    I bought item with order number " [protected]
    " the item was not as described. after I filed a dispute, the seller refused to pay the return shipping coast after long debate. then I contact a AliExpress and the dispute time was finished. then AliExpress representative asked me to return the item and and they will extend the dispute and they will refund me for the item and the return shipping coast, after the seller receive the item.     but the seller refused to receive the item. then AliExpress refused to give my money back ( $130 for the item and 250 SAR for the returning shipping coast )

      I am reporting a business fraud shopping from this merchant Vinida Style Official Store on AliExpress.Com and the merchant store number and name: 5722150 Vinida Style Official Store. I purchase a item from this merchant using my credit card and the tracking number for this same

      package was order on January 1-2022 and was sent FedEx and I have never received this package in the mail by FedEx and the tracking reports for this package from FedEx.com and CAINIAO global do not have the same information in their tracking report and FedEx and CAINIAO global

      tracking both is a web site to track packages. FedEx.com and CAINIAO global and a copy of the tracking report from the merchant on AliExpress is from CAINIAO global and is showing in their tracking records they do not have the same tracking information and is missing tracking destination

      and is not accurate and do not have the same tracking dates and time. The tracking number for this same package was sent FedEx, And CAINIAO global ordering tracking do not have the same information in their tracking report like FedEx.com and the package was never sent but is nothing but

      a fake report and a scam. The merchant from AliExpress told me more than once in a conversation they have contacted FedEx and the
      courier inform them, they have delivered the package to my home address in my location and the merchant from AliExpress.com they

      avoided what I was telling them about the tracking reports and is telling me different stories and told me in another conversation on[protected] FedEx courier lost the package and how do the merchant know and can verified if FedEx courier lost the package if they have never checked the

      tracking reports. And if FedEx courier lost my package, then how did they delivered the package to my home address in my location if the package was lost and if FedEx courier lost the package, then why didn't the courier inform FedEx and the merchant and if FedEx courier lost the package in

      my location are another location in the United States are in another country then how can the courier delivery the package if it was lost and when and where was the package lost. And if the package was lost then how can it be showing in the tracking reports the package was delivered

      to my home address in my location on two different days and how could FedEx courier lose the package if the tracking reports is missing tracking destination and do not have the same tracking dates and time and the information in FedEx and CAINIAO global tracking reports is not the same.

      And if the package was lost before it reached my location FedEx courier would have inform and have reported it to their head company in their location to verified in their tracking reports the package was lost and there is no lost package showing in FedEx and CAINIAO global tracking reports

      and how can the courier lose a package and not report it and how can the courier and the merchant from AliExpress.com said the package was delivered on my front door steps and how can the package be lost if the merchant and FedEx courier already said the first time the package was

      delivered on my front door steps. A copy of the tracking report from FedEx and CAINIAO global are not accurate and do not have the same tracking information and is missing tracking destination and do not have the same tracking dates and time. And I have call FedEx customer service on the[protected] and on the[protected] and on 2-5-2022 in my location and have

      file a claim for this case at FedEx on[protected] and on 2-5-2022 and for some reason I was not able to upload my files and documents to FedEx to show FedEx and CAINIAO global their tracking reports do not have the same information and I have notified FedEx customer service again on

      2-5-2022 about this missing package along with the FedEx tracking number and FedEx never responded are return my calls back in regards to this matter. On January 25-2022 A dispute case was open against this merchant Vinida Style Official Store on AliExpress.com and

      AliExpress.Com is a waste of people time and money and does not protect their buyers from scam artists and fraudulent and selling people crap with fake advertising and the merchant from AliExpress know the package was never sent FedEx and the tracking reports from FedEx.Com

      and CAINIAO global tracking is nothing but a fake report and a scam
      and the merchant is giving me the run around and a bunch of horse crap telling me different stories refunding back my money for a item I have never receive. Transaction ID: [protected] Transaction Date: January

