment No.AIRL/RXX0128778 Mature Value Rs.0.5 lac, Maturity Date 08.02.2016 . Company took original paper against a receipt stamped xerox copy on 22.01.16. But no payment done either principal amt. or MIS amt.
My total Investment matured but not a single penny payment has done so I seek your help to recover our hard earned money to save my family as my Husband is a retired person have no other income.

As I have been invested above mention company, after maturity, I have deposited the original document and account no, I'd card.
But till know I have not received the amount in my account. While calling to agents they switch off there phone.

I, amar kumar sanyal purchased a bond(allotment no air/rxx0087006) of rs40000/- of said company on 22/05/2012 which had been matured on 22/05/2015. As per guideline of said company i had submitted my original document on 03/03/2015. Till date i have not received any money and official says it will take atleast another 2 years to get my money. Pls lodge a complain against said company and help me out to get my maturity amount.

I had got a cheque of Rs 80000/- as maturity value from Alchemist Infra Reality Ltd.. Cheque No.004156 dt.15.09.2015 of PNB Chandigarh. But the cheque was bounced. That cheque was received back by the agent S. Majumder and was sent for neft.Certificate No. RX00022013/000037. Till now the payment has not been done. Pl.do needful at your earliest.

Sir, i am swapna biswas invest rs 110000/- in the alchemist infra reality ltd.My fixed deposit was mature on 22nd october 2014.A cheque of 110000/- is cancel one time also.I give my bank account details and investment detail in the branch office haldia.They took my original check and told me the payment will made by ecs in my bank account but still now i dont get any payment . However even after five months I have not received my principal amount. Every time I visit their office they come up with different stories. Sometimes they say the thought of paying in cash from the local office, but that did not happened due to some problem and it was send to their head office. Sometimes they say cheque from head office came but I have not contacted them in Shilpara office so the cheque was returned back to head office. However every month I visit their office for the status and I have provided my mobile number and address of residence. Then they come up with different story. As the agent who did the MIS for me is not there so they cannot follow up with Kolkata head office and pursue for release of my cheque or cash. I have already informed that the Agent Mr. Manas Bhattaraya who did my MIS died a year back. Is there is any possibility of getting my money back. Can anyone help me to know whom to write to solve the problem?

This is generally followed by respective agents, as my agent has died so now I am required to do all that to know when I can have my money back. I do not know if there is any possibility of getting my money back. Can anyone help me to know whom to write to solve the problem?

I had invested INR 20, 000 in 2009 which was supposed to mature in Dec 2014. I received my cheque in January 2015 with a cheque dated 13th June 2015. When I deposited the cheque in June, the cheque was returned saying insufficient balance. The company is not responding and only asking us to wait declaring that they are clearing in phases and as of now March cheques are getting cleared. One of the employees also informed us that the company was facing issues in accumulating funds due to some raid from IT.

I have invested in the company 3.15Lakh in MIS Plan after 03 yrs bond period company issued cheque on 04 March 15 but cheque bonced till now i have not got my hard earned money myallotment no RX00014475 . . .

We (our family) have 3-4 Fixed deposit under ALCHEMIST INFRA REALITY LIMITED Agent Tapan Kumar Mandal ( Nick- Laltu) village - Bahara, P.O- Kotasur, Dist- Birbhum is the concern and responsible person for our all the ALCHEMIST INFRA REALITY LIMITED policy and now he behave like a unknown person and showing negligence to pay the MIS amount and maturity value. there for I tried to contact with the ALCHEMIST INFRA REALITY LIMITED and the responsible person in company's head office in KOLKATA but unfortunately could not find .. Policy No:- AIRL/RX00021231 from 02/03/2012 to 02/03/2015, Rs- 100000/- it has already over from maturity date but the company and their agent not giving the maturity. Another is- Policy No:- AIRL/RXX0098274, from 30/08/2012 to 30/08/2015, Policy Holder- PIYALI SARKAR, Rs- 100000/- The MIS amount has pending for last 6 months. So who will going pay the interest of those 6 months MIS amount, the agent or ALCHEMIST INFRA REALITY LIMITED company? I have all the bank details and call details transit by the agent. i don't want any maturity extension and any delay for MIS amount. As per the certificate I'm the Legal Heir, photocopy attached, pls resolve this.

So I was approached to company through agent to enroll my name in new company. Now they are saying to agent you have to bring new customer for us then we will do it for the old customer. I am worried after the maturity of this certificate if they deny then what should I do?

CERITIFICATE OF PROPERTY for Rs 60,000/- & issue 6 demand order for payment for 600 each.
I the legal heir of the CERITIFICATE OF PROPERTY for Rs 60,000/- request you to please cancel the agreement & refund me the amount available urgently.
