    I place the order on 04-03 and it was completed on 06-01, its been over 3 to 4 months my item is stuck there in the kolkata airport, are you guys even working on it. I have been contacting for support for so long but there is no solution from your side. I want my parcel in next 2 days. Please speed post it. Take it as a warring. I even contacted the indian post office, all they say is to raise a complaint and when i do, so solution. The status of the product is as same as before.

      I ordered one earphone brand name kz-ed9 today.

      Applied new user coupon and did the payment of 8.53 $ which got deducted from my bank account as well.

      But when i see in order screen it shows that order is closed.

        I have ordered handbag in april in aliexpress buying app of india but hav'nt got it yet.. There is no response from the seller, they are not replying to my messages.             I have made a payment on 21 june and after that i have request for refund on 3 july end till date i have not received my payment as i am texting also to aliexpress guys but they are not responding on my text.
            If i ask for my refund they just tell me to wait for a 20 days after 20days complete then you will get you amount but however i have not received yet.

              I have been waiting for the delivery of the this order since last month.

              Multiple times I have contacted the Ali express chat team all take my email id for escalation however no response have been received order Has been frozen since 21 June.

              Please look as my account has been frozen without delivery of the product I have paid for it they do not allow to submit the dispute as asking for waiting till 09/08/2018.

                  I did placed order three months and while withing I was not getting products delivered to me, I placed a refund process noted as"Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit" . Aliexpress did cancelled my allegations and revoked my account credentials. I tried to get resolution from Aliexpress using social media. It's almost 4 months have been passed and neither of products not the refund have been initiated. Worst eCommerce company I have ever experienced.

                    On june 28 i bought a lamp from the missing official store for $ 5.18 with free shipping order id: ([protected]). The same evening i received a message from the seller that they made a mistake, that the delivery is not free and i have to pay them $5 for the delivery, or cancel the order. I wrote to them that it was their mistake, it's not my fault, and in this case they should send me a lamp for $5.18 that i have already paid. We've been messaging for a few days. They're liars; they kept trying to trick me. They wrote to me that it is not their fault, and i have to blame the epacket delivery company, that it is only in my country usa delivery is more expensive. All their excuses was not true. They don't even changed the price $5.18 on their listing, and also on their listing they clearly said: delivery to usa with the epacket company is free. All this time from june 28 to july 3 (Today's date) we was wrote each other back and forth. I wrote to them that if they didn't send me the lamp, i would report them, and i sent them all the pictures like a proof that they are lying to me. As a result they they got scared, and they promptly deleted from their listing that delivery with epacket to usa is free, and they promptly put: sorry, the current product is sold out. So today they corrected the information on their website. But i still have all the pictures, all the evidence.
                    I've been on aliexpress for many years, there were many different situations, but i've never faced such liars. Please help me.
                    P. S. Today on july 4 he changed the price from $5.18 to $10.35. Please check the pictures that i sent you (See attached).

                    Stay away from the Aliexpress store called MISSING OFFICIAL STORE. Don't buy from them, they are liars.

                        I had purchased many orders but their courior service did not deliver many products. So after 2 months i opened dispute. Then aliexpress instead of solving my problem suspended my, account. I want to take legal action again this company so that this aliexpress must be ban in india. Some of items they delivered, so i replied that i got item but many of prouducts they have no evidence of delivery. Kindly take strict action.

                          Order no.[protected] for a high resolution handy camera product details:
                          Gizcam 3.0" lcd touch screen 24mp remote control video camera 1080p full hd digital camcorder video camera dv night shot 16xzoom for $ 75.53 which was a huge amount for me.. But from the seller, i have received a packet of two plastic cheap kid's caps. The seller cheated me. And immediately i have complained to aliexpress customer protection cell. They demanded proofs of the photos i have submitted it immediately. But today aliexpress denayed my dispute. Sir kindly look after this matter and arrange a refund of $.75.53 at the earliest.

                            I ordered some cosmetics products 1500 rs. Before 3 months from aliexpress shopping app. But i haven't received my products.                                 I order smartband from aliepxress on may 15 2018 i received product on 27 may 2018, i received manufacturing defective product, i apply for a refund process with the picture they reject my application, so once again appeal for it they rejected again and said no evidance for prove my side, so i taken video and chat with the representatives and send the videos the representatives they told me they have note it down on their system. But after that also i won't get any result.in the meantime i contact seller he also not give proper response to me. I chat with more than 10 representatives of aliepxpress but i won't get money back. One representative apply for a refund on 5th june and say wait for 10 working days, i did that and ask today 19 the june the other representative told me the refund process is taken on 13 the june only so you need to wait for 10 working days upto 27th june. Please take the action aginst aliexpress to solve this issue as soon as possible. Here i give the link for video evidence what i submit to aliecpress represntative.

                                    I order this laser pen because it says that it can destroy melanin and remove tatoo. But after regular use for a month, i see that it does not work at all and only burn skin. So i asked for return and refund. I was then asked to upload a video to prove my claim. I did upload the video. But instead of refunding me, my account was block stating i violated customer protection.
                                    Aliexpress really need to look into this matter.

                                    Yeah there are Neatcell lasers that are fake and contain a very hot LED light instead of a laser. You have to look carefully for a real one with real lasers.
                                    Michael is 100% right! I paid over $100 for one and man, let me tell you..these guys are PRO SCAMMERS. It all LOOKS legit...until you realize the instructions they give you don't make any sense, in fact you can't even do what it says to do with the pen. They all say the led screen has 1 thru 9 and this is not true. And why would the numbers be what you set for the frequency? Then it says 9 is the lowest but THERE IS NO 9!! LoL I am only laughing so I don't cry. This prn is one piece let me tell you, I was so hopefully that it would work especially for what I paid for it. But michael is right all it is is a hot led laser, nothing special. And you notice that almost ALL of the pictures of customer reviews and such are all saying the same thing word for word. I feel so gullible and now broke:(

                                      One of the sellers at aliexpress site sold a torn skirt and i filed a refund complaint but the seller agreed to return the money provided that the skirt was returned. Is this possible? The shipment until it arrived in my city took more than twenty days and now the shipment is required to be returned in nine days! This theft and immoral, this is clearly a threat.. This is the seller's mistakes and has to bear the consequences, why should i pay, this is not fair!

                                      Is this moral. To ship within nine days means to pay twice the value of the skirt, otherwise i have to shut up and keep the torn skirt., this is the seller's fault why sell things broken where honesty where responsibility for express in this
