Hi,

I have an order which was supposed to be delivered on 21st may, 2018, but due to some reason the delivery got rescheduled. I have requested the redelivery of the item, the tracking history as of 25th may shows 'redelivery scheduled' and it has not been updated since then. Today is june 3rd and still i have no information about the order.
I couldn't find any customer care number to share my concern.
Will i get my order delivered?

    I received a wrong size product. Contacted aliexpress the same day. I provided all the evidence they needed. Followed the process i was told. Waited for the initial period patiently and was constantly in touch with them. I had a chat with them everyday for a month. I have only been receiving false promises and assurances! Each and every customer service lied to me. The last one even posed as a supervisor! I requested, begged, threatened,... Tried every thing possible

      I placed an order on the 28th february, 2018 i ordered for a

      I went to post office to collect items not avail i being their four times. Yesterday i was their still the items has not arrived.         Hi,

        I bought a Charger for my DIY Electric Car and paid $400 for that. When I got the charger, It's screen was broken. I informed the same to the supplier and he said he will send the spare part for broken screen, I have to pay shipping charge for that which is $15. This point I really got angry because I paid $400+ customs duty, I received broken charger and upon that I have to again to get a spare part ?? It's their responsibility to pack and send it properly, instead apologising and sending the screen, supplier started arguing with me.

        For solution, I contacted aliexpress and opened dispute against the order. But no use because they said they will refund only $277 which is huge lose for me. They told me to send back the package which was costing me bomb so finally I decided to pay $15 for spare part shipping.

        Now the problem is seller is saying he can't ship it through fast shipping service for $15 so he will send it through resisted air mail. But registered mail cost only $1 or $2 and that screen is tiny, around 50g in weight. This time literally I busted with anger but no use at all. Aliexpress is not even trying to listen my problem, I rejected their dispute result almost 3-4 times but still they give result in favour of the seller.

        I really need solution for this. Do full refund or at least send the product to fast shipping.

But due to some technically issues related to delivery tracking the product isn't arriving. We had given all the required documents still the product hasn't reached. It's been 1 month.             Product- 20000 mah powerbank with dual 2.1A quick charge ports.

            Problem- there was only one 2.1A quick charge port and the other was 1A only.

            Further it does not charge hardly 3000 mah, so it is not at all 20000 mah.

            It sometimes not at all charge phone even though it has 60% battery backup remaining.

            I want to make appeal on dispute result.

            I am unable to appeal as there is no appeal tab showing in this dispute. I haveadded snapshot of my dispute page which is not showing any appeal tab. Please help me challenging disputevresult by making following appeal for me.

            "I had provided video as well as picture of product as not working. Kindly see those videos first. In my dispute, seller has not responded even once and AliExpress had interfered by giving dispute result of returning product and getting refund. AliExpress had gave this judgement though seller had 5 days to respond. Even i had not accepted that judgement or not provided option to accept or reject that judgement. Automatically it had shown in my dispute page.

            This judgement is totally fraud by and cheating by aliexpress for my side. Because if I return the product, i shall be charged $10 approx for shipping charges, which is almost equivalent to my refund amount. Then what will be the meaning of returning the product??

            I had provided the fact video and proofs, it shows seller has provided defective product. Still i had to bear because of aliexpress judgement. Please understand and refund me my money by considering this appeal."

              Aliexpress is cheating people. Seller send wrong or faulty product, or sometimes they don't send. If you complain, then aliexpress will block your account.

              When you ask them to know, why you are blocked, they will send you a link of page, where you can find, what rules you need to follow. But once, you see, you are following all the rules. Then they send you another page link to appeal to reopen your account.

              For your kind information, aliexpress/alibaba never open disabled or blocked account. Also once you blocked, that means, your future accounts containing your shipping address, credit card, email address pattern, name, user device information, network details, even your password pattern can be a prove that, you are the same user.

              Then, aliexpress will block you again, without any reason.

              Is it not cheating?

                Aliexpress is a good shopping site. Where i am doing shopping regularly.
                But unfortunately aliexpress is blocking my account without any reason.
                As every time, i requested to let me know the reason, they cannot show any reason. Also asking me to appeal to reopen my account.

                But they actually never open blocked accounts.

                I follow aliexpress law 100%. When a seller send faulty product or wrong product or quantity issue. I asked seller about that. Unfortunately, they block me, when that is seller's fault.

                Is that legal?

                I need help on that.