        I am writing to complain about Aliexpress's manner of business translation. I am an average commoner and have been buying items in ali express since the pandemic. Recently, I have make a purchase on this order number [protected]. I have purchased the items in my country's denomination dollars and amount to162.61. However Aliexpress London charged me 164.24 .
        I have spoken to the customer service person Caroline who would only apologize and said she has done her best and requested me to accept the exchange rate and would do no more for me. How could this be ? I have purchased the items in my country's denomination dollars and paid the exact 162.61 according to various vendor pricing provided and why is that Aliexpress such a big multi billion company, wanting to take more of my money than required ??. This is totally unacceptable when Caroline requested me to accept the difference. I request to speak to a manager and Temraz came online, Termraz insist that I produce a bank statement to justify that ALi express london has charged me 164.24 and I then did a screenshot and sent to her but she refuse to accept it, She insist that I produce a bank statement. Which I do not have at the moment and further it takes a few days to have a bank statement and I have to just gather all this just because a big company wants to charge me extra. This is so much of a cheat. I have instead asked her to check with her own company Ali express london for the additional charge and she insisted on a bank statement.
        I am surprised buying from Aliexpress is such a hassle and being cheated for additional 1.63 and still need to get proof to certify myself. I am sure my friends and family will like to know how inconvenient and unfair it is to buy from Ali express.
        Ali express should instead check with your own company to see if Ali express has indeed charged me extra 1.63 that make up to 164.24 instead o162.61. Please be very professional and customer centric so that we could come back and buy again from Aliexpress. Please note a screenshot of my bank statement is provided to Temraz but she refuses to accept it and rudely asks me to "end customer service" if I don't have another question for her. Unprofessional!!!
        I told her she needs to check with her own bank for the additional charge, which is unjust, unethical and revert with a refund by 23rd Feb. This is so unpleasant, unprofessional and unethical of these two customer representatives that rudely request me to accept the additional charge and refuse my bank statement but inreturn demand me to contact my bank for Ali express's convenience in this matter. Totally uncalled for such a big multinational tech company that wants to scam me more than it agreed on when placing an order.

            The order was two gamepads, made on 12/16/2021, which came defective.
            One of them had the L1 and R1 buttons broken, and in the other, the mini-USB input didn't work.
            I contacted the seller and sent pictures of the issues, but they required a video to prove it. I refused to upload the video
            because I didn't have a way to do it, and opened a dispute.
            Then the Aliexpress website intervened and asked me for a video. I asked a friend of mine for a webcam to take the video, and I sent it.
            The Aliexpress website proved me right and determined in an email sent to me, the following: "Final resolution: Return goods Full refund
            31.91 EUR ( Seller pays the returning shipping fee)"
            This was determined with both gamepads. I contacted the seller for him to pay for the return of the products, but the seller
            said that I would have to pay the return. The cheapest return I can managed was €118.36 for an order that cost me €63.82 (€31.91 times two gamepads).
            I contacted the seller about this and got no response.
            In view of this, I proposed to the seller to keep both gamepads, and use the pieces from one of them to fix the other, which was possible.
            For this, I proposed that the seller, DDP Global E-tech Product Store, refund me €31.91, corresponding to one of the gamepads, which I would
            have to disassemble. So far I have not received any response from the DDP Global E-tech Product Store, and the Aliexpress site has already
            closed me a dispute with respect to one of the gamepads, and already released the payment to the seller.
            I ask myself: am I going to run out of money and without gamepads about something I wasn't to blame? Is there anything I can do?

            Aliexpress website services, today is 01/25/2022, and you are about to close the second dispute regarding the gamepads that came with defects, and I still can't use the gamepads and have no solution for the case. I remind you that you were the ones who said that the seller would pay for the return of the products, but the seller refused to pay that. How do you resolve disputes without the seller complying with what you have determined? Please be consistent with yourselves.

            Aliexpress website services, today is 01/27/2022, and you have closed the two disputes regarding the gamepads that came with defects, you have released the payment to your seller, and I can't use the gamepads and I don't have a refund either. I remind you again that was your's services that said the seller would pay for the return of the products, but the seller refused to pay. If your services always decide in favor of your sellers, even when those sellers (the DDP Global E-tech Product Store website) do not comply with what you have determined, how do you expect to gain the trust of customers?
            I tell you in advance, if you don't resolve this situation in some way that is compensatory for me, I will give you many bad reviews whenever I can so that future buyers can see how you deal with the situation when the product has problems.
            For that I just have to tell my first and only experience with your site, Aliexpress, and with the seller DDP Global E-tech Product Store.

            I still cannot use the gamepads, without you demanding the seller to comply with your own resolution, and without any solution. If you continue like this, you will only lose customers.

              i tried to talk to the seller and other channels in the app and the seller asked me to not open a dispute and didn´t resolve the problem.

              i tried to talk to aliexpress and they ask me to talk to the seller again

                I bought it twenty months ago and received only 5 of my orders. For the rest of them that I followed up, they told me that it is related to the seller, post and customs.But now the orders have been returned to the sellers, but no one is responsible for this scandal. I can not open a lawsuit and the seller does not respond and says to act according to the order.I have not been able to get my money back yet. Is there really no management?

                  The seller took my money and is not giving me back because the package did not make it back to him. I have refused the package at customs and now, it says the buyer protection time is over! So i do not have product and i do not have my money, 60 usd!
                  The seller is terrible! They do not understand a word I say! Order number is attached in the photo, says SIPARIS NO.

