I ordered a follacure lipstick persian plum shade in the month of december i payed the whole amount but still i haven't recieved my product and they are showing on the app that the product is been shipped how is that possible if i have not recieved any product and the seller is not interested in responding me and yesterday i have ordered hengfang metal liquid eyeshadow i recieved a message from my bank that the money is been debited from my account and still the seller is telling me that i need to pay to proceed the order and even he is not replying its better if you can send both the products together or send me my money back i hope you people will or else this will be my mistake of ordering things from aliexpress such a terrible experience.
Please help me either by sending my products or give my refund back.

        Hi,

        I have ordered 2 watches in aliexpress on october 9, 2017. Although after multiple times following up with them, i haven't received the orders (#[protected] and #[protected]) till now. Moreover the app is showing the order has been completed. I got in touch with their customer care team but they are giving me the same excuse that the orders are stuck in the customs. Whatever it is, but how come the orders stuck in the customs for more than 4 months. This is their responsibility to followup and deliver the products to the customers. Why customers will take the headache?

        I usually like online shopping but this is the worst experience i am having.

          Dear sir/madam
          This is to inform you that i ordered a flash from ali express, nd the flash was not appropriate means damaged and not working. I also uploaded the video regarding this issue in ali express i raised a dispute and seller is ready to pay even his behavior is pathetic. I returned the product also indian postal (Er[protected]in) you can trace. Before dispute settlement the park the fund to seller and said that you did not send the flash. And i have lost my 53dollar plus 934inr now they are not returning my refund, did fraud with me after my several compliant every time they makes me fool, now no body is giving reply to me.

          why they transfer the fund to seller when i have already send the indian postal receipt to ali express and seller also and customer executive said that we will par your fund shortly kindly wait, this kind of statement said by customer executive to me.
          I did not get any products any they are showing in tracking that delivery has done please see they didnt called me no one came please check i didnt got any of my parcel this is my first buyng for this app

            Hello my name is pall ragnarsson. Sorry have to complain about one of your client. He send me a led christmas light which should be red but the colour he sent me was pink-purple and refuse to pay me back my money. I say this is a faulty product and not acceptable.

            You are still trying to tell me that your color is red, but it is not.
            You can not decide what is red because there is a national standard for red color. I am a lightinng designer so you can not tell me what is red color, i konw what is red. Your have a picture of your product at aliexpress wich show me a red color christmas led.
            I send you a picture wich i took of your pink-purpule led and another one wich is red chrismas led to show you the diffrent. And if you are selling for aliexpress then you have to have color wich is international. Now you have to tell me by yes or no about paying me back my money, so i can go any futher with this case.

              Sent 2 broken calculators. Asked for refund and they said I have to send the items back to get the refund. That's fine so long as I don't have to pay. But Ali express are forcing me to pay for the shipping. Problem is that it costs more than the price of the items to ship back.

                I ordered cat stuffy toys from ali express on date of 25th oct. But still not received item. Also contact with ali express team, they told me parcel is at post office. I visit post office but they have no parcel like that. Again i contact with support team for refund my payment but they haven't respond it. I want to back my return of $3.53 (230 inr).                   On january 8, 2018 i made an order which i believed to be expedited (Faster than usual) order number [protected] on aliexpress. Guanja sex products factory vendors name.

                  January 10 i read that it would be 8 to 10 day processing time and 10 to 12 days shipping and may be additional delays.

                  Based on the price of the item 171.16 essentially a retail price. I decided to cancel because of the long timeline. If i had been told there would be a processing fee i would have been unhappy but would know that this was reasonable for the vendor and for me.

                  Instead i was told that the item had shipped already. This was untrue according to their own online documentation. These types of dishonest practices are completely unfair to buyers. They allow sellers to sell items they don't have or items that have not been produced without giving enough information to the buyer to make a well informed buying decision.

                  If i had wasted their time making an order they deserve something for that i agree. But being dishonest is not the way to handle the situation. I should not have to endure this kind of seller.

                  There is a buyer protection process but this is just window dressing i tried to make contact and that seems impossible. It doesn't in fact protect buyers. I had to do an internet search in order to find this site.

                  It is virtually impossible to contact aliexpress and have a genuine exchange about vendors and their practices. Everything is to the advantage of the seller without protecting buyers.

                  For my trouble alone i want a complete refund.