                  I ordered a few products on aliexpress in december 2017 and was assured delivery within 30-45days. A few products did reach me but they were of very bad quality and a few of products never reached me and after several complaints also no one is willing to help me. The ae says to contact seller and the seller is not responding, its been 5 months and i am still chasing for my refund. Ae has also deactivated my account so i cannot do anything against them. Such fraud company where the refund is not done and the products supplied are of very cheap quality. Government should ban such fraudulent portals so that customers don't get cheated.

                    Hi,

                    I had bought a yellow colored top from the website “ali express” on 09:56 nov. 12 2017. The ordered never reached me. I made so many follow ups but i always got a revert saying that i will get it in few days. I trusted the vendor and dint raise the dispute and now i haven’t got the product and can’t raise the dispute also. The most annoying part is that there is no one to check and interfere and help me from aliexpress.

It’s been almost 3 months and i still have not received my order. I messaged the seller to give me a refund, but he is not agreeing.                         Seller shipped order after 12 days and for next 12 days the order did not leave the country of origin only. Now after a month seller has cancled the order and agreed for refund whereas i required the product. Seller does not reply to any message and aliexpress customer service is not helping in this issues.

                        i had ordered the product during sale time and now the price of the product is 50% more than what i had bought it for. so if i get refund and i re order from other seller too, then i have to pay extra money without any reason. aliexpress why do you even keep sale if you dont want to send the order and fool your customers.

                          That user cheated me. Because of a customs problem, the package was sent back to him by the customs and he didnt send it again. Nearly 300 dollars they were. Shame on him. He promised me to send again but didnt.in the meantime they were approved by the system and the money sent to him. I have allthe messages between me and him.

                            Dear sir,

                            On 16 of february 2018
                            I placed an order to aliexpress
                            3x tattu 14.8v 850mah lipo battery
                            5x tattu 3.7v 220mah lipo battery
                            Mini buzzer from one supplier

                            There are 2 store that carried this 2 type of battery. One of them is rc fpv store, and i did not remember the other one.

                            I have paid through alipay with my credit card 464178*8570 for usd 92.79 on same date 16 feb 2018

                            I had followed my order and look for the tracking until 28 feb 2018, and the order has not been shipped

                            On 3 march 2018, i could not enter to my aliexpress apps on my mobile. I have to reset my password, and finally i am able to enter aliexpress again.

                            But, i found out that i can not find my order anymore. Even my latest shopping cart seem gone. What it is show on it, is the old item that i was tried to buy long time ago. My credit card payment still in placed, i have to paid it already.

                            I have call ali-express customer service since then untill few day ago. I have talking to customer service without success. Promise to email me, but never did. I have to start again from beginning everytime i call back. They asked the same question all the time without result.

                            Here was the list of customer service that talked to me: yesha, odelette, angela mae, beshy, collen, risa, jovert, quincess

                            I would greatly appreciated if you could help to solved this problem, please just cancel my order and refund the payment.

                            There are proved that i have paid with my credit card, but data of my order is vanished.

                                Kindly check with this refund request that's i'm struggling for past 9 months after paying my money

                                Issue in detail:
                                I was unaware of the duty charge as a new customer and a week later i accepted with the courier people to pay the mentioned duty/custom chargers, but the parcel was destroyed and the seller informed to do so.

                                I purchased a 3d temper glass but the vendor cheated on me by not shipping the product and also creating lot of trouble for refunding the amount also. But in tracking details it is showed has finished so upset by this.

                                  I ordered some items from ali express site. It's been more than 80 days.

                                  The order tracking status was showing completed. But no products received.
                                  Hence i opened dispute to refund my money.

                                  Now the ali express team disabled my account and i am unable to give feed back also.

                                  It's very clever move that only good reviews are retained in the ali express site. And they are removing the user account if they provide true feed back.

                                  I lost my money. Please someone help me on getting my money back.

                                    Two complaints whereby i have made orders, paid for them.
                                    One black dress not received though the tracking says delivered. It has not been received to my address, the seller is not responding to requests for help, a new dress or a refund.
                                    Second a green top which says seller cancelled transaction so the top has not been received, no refund or no explanation.
                                    It’s impossible to complain direct to ali express so trying you for help.

                                        I have ordered a suit from ali express and it was of a horrible quality. I was not able to even close the buttons of my suit. The lapel of my suit were not matching to each other. Material was promised to be wool but got some cheap quality. I was told it will b exactly the same as in the image but it was no where closer to the image. Now i get a message that the problem is closed and they don’t find any defect. I have provided so many images of it but no consideration was given to them. I have spent $110. They are cheating the customers. I hope submitting a complaint would help me in attaining justice.
