    I have placed an order with seller name only watches for you, shipment was cancelled by shipping company but the seller just did not accepted the info and did not send the product for over 2 months and neither coming to a conclusion to send a new watch
    A very bad seller kept me on hold for over 2 months i couldn't open a dispute because my account is suspended and he is not responding at all to agree to just send another watch

      I have make an dispute but u all did nothing then i did appeal for my return and refund ut u rejected everthing.. I am complainging because u have cheated me i want my money back to me... U have to take some action.. This is good site but the service is worst.. I want my refund back to me.. I hope that this complain is going to work.. Or now i have to go to court and file a case against you people..

        My concern is regarding the dupad i have ordered on 15/06/2017. I ordered because it is written delivery is free, i was informed that the product will be delivered within the 3 days of cash payment. I made payment on the same day. I paid $255.99. However, the product was not delivered to me for nearly two weeks. I had to contact the seller on a regular basis, but in vain they didn't reply. After a long period of time, they finally send the product. I was informed that there won't be any additional delivery cost for this product. But when it was about to dispatch at my local post i was informed that i have a customs charge of rs7979. Which is almost half the price of the product? I was not informed about this.
        I opened a dispute on july 23 for the refund. As a result of long dispute and negotiation seller agreed to share the customs duty. He informed me that he will share $95 of total customs charge $125. He agreed on the proposal that i shall pay $30 to the seller so that he will make the payment of tax from his end. Even the dhl agreed on that. But now the seller stepped back from that.
        He is not willing to keep his word. He is not paying tax on his end as agreed. I am wasting my time and health on this issue for nearly 3 months now. I believed in aliexpress but i was getting cheated as the disputed result says i have to pay transportation charges.
        Now i have neither mobile nor my hard earned money of 16500inr.
        Hope aliexpress will not let their customers suffer. Please, i need a fair solution here as soon as possible.
        I can agree on following quotes :
        1) full refund of $255/16500inr: i dont want the product, i want my money i spend for this product back.
        2) i can share $30 to the seller, he need to share $95 and settle bill from his end as agreed.

          I did not receive my order nor the refund was processed to me. I opened a dispute but the seller requested me to close the dispute or else his store will get closed, and to wait for few more days. I closed the dispute and Ali without taking my approval automatically updated that i have received my order. I felt like getting deceived by both ali and the seller. The seller was playing with my patience and now i know not whom to contact. Now neither i can open a dispute nor the seller is replying to my messages. Sometimes its not about money but i felt cheated by Ali and their sellers. Need a refund ASAP.

          When we give our card detais while ordering the merchandise the CVV number is visible. Example 123. My concern it is high risk. Supposed to be when key in the CVV number on the screen it should appear as ***. Not the number. Please clarify.

            Well first of all im. Not getting my refunds back its been done with me for like third time and when i spoke to tour customer servant she commited to email but i didnt get any.
            Secondly i ordered a kids tent of 36 dollars with free shipping but then when i got my parcel here i got to know that its been shipped via paid shipment and i had to pay 20 dollar more

              Purchased a set of scarfs. Seller sent wrong design. He said to return back the stuff, as he'll send the actual scarf that was ordered. I sent back the scarf. He said he has sent the package. Gave wrong tracking number to me. I'm unable to reach him as he is not replying. Opened a dispute. That isn't really helping. Please help. A refund or the deliver the actual products. I'm really in need of it.

                  Aliexpress judge did not accept my dispute. They accuse me not load enough evidence. I uploaded evidence photo that i pointed out with red line which part of tempered glass have a problem (It was not cut), but they did not try to understand. They could have easily found that that part of tempered glass must have a hole to sense object. Photo clearly prove that proximity sensor area was not cut. I could not understand how their judge can be blind not to see area which i emphasize with red rounding line.. They are such a dummy that 21 day training does not enough to educate them.

                    For the last 4 or 5 days i have been chatting with them on the livevhat link, they are like robots. They ask the same questions each time i contacted them, despite the fact i told them i had gone through this problem earlier with your colleagues, and suggest them to read these chats before they started asking questions. I spent hours on several consecutive days and achieved no resolution. At the end i gave up and decided not to mess up with aliexpress any more. It is a ridiculous site. You are not allowed to write directly to customer service, instead you are forced to go around in circles with these incapable people at the call center.
                    It was just a waste of time and lots of frustration. Hopeless web-site. Never again.

                        I ordered the following item from aliexpress: women fashion vintage crystal peacock eardrop christmas accessories 4ed354.

                        I received a bunch of toerings or some such piece of jewelry. Since then, i have been repeatedly complaining to customer care/grievance redressal, to no avail. Despite havjng provided all the evidence i have at my disposal, and following aliexpress's instructions regarding disputes, they refuse to refund my money.

                        I have provided evidence of the original item as shown in the aliexpress app, image of the item i received along with the package in which it arrived, the orders page in which the tracking id correspondes with the package. I have no clue what else i can show to prove that i did not receive the item i ordered, and this is clearly looking like a scam to me.

                          Hi.. I hv ordered total 33 orders together out of which many got cancelled by vendor but did not receive the payment yet. And didn't received any order but it's showing order finished or delivered. I asked many vendors regarding this no one is replying.. Many asking me to check with indian post. If i hv ordered online why would i spend my time to check here.. Kindly look into my case and solve it

                            I made shopping with the coupon I won from the aliexpressden coupon campaign. I bought an item that I needed urgently, paid the fee by credit card but aliexpressin did not work and canceled this shopping. There is no problem when I sell the inflated products. AliExpress coupon campaigns and discounts are a trick. AliExpress is fooling users, it's a form of fraud. I do not want a solution and I do not want another solution, I would like to send the money to the side of my product

                              I purchased a lace front wig.. The wig wasn't what i expected it was too thin and too short. I spoke with nana lots of time to resolve this, she forward me to her manager and we texted and talk to each other. To send this wig back for a replacement or refund will cost me 47.00 and i paid 95.00 for the wig. So to make a long story short we had come up with a way to resolve this. But i haven't heard from them again. I was asked numerous times not to give the company a bad review... Well i lost money on something i can't use...

                                I have purchased a casima wrist watch of worth $67.97. The seller was, casima official store. Order time was[protected]. I have contacted them several times. As per the ali express site the product was shipped on[protected]. The seller is always telling me that i have product has been delivered tome but as per the singapore post record it is found that the product has been returned to the seller on 11/08/2016, but the seller is denying that.                                       I purchase a wig for the first time and it's nothing i expected. It's too thin and i've been in contact with nana and i told her how i felt. So i went to mail it back for a refund or different wig. It was going to cost me 47.00 to send it back and i only paid 95.00. I need someone to either pay for the shipping or refund my money asap.                                         AliExpress is one fraud site. Then is no customer care number in india. When we search AliExpress customer care number it's Show Alibaba side when we contact them they say both are different Company and alibaba say we are whole saller.