                  AliExpress is one of the most crooked websites I have run across, ever.
                  AliExpress representatives are not any good to protect you, get your money back, or hold the dishonest sellers accountable either in any regard.

                  You can open a dispute, but don’t expect a full refund, they have only gave me 70 per cent of my money. They are lighting quick to take your money and as slow as molasses to process any type of refund..

                  AliExpress will protect some of the dishonest sellers and you’ll be lucky to get a partial refund of your purchase amount, if anything at all.

                    I placed an order for 2 pair of sneakers from Datong shoe store from Aliexpress for $45.53. My order number is : [protected]. Seller sent me wrong shoe models. I open a dispute with Aliexpress and sending in 3 pictures as evidence. The first 2 pictures are original pictures the seller posted in his listing. The 3rd picture depict the shoes I received. I ordered shoe from picture A and seller sent me shoe from pictures B. Aliexpress admits seller did send me wrong shoe style then they add because the shoe color are right (?) I will only entitle a partial refund of $9.11. A $9.11 refunded for $45.53 two pair of wrong shoes models? Aliexpress dispute team must be a very sick people. Aliexpress buyer protection is also a very sick scheme. Aliexpress dispute team also said If I want a full refund I have to ship the shoes back to China. Aliexpress is very sick place: they protect their sellers not buyers, and Aliexpress dispute team are a bunch of sick crooks who try to rip off buyers no matter what happens. I'm looking to appeal this case on other venues such as Aliexpress on BBB, Aliexpress on Facebook, Alibaba on BBB, Alibaba on Facebook, Washington buyer protection agency and on other venues such as complaintsboard.com, trustpilot.com, aliexpress.pissedconsumer.com, sitejabber.com, resellerratings.com, ripoffreport.com etc.. I like everybody to knows Aliexpress buyer protection is a very sick scheme scam and aliexpress dispute team are a bunch of sick trained crooks who try to rip off buyers no matter what happens

                      On 27.08.21 I ordered a yoga mat for 34.65 usd (order [protected]). It arrived on 04.11.2021 damaged and ripped. I opened a dispute asking for refund and returning the item if seller covers return shipping. Aliexpress offered me 6 usd partial refund which I refused as I wished full money refund. The seller contacted mme and said no return needed, to keep it, and refunded me 6 usd and dispute was finished. But this is not what I wanted! I contacted customer service several time and every time they answer:

                      "From the dispute, as the goods still have certain value, we can only give you partial refund as option 1, hope you can understand. ( buyer couldn't provide further effective evidence, we could not raise the refund rate.)We sincerely feel sorry that you did not choose the solution: return the goods for full refund.

                      【Suggestion】:Now the payment has been released. The best solution for you is to contact seller and get a new solution, We highly recommend you could communicate with seller regarding your return or refund. Your kind understanding will be appreciated."

                      This is reficulous! They don't want to take responsibility!!

                            There is a site for part time jobs in Ali express. They are initially making us to top up money and provide comission. They have asked me to top up 10, 000 and robbed 43, 000 rs of mine. I want my money back. Worst people and they belong to China. If you don't have money better go beg for money instead of looting like this.

                              I was told that I will be provided part time job by Ali express team. It's like we spend our money but orders in AliExpress and get comission. Later they told me buy products for 10, 000 and I was told that I will be provided with 30, 000 . Then they were keeping on forcing me to buy orders and they have stolen my money. This was done by a china person . Please be aware that they tell one and cheat others .

                                This firm sent me a defective Skmei watch - the watch had fallen off and one of the dial hands had fallen off. Contacted Ali Express who logged a dispute but it was closed before I had the opportunity to return the watch. I did return this watch on 19th July 2021 (see attached photo) but have not received any refund whatsoever. Also, trying to communicate with Poruis Featured Watches Store is hugely frustrating, as they only seem to offer an automated response which resolves nothing at all!
                                I demand a FULL REFUND including my postage costs of £5.70, and the watch cost of £18.99 - TOTAL = £24.69 as soon as possible, as I have been sent defective goods totally unfit for purpose and also had to put up with sub-standard customer service, resulting in having to make this complaint.
                                I will not stop until the refund is obtained, so hope for a swift resolution.

                                    The product was without any packaging standards just put it a broken plate . Duty was not paid back to me. Its been 5 6 months but it is a deterrent to not buy from them because they scam people

                                      A lot of packages are missing lately... is it my fault?
                                      Ali Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      It's not a good idea to order anything from Aliexpress. I have lost several parcels in the past and sellers are just not supportive.

                                        I ordered 2 bracelets on 17th november 2020 it was supposed to deliver by February 2021 but I haven't received my ordered yet please take an action to the star which didn't provide me my order even after paying the whole amount
