I havent received any feedback and i am afraid i have been scammed of a cool 50usd. Aliexpress not helping at all.

My aliexpress account doesn't show any transactions, orders or anything. Yet i ordered from chnhua yi supplier 15 pieces of car style computer mice. He has since blocked me.

    Store delivered a product that was faulty. The item did not match the photo's on their ad. The custom sizing was not correct and thus does not fit, the skirt was too long, the belt is way too big, it did not include the gloves and bloomers as advertised, and the piece om the chest is sewn on crooked. This dress is not usable. After confronting the store they did not want to find a settlement and are now ignoring my messages. Despicable store, with horrible customer service.

    The final date to file a dispute had not passed, but they were cooperating up until that moment. When the deadline for a dispute had passed, the seller stopped replying and cooperating. They were leading me on, to the point where I no longer could do something against them.

      I have not received three sets of earings which i had ordered two months back. Yet the app is showing that i have received and now it is confirmed... But i haven't received the three pairs of earrings yet. Please do the needful and look into the matter as soon as possible. And also the service is too slow. Really frustrated with this application. Not going to recommend anyone for the use.

        Today, i've ordered 7 mobile phone cases in total on aliexpress, out of the seven 4 are for xiaomi redmi k20 pro and 3 are for samsung galaxy s7 edge. I've paid the total amount of inr 2004.58 by axisbank debit card. Inr 2004.58 are debited from my account. But when i open my account in aliexpress app, it still shows that all 7 orders are awaiting for payment.

          I had placed an order for 2 no. Tool bag, each from 2 different suppliers and made a payment o[censored]sd 175.61 on dated 04th august, 2019. Strangely, did not receive any transaction details from aliexpress. Received 2 no. Tool bags from hangzhou supplier through fedex on 13th august, 2019 (Shipper ref - [protected] / 08th august 2019). Further, to my agony, fedex charged me an additional inr 769.00 towards custom clearing charges. There was no such mention during my transaction and payments. It was quite deceptive. Further, no clue of the remaining 2 no. Tool bag from the other supplier. Unable to share anything as nothing was provided to me by aliexpress after placing the order.

          I have been charged with currency conversion fee - inr 435.46 + tax - inr 78.38 above the payment of inr 12441.82 (Usd 175.61). Fedex charged us additionally inr 769/-, mentioned above.

          Need an update and details on same.

            Product: sq11 mini camera

            I received a product in a faulty battery condition which obviously didn't make the product fit to function normally as per the manual booklet. I even went through some additional instructions given by the seller itself but nothing was helpful.

            Ultimately i tried to open a dispute in my orders list requesting for my full refund amount by returning the product back to the seller, and this was the time i encountered the system error.

            You should worry not as it's only a "temporary server problem" at aliexpress, which they work upon within a matter of 24 - 48 hours in order for the buyers to submit their disputes successully.

            The customer service team was helpful as well when i contacted them via live chat seeking assistance for the same.

              Alan rc hobby store lying about free shipping.
              Before ordering, i have messaged him and checked about shipping and he confirmed that it's free shipping.
              Today ordered freeing mig 21 with ali express direct shipping, later alan rc hobby store messaged me and said that he can't send as free shipping, i need to pay 400 dhs for ems shipping.
              Please check attached screenshot of alan messages.
              Please take strick action against the alan rc hobby store so in future he shouldn't do again.

                  If you ever have to dispute a transaction then brace yourself for a very long delay & to be honest it's like trying to pull teeth from a very angry ferocious lion! It seems to me that the retailers themselves dictate the rules; how long it takes, whether they refund you & if they do, then u may only get partial refund on a single item rather than the entire order. Customer svs are about as useful as a chocolate teapot letting the retailers rule the roost! Keep away until paypal is accepted 😤🤬!

                    Worst application, there is no customer service or ethics. It’s you great luck if you receive the item intact you purchased, never buy from any store especially this (Fancy Yuki's Shop).This Seller AliExpress (Fancy Yuki's Shop)- “zhimin guo” is unethical, after waiting long time he provides me the information that my parcel was returned to them due to uncertain reasons and damaged, they tried to resend it to me, but this item is just sold out. But still displayed the item in stock at his store.
                    The seller provides me solutions: -
                    1)refund: do you have PayPal account to get the money?
                    2)replace: you choose other goods as the same price we send instead of refund?
                    Even after asking for refund he tries to prolong the refund till the protection runs out. I opened a dispute to get my refund, but now the seller threats
                    We have already canceled the refund for you once you opened the dispute now, we suggest you could get the refund by dispute (please do as follows, otherwise Ali will give the wrong judgement)
                    1.you could choose ''yes’‘when asking you ''have you received the parcel''
                    2.then choose ''return goods''
                    3.please choose the reason like A. Personal Reasons B. Easy return C. Shipping method was not as described and we will agree the dispute and give up receiving the goods, the money will be returned to you within 7 days”.
                    First, the seller has committed that the item was shipped and returned to them, ask me confirm order which never shipped. It’s obvious that the seller wants to scam me and cancel the dispute which is the only protection the customer has.
                    Even after attaching the evidence of the conversation between seller and me, the customer care of AliExpress are deaf to customers concerns and prolong dispute.
                    Very sad and disappointed on AliExpress customer service.

                        As i ordered mother board of iphone 7 plus o[censored]sd 220 with trust of aliexpress that product will be ok and will work. But when it got deliver and install it was not working i contacted aliexpress seller accepted my return i return product with bearing shipment cost with all safety measure but when product reaches them they mention me product is damaged and cannot return it i send them my packing video which is completely saying that product send is in ok condtion but buyer send blured and manupulated video which is completely saying that product has been retaped and seller has conducted fraud. But aliexpress has resolved the case in favour seller which is completely wrong and is against consumer i have sent all counter evidence to aliexpress which was completely saying that seller has conducted fraud. Please resolve all tell me something how can i recover as its not some amount its huge amount of money please go through it.

                                  As a new customer we had registered with ali express. And during their anneversary sale we placed certain orders for ex!! Sewing machine low shank adaptor, hair brush, and many more itmes for the first time during last week of march 2019.. We had paid for the same also and it was shown in the site that discount for the same is also offered. The site was showing the details of the orders and expected delivery date for some time till recently. Second order was kept during the last day of the anniversary sale. Now that the second orders are being displayed in the site and the first placed orders are missing in the site. We are unaware about the status of the first placed orders and there is no proper response for the messages regarding the orders placed at the first instance. We need clarification about the orders placed at first and the payment made to that about the same and expecting an explanation from ali express for this.
