Unfair dispute resolution team to the buyers: i have been a regular buyer on the aliexpress website, until recently, whenever i order a more expensive order, the seller sent damaged items and even accepted their mistake and agreed for a full refund with return (As return shipping from india is extremely expensive). However aliexpress have their own dispute resolution team, who decided that the buyer has to ship the items back, which means no matter what the seller gives, damaged, wrong goods and fails to give the right quality, but the buyer still has to has to pay for the sellers mistakes. I requested so many times regarding that it is clearly mistake of seller but aliexpress is with the buyers and whatever and how much u are right... Doesn't matter for aliexpress... Aliexpress always favour sellers.. What a cheap resolution? As amount is big so we can't refund.. I already paid 31000 inr for the product and 15000 inr for custom.. Now if i want this 30000 inr refund i have to pay again return shipping fees which is very high in india. Please take appropriate action against buyers

    I ordered xiaomi air dot from ali express on 2nd aug'19 amounting rs 1242.67, the order id is [protected]. It was supposed to come in 2-3 weeks. The shipment was stuck with delhi international mail centre for more than 2 months. It was not allowing me to cancel the order/raising a dispute during this transit time. The tracking id is rb[protected]sg, now it is showing the order is completed, meaning delivered. But when i am tracking this package from the id it is showing that has been sent to singapore. Now i can't do anything on the portal, only option they are giving me is to write a feedback. Please escalate this issue to ali express team, this is pure theft.

        After i received an item damaged i opened an disput and the seller told me to ship the item back. I asked about the shipping cost and after a lot of talking he agreed to pay me the shipping costs. And now after more than 2 months, the seller doesn´t answer my messages and don´t give the shipping costs. I have contacted the aliexpress chat and they told me that they would make sure that they i received the money. And so far i have got no answer.

Which means no matter what the seller gives, damaged, wrong goods and fails to give the right quality, but the buyer still has to has to pay for the sellers mistakes.
          This is for the 4th order in a row now,
          There is no option to appeal, the customer care misleads the buyer and tells to wait until the order gets closed, to open an appeal. On waiting the advised time, the customer care told me there was no option to appeal. And promised that they will resolve the case as soon as possible, but obviously, i reached out to them 5 times until now, but never receive any email, however i have all the screenshots of all communications, and misleading instructions and false promises.
          Now the seller has stopped communicating, and aliexpress says the payment is released to the buyer and there is nothing they can do about it.

                I was a satisfied customer of aliexpress and i love to buy things from there. But when i have updated my new delivery address somewhere in february 2019, i ordered around 5 times. Everytime there is no delivery at all and even i am unable to track the parcel. I am not getting refund or not even my order. Which is really v dissatisfactory. Dispites are closed stating contact ypur local logistical company. I dont know where is that local company and where to track my order. I am still waiting for the products to deliver. I want to order some more things but really worried about my recent past experience.

And seller agreed to cancel the order. And said he refund my money on my PayPal account.but he don't refund . I also send him the screen shot of my PayPal account balance which shows zero. But he don't reply me. Again and again I told the seller for refund my money. still today already14 day's over but he don't refund back the money.                     I bought from aliexpress on july 2nd. My purchase was supposed to be delivered on september 1st but it has never happened. Aliexpress affirms they had delivered in the right address. But who received the package???
                    When i ask them to prove with the signature from the responsible person for the package and the copy of receipt they don't answer. My dispute has just finished and nobody from help center was supposed to solve the problem. The track numbers provided from aliexpress are not available in brazil. It has been such a stressful and frustrating situation.

                      I ordered 5x
                      Aluminum alloy anti-shock feet pad audio stereo speakers amplifier cd player chassis ceramic beads vibration absorption stand.

                      They came with metal beads instead of ceramic, which is inferior and cheaper product.

                      I opened dispute. I am 100% right. The seller says (Admits) he sent alloy product. The aliexpress dispute team is doing their best to prove i am wrong. I sent them pictures of the product i received, the seller says he sent all-metal product. The case is so obvious, but according to dispute team, no. The last thing they suggested is take them to a third party testing center and get an official report. I already paid more to get an inferior product, paid customs tax and now they want me to pay for testing center.

                      They are literally encouraging people to use fake descriptions and deceive buyers.

                      Somebody must step in and tell them to do their job properly.

                            Before raising "Dispute", I was confirmed by the Screen Short Generated in AliExpress - India Portal Page(after full payment made by me as Product Value & Shipping Cost) that the Product will be shipped within 7 days after successfully placing the order or the Order will be automatically Closed and the money will be refunded, which never happened, because when the shipment was not done within 7 days AliExpress keep remain silent and the innocent buyer have to raised "Dispuite Cliam". So, since after waiting near about 15 days after placing the order, when I had discovered that AliExpress Poertal tracking details clearly mentioning that "Tracking is unavailable", I had full wright to think that the Product was lost in transit and in a ill motive thought both sellers and AliExpress want to hide this matter until the last date of "60 days buyer Protection Guaranty"was over, so that my Genuine Claim can be delayed. moreover in AliExpress Order Related Terms and Condition it is not mentioned that AliExpress sellers responsibly related to dispatched the fully paid order only to cross the Chinese Boder and handover the same to the Govtt of India's Postal Department, because after receiving full Product value and Full Shipping Cost AliExpress never tried to get the confirmation from the innocent buyer, how and from which medium will take the responsibility of the delivery from AliExpress Standard Shipping Medium to other Shipping Medium. So, how AliExpress Dispute Settlement Team can claimed that it is buyer responsibility to personally visit the unknown Shipping Medium's End and hunt for his/her fully paid product ??when Innocent Buyer raised "Dispute" the wise and very efficent Dispuute settlemment team began to start partial to the fellow countrymen, ie, Chinese Sellers interest and for doing that they start finding the loop holes of the "60 days Buyers Protection Guaranty laws". What a joke??

                                Am very much disappointed as an aliexpress first time customer. I have ordered goods with aliexpress seems july this years and we are now in september, but i haven't received any of my orders. Which totally left me with no choice, but to lay my complaints. I was looking forward to honesty and trust worthy suppliers, but turn out to be a disappointment. If it's possible to be refunded i will appreciate.

                                  I had ordered 4 product out of which two deliverd which were lesser price but the expensive power bank never got delivered. For sometime the vendor was responding to my messages then he stopped. After a while they blocked by app and when i relogin with my google account they deleted my entire order history. Now i can’t even see my order history. Can’t even claim non receiving of goods.

                                    The above item is being detained and not released, not only that but this is the 6-7 item that has been confiscated by the customs at kolkata for no apparent legit reason. Buyer or the seller has not been intimated.
                                    It seems the authorities detain goods as and when they like with no one to question them. This has to stop immediately or some international government has to step in because our government itself is too weak to do anything about it. Its not just kolkata customs but the whole country is corrupt, and it is a suffocating feeling to live in this country.
                                    Release my parcel. Why are you detaining a watch i ordered for 500 rupees from aliexpress. Is this how the government runs the country. Thieves, beggars.
