The seller almost mr whose store is the princess store is the most rude seller i have ever had to deal with on any online shopping platform. When i said that i incurred debit card charges on top of the charge for the order that got cancelled they were rude, insulting, name called multiple times, were patronising and were just the worst people i've ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs, they're disrespectful and dont deserve your custom!

    Hi,

    I ordered a bag from artmomo official store from your website. The seller has sent me a counterfeit product and is not same as how they have describe in picture. I have disputed it but, they are not listening and is not helping me in anyway. I opted for a partial refund, as i cant return the product as the country of origin is very far and they have an option for a partiality refund for which i have opted. Now i want this to take it seriously and resolve asap.

      I have placed order on 8th october, 2018, been more than 6 months now, order id: [protected], total seven products, payment made is 18.77 $.
      I have not received a single product yet, i have made so many complaints but the seller is not refunding the mount instead they are asking me to pay shipping charges so that they can send the product again, others sellers are not even reverting.
      This is a fraud going on at aliexpress where you take payment in advance and then no product is sent till date.

        I have ordered a bracelet 5 months ago, but i have not yet received it even till now. The seller doesn't even respond properly. When i asked the refund, they said that thet would get it delivered, but they dint. Afyer that they haven't even replied to any of my messages. I have also said them to send it at the earliest. They aren't replying to me at all. They are not even ready to give the refund. Once i had given refund request, bit the seller said that they would get it delivered, so i closed the dispute. And i cant request again for a refund. Please look into this urgently.

        In India very few ordered products are received through free aliexpress shipping method.SO I kindly request you to either provide paid shipping method for every product or improve your free delivery services

          I have ordered Samsung msata SSD 250 GB from AliExpress against Order No. [protected] from Maker Digital franchise Store but unfortunately the SSD received is Defected and Damaged, I approach seller for this issue and seller agreed and told to open dispute with logistic Problem for full refund without Returning Goods but it's by AliExpress Shipping method, when I told it's handled by AliExpress because of AliExpress shipping method than seller gave me another option open dispute that I no longer need the product with refund only and I'll accept, when I open dispute than seller change from his commitment and told to open dispute return and refund with I no longer need the product, than I came to know seller is a fraud, liar and untrustworthy person. After requesting a seller alot, seller didn't co-operate. After begging, seller agreed for partial return shipping charges but the return shipping charges are high from India even though I agree than seller changes from his own statement and told that after receiving defected damaged SSD than I'll (Seller) refund money, partial shipping cost and product cost, everytime change from his words. So it's not possible to trust this seller who always change from his own commitment, if I'll send the product back to seller by spending full shipping cost and if seller create any problem after receiving it than I'll loose Shipping cost as well as product cost, this is not reliable seller and I want to be safe. Seems seller has send me defected damaged SSD intentionally and trying to cheat me and not cooperating now, really a greedy seller.
          Than the dispute is escalate to AliExpress judgement team and AliExpress team found the reason valid as per evidence submitted and gave proposal Refund only USD 60.74 without Returning the goods and I accept it and after 3 days they change from there own proposal and give final judgement return goods and refund. I think it's my biggest mistake of trusting AliExpress and purchase but who know AliExpress support there Chinese seller because of Chinese website and encourage there Chinese sellers to cheat customers and do fraud.
          Not AliExpress and not AliExpress seller stick to there own words, commitment, they both are liar, unprofessional, not reliable. They only destroying reputed name of AliExpress by cheating customers, seems customer is not at all important for them. AliExpress should treat both buyer and seller equally but they are only supporting Chinese seller, it's really a shame on there services. Like this customer will loose there trust on AliExpress and stop purchasing.
          It's none where my fault even though I cooperate and give valid evidence even though they support there Chinese community. Hope they take this matter seriously and review this case again and do proper judgement and stick to there proposal as a genuine and trustworthy website.
          I don't want to loose my money because it's none where my fault, I want to be in safe hands.
          Please help me
          Otherwise I have to approach Credit Card Company to Charge Back my amount.
          I request you please cooperate and do justice

            I got a notifcation that my parcel is delivered and signed for.
            The person just kept repeating that customs and postman will handle it... Why would they when email says "delivered and signed for" (But i've not received the item).
            I have contacted help 2 times before. Somehow my address was wrong (I noted hours after making many orders) and some sellers didn't bother to rectify it.
            Two previous agents said they were fixing it, but clearly they havent done anything either.
            *not only this but your eva robot is also terrible, and a big time waster.*
            Your agents don't speak english, they lie and they are annoying.

            Why i havent received my refund after u cancelled my order, it has been more than 20 days. It was my first purchase on ali express i will never buy from this site in future.
            My tracking number is this PBAA[protected] and I did not find my luggage there but it was showing that it has been delivered.
            Ali Express had advertised original Nike shoes. But they sent fake shoes without box and warranty. When questioned, they are asking the buyer to prove that the shoes are fake. They are blindly rejecting my complain

              I had placed an order (Order Id : [protected]) on 8/12/2018 through Aliexpress. Tracking Number given was UN[protected]CN. I haven’t received my order yet, still the status of order is showing as ‘completed’. I have attached the screenshot of tracking status. Please contact with the courier service, track the order and look into the matter as I haven’t received it. This was my first experience with Aliexpress which seems to be disappointing.

