I ordered few products 30-35 days back from ali express. The products didn't get shipped for more then a month so i requested the customer care by opening dispute that if the product is not getting shipped then cancel the order and initiate the refund. There is no customer care no or email address to contact. I have received only 1 order out of 4 and are waiting for it. I want my order to be refunded or to be delivered....

You take money in advance and deliver the material after 3/4 weeks or do not deliver the material and refund the money. You make use of the customers money for 2/3 months and refund money. You expect the customer to happy for the full refund initiated by you. When others like banggood can arrange in time, why can't you do the same?