                    I ordered this little glove to help me remove excess cat hair, i paid $3 and single dollar for the delivery.
                    One day after a few weeks waiting, i get an email saying i received and signed for the package.
                    Because i know i did not, i contacted ali express.
                    The nightmare begins here:
                    First they were arguing that i did get it as i signed for it, then they sent me to investigate myself, saying i need to prove that i did not get the package.
                    I called the post office, they never heard about this tracking number, the ali express representatives were lost, they are so nice and useless (Not their fault, just doing their jobs), they didn't know anything, until after a few days, one of them told me to check at dhl and i did, there i found it was not sent through the post office but by dhl asia, this dhl branch were using a local company which is famous for never delivering to the clients, they were all over the news (They claim that it's aliexpress fault in some way).
                    So i called this local delivery company asking for my package, they said it was lost and that they updated the tracking saying that and that i should dispute and aliexpress will refund, i did exactly that, i had a proof that i never received the package.
                    So you think i got my money back? Think again, i had to wait for over a month hearing all kind of excuses and today i finally got they news that my request for a refund was denied.
                    The amount of money here is not high, just $4, but think about it, the same will happen also for $200 and you are not protected like you are with paypal, there is no real client protection.
                    Moreover, the time i had to spend to handle this issue was not worth it.
                    Bottom line, aiexpress thinks we are stupid but we are not, there are enough platforms to shop with and i am closing my aliexpress account! They took my money without giving the product and then called me a theif, they'll do it to you too!

                    Credit amount and debit amount is different.

                      I have bought/paid for a black cap worth rs 338 on pos[protected] at aliexpress txn#409354. Still i have not received any response of getting it delievered at any expected time. The site has mostly attracted people for every thing but it makes a delay than it may change opinion of buyers towards the the site, being one of the buyer i feel the site contains a variety of stock but ill be little worried if at any time the order takes many days with no responce.

                        I ordered 2 products on 06 dec 2016 and it's completed 2 years and i did'nt get my orders.

                          All allegation are totally wrong, can you please re investigating about my account activity.
                          Seller admit that, that was there fault they provide wrong shipping details still i didn't get product
                          Product quality, item not receive, refund & return is not an issue... I also got full refund several times.
                          But this time case is different.

                          This are the following reason by you :
                          Claiming an item hasn't been received when it has (I never do this)
                          Claiming an item differs significantly from its description in its product listing when the item’s condition is consistent with its listing (Mey be by mistake)
                          Opening a case when you have already received a refund from the seller or reimbursement from your payment provider (I never do this)
                          Opening a case against a seller as a form of retaliation following previous disputes (I never do this)
                          Threatening to open a case against a seller in order to obtain a discount or additional goods and services, when the item had arrived in the condition as described in the product listing (I never do this)

                          If you have any evidence that can prof that i try to overrule your condition, please share with me i also anxious to know about my fault

                          Issue is - after 2nd time extended purchase protection by the seller, on 13th nov 2017 my order purchase protection was end. And also after 100 days i found my product was delivered to different state. Distance from me around 2000km! Now my duty is to defend myself right? After that particular date i was open a dispute for refund. And suddenly i found myself as a suspended buyer!! My problem is we can't contact directly to the aliexpress team. Now i got another defective mobile parts last week, i can't even open a dispute for that... Other side seller admitted that this is there fault also they apologized for that. But still my account was block! All chat assistance are admitted that there was no fault by me. No one provide contact of aliexpress team. By this message i try to ask aliexpress where was my fault? From past 4 years i was use aliexpress very honestly and clearly. Don't know why they do this to me without any reason. (Sorry for bad english)
                          I need this account as active, please re investigate and judge properly.

                            I am a frequent online customer and recently i purchased some items from aliexpress app and two of the items i bought was damaged which i opened a dispute and for one of the item i received partial refund and for the other item i am facing trouble from the seller.

                            The seller seem to be treating me very badly where they told me to cancel the dispute for the refund and i did so. But after cancelling the dispute i was cheated. The seller didnt refund as promised. Now i lost my money on some damaged goods of no use to me leaving me with a very bad experience from ali express. I tried to contact the customer service many times but was given no response and said they couldnt do anything after dispute time.

                                  Not received and was ordered. It's written on route to kenya on the swazi post tracking service; when i clearly stipulated that swaziland is destination for delivery.

                                  I need my money back now as the seller failed to meet the 60day delivery period.

Even if it shows processing then i can wait according to the norms given after processing it may take 7 days but the problem is that it is not even processed

                                    I ordered 2 products from aliexpress in December 2016 and ItIt is going to complete 1 year to order my products ..tell me how can it takes 1 year to deliver the order..and on other hand they are not updating me and not replying on my massages.

                                    Deliver me products or refundy money.. I am very disappointed from Aliexpress services.
                                    I ordered a product on 9th September 2017 and haven't received the product. I opened dispute but not yet received the refund. And in the app, it is showing refund recieved.

                                      Aliexpress scams you i was scammed here!
                                      I purchased $1113.00 from this seller and the issue was the order was not as described i was told to ship back the order and then the seller refuses the delivery of the product, aliexpress rejects my dispute with "item not returned to seller"

                                      100% aliexpress favors its sellers!
