I ordered this little glove to help me remove excess cat hair, i paid $3 and single dollar for the delivery.
One day after a few weeks waiting, i get an email saying i received and signed for the package.
Because i know i did not, i contacted ali express.
The nightmare begins here:
First they were arguing that i did get it as i signed for it, then they sent me to investigate myself, saying i need to prove that i did not get the package.
I called the post office, they never heard about this tracking number, the ali express representatives were lost, they are so nice and useless (Not their fault, just doing their jobs), they didn't know anything, until after a few days, one of them told me to check at dhl and i did, there i found it was not sent through the post office but by dhl asia, this dhl branch were using a local company which is famous for never delivering to the clients, they were all over the news (They claim that it's aliexpress fault in some way).
So i called this local delivery company asking for my package, they said it was lost and that they updated the tracking saying that and that i should dispute and aliexpress will refund, i did exactly that, i had a proof that i never received the package.
So you think i got my money back? Think again, i had to wait for over a month hearing all kind of excuses and today i finally got they news that my request for a refund was denied.
The amount of money here is not high, just $4, but think about it, the same will happen also for $200 and you are not protected like you are with paypal, there is no real client protection.
Moreover, the time i had to spend to handle this issue was not worth it.
Bottom line, aiexpress thinks we are stupid but we are not, there are enough platforms to shop with and i am closing my aliexpress account! They took my money without giving the product and then called me a theif, they'll do it to you too!
Ali Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
