          I too got message from seller that your parcel received at Kolkatta. But Kolkatta airport/post offices are not sending the material since November, 2016. I bought the items in 11.11.2016 sale. Kindly take action to sort and send the packets from Kolkatta to respective buyers. Please take action into it.

              Please help to customer this online site is cheating with customer, taking advance payment but product is not delivered to most of them, this site dont have customer care no nor customer care email id. i have attached some proof. this seller always exceed the product delivery time so that they dnt have to refund money.               Please help to customer and me also, this Aliexpress had putted my Phone number as Aliexpress customer service number, everyday i am getting 100 of calls for the customer product. this shows that this Aliexpress and Alibaba both site are fraud.
              Yesterday i received one call from Aliexpress regarding refund of money, they had confirmed that they will refund today morning 10am but now when i am contacting the same number this number is diverted (Mob no : [protected]).

              Please help to close this site, lots of people are getting cheated from this Online site.

              I was scammed by an " AliExpressScams " seller in Germany he sold me eight 300Ah capacity batteries but they are only 110Ah; they are almost worthless i paid nearly 800 euros and the aliExpress scams Dispute people now siding with the bad seller, saying for me to ship them back to China for a ((possible...)) refund from the seller !! WHAT...? this is the mother of all scams, that costs over 1000 euros, they weight 42 Kgs, and so it can´t be done, so AliExpress is in on the scam- crime also; And THEY KNOW IT;
              Alibaba and Aliexpress fail big time too often, many scams and ripoffs leaving people stranded, they do not control these rogue sellers, that is why i see lots of people getting azwy from that site

                      I recently got my state bank classic debit card (Mastercard) with which i am trying to make an online transaction at www.aliexpress.com.
                      Whenever i am initiating a transaction it is not getting processed. I get this message that there are insufficient funds in my account but this is not the case because i have sufficient funds to proceed for this payment.
                      Kindly see to this problem and reply for the same.
                      Also i would like something to be done about it.

                          Dear team, Few days ago i bought a mobile from aliexpress web site and i paid for the courier and for the customs, when i received the product and opened it i noticed that the back panel has a crack and also lot of dust in it, when i asked they are again and again they say its from factory, no factory will send out a product which has dust or crack in it, and the vendor has also agreed that they open the package for testing purpose so am not sure if the panel is changed in the testing place or where, when i enquired they are again and again arguing about the product is new and not coming to a conclusion and accepting that it has a dust and looks like its used. Am not sure if the testing according to them is using the product itself. When asked them about that they have suggested for a refund and when asked details they are behaving in a very rude manner.