                I generally refrain from buying from aliexpress. However a product was nowhere available in india and i placed an order for the same on aliexpress. The seller is xiao bobo running his shop by the name infinite strange zone store

                The seller tried to drain more money from me by saying that i have not paid yet and the earlier i pay, i will get the item then. I had already paid successfully by the credit card.

                It's clear that seller is not interested to sell the item to me or he does not have any in stock. This is a bad tactic. Instead of honestly dealing with the matter, he is just trying to fool me and drain more money from me.

                  Unauthorised bank transaction in my sbi sb account on 01.03.2019 by Google proxima beta and Aliexpress. Rs. 7700.i have never share my bank account otp, pin to any body. This is unauthorised transaction which is done by Google. Please refund the transaction. The transaction done through card ending 9798 on01. 03.2019.the account statement shows multiple transaction on aliexpress and Google proxima beta approximately Rs. 7700 in multiples of rs79, in Google proxima beta andrs. 1500, rs.300 on aliexpress. Please help to refund these amount.

                    In august 2018 i ordered 9 items from aliexpress from 8 different sellers out of which i received only 5 items. Since one of the items arrived later than due date i decided to wait more. I contacted the sellers after buyer protection expired and they asked me to wait. I'm still waiting. This seller (Qingxiu li shop1201272 store) blacklisted me when i informed him/her that i didn't receive my parcel.                           Iam praveen from sri lanka, and i had ordered a hiking bag from ali express online store.

                          The order was to be delivered to my friends' place.

                          The order had been delivered today, 5th february 2019, in the morning. Apparently at that time my friend and his wife were at work and only his mother in law was at home with their baby.

                          The delivery agent had been rude with her and had scolded her in foul language asking her to attend the door bell immediately.

                          My friend and all of his family members are so upset about this incident.

                          His mother in law is an old lady and is taking care of the baby, and hence she was not able to rush to the door.

                          I kindly request you to please look into this matter and take action against the delivery agent.

                              I have a huge respect for the ali-express but this is first time i was handled very badly by their judgment team for dispute who cannot understand simple english i guess. I placed order no #[protected] (Chainsaws power tool) on dec.31 2018 and they can check what exactly this order is about, right? I received the package in damaged form which i shared immediately through the pictures, after opening the packet one of the important heavy metallic part of the order (Set) was not there and it was not difficult to understand the reason as packet was damaged and there were openings one side. I immediately contacted the seller who just offered $2 (While complete set is of $18.99) which i rejected. Reason is ssimple, set is of no use without this important part (Which is guiding plate). I opened the dispute and shared the damaged packed pics and that of received set where one can clearly see set is incomplete. But this is what aliexpress great judgment team concluded with "missing some goods : invalid, reason: you did not show us the shipping label on the package, which clearly show the tracking number and the official statement from your local shipping company that the package was short in the transit." i did shared label as well as video when asked but who can give me in written that product has missing part? It was lost during transition, thus only receiver can know. I did shared the evidence but judgement from ae seems to be pre-written neglecting the evidence and hence wrong decision. Kindly look into the matter for the immediate solution

                                On 29th december, 2018 the seller shipped my xiaomi mi box s to india, on 4th january the item has been recieved at chennai (Madras) air. My expected delivery was 12th january, 2019 and almost 2 weeks over my product is still in chennai (Madras) air. My tracking number is rb[protected]sg.                                     I ordered a minion cover of Samsung A7, almost a year ago. I have not received it till now. And the payment was done with debit card. Is it a fake site?
                                    I have not got almost ten things I had ordered in 2018 thus sure seems bogus not reliable at all I have not got many products either not shipped or stuck in between there is no option to contact seller even seems the most bogus site I have ever seen...
                                    I'm also in a similar situation. I ordered eight products from aliexpress in August 2018. Only four were delivered. What's worse is that when I informed one of the sellers about it she blacklisted me. Such a terrible person. Others would probably do the same. :(

                                      My tablet order (With [protected] order number) was returned to the seller by turkish customs, but aliexpress don't give my 107 usd back!

                                      I have gone to the customs almost every week. But, the customs never gave it to me since it is a "forbidden to import" product because of it's sim function. I told the customs that i am ready to pay customs clearance fee, but they never accepted. Finally, today i went to the customs again to try to get the parcel, they clearly told me that the tablet was sent back to the seller.

                                      However, seller didn't want to pay my money back and surprisingly aliexpress agreed with the seller and robbed my 107 usd...

                                      I don't trust aliexpress anymore and don't recommed anyone to buy from aliexpress.

                                      However, i want my 107 usd back from aliexpress now.

                                        Encomendei e paguei o produto há quase 3 meses. Este já está na alfandega do meu país, portugal há um mês porque para o desenfadegar tenho de ter fatura comercial a qual tem de ser cedida pelo vendedor. Pedi a várias vezes sem obter resposta. Conclusão ao não ter essa fatura não consigo ter o produto. Enviei o que consegui e tinha acesso para os ctts mas apesar de não ter a tal fatura as informações não correspondiam o que piorou a situação. Comprei dois polos e o vendedor pôs na descrição que eram três. Expliquei a situação, abri disputa e o site aliexpress não me deu razão, acabando por até me bloquear a conta por ter aberto demasiadas disputas ao que me parece. Resumidamente vou ficar sem um produto que paguei à 3 meses sem a conta e sem o dinheiro.
