I have placed this order since a very long time. It has been since six months, and i have not yet recieved the order. This is very bad. When will i receive my order?

This is very bad of them. They have taken my money and not paid me back.

I want to know the exact date when will i receive my goods?

I purchase a wig for the first time and it's nothing i expected. It's too thin and i've been in contact with nana and i told her how i felt. So i went to mail it back for a refund or different wig. It was going to cost me 47.00 to send it back and i only paid 95.00. I need someone to either pay for the shipping or refund my money asap. The wig is useless to me and i'm going to call all over the world until i get a answer

I have order slipper and paid for that online by AliExpress App. But not received yet delivery time was 15 to 20 days.

AliExpress is one fraud site. Then is no customer care number in india. When we search AliExpress customer care number it's Show Alibaba side when we contact them they say both are different Company and alibaba say we are whole saller.

The incorrect commercial behaviour of AliExpress, allow this bunch of cheaters to take your money after payment process (which require you send full picture of front & rear of your credit card and your signature + a ID document...are you kidding me??!); they hold the money even if the sale is not confirmed. This means that if seller for some reason has no more avalaibility of item, or you change idea, or any other trouble, your order will be closed, and your paid money kept until...company revision (appeal) of the case; means days or working weeks before have your dollars back.
So, be advised of this kind of "dark practice" before you buy on AliExpress. Also beware or weird raising of final deducted amount caused by obscure addendum.

I bought stuff worth 7000rs and i received all of them. There were 15 items i guess out of which only 5 were acceptable to me & rest were a waste!
When i asked for a return or a refund then a page would open saying your account is temporarily out of service and then they signed me out from the app too! I had no clue where did my order go? Plus i had to throw 10 items in the bin. The quality was so bad. Please do something about these websites, we wont be able to trust online shopping and that should effect your business economy.

I ordered two men's watches on 22 april 2017. At gurgaon from aliexpress. When u tracked my order it shows package delivered on may 6, 2017. But i didn't receive my order. Ans also it shows last tracking detail some where in kolkata. But order was supposed to be delivered in gurgoan. Very annoying service from aliexpress. Kindly look into this and refund my money back.

I baught 4 tampered glasses paying $7 including shipping on 23 feb 2017. Still did not get it. Every time i Message seller they say you will get it. Aliexpress tracking shows delivered on 21 march in mumbai. again this shows in april its on distribution center in mumbai.

how is that possible if its delivered it should not show in april on distribution center first of all .. second thing i ordered for Bangalore.

I had opened dispute with Order # [protected] purchased[protected]. The seller Ric Ric is refusing to avail me with the return information after I had requested it from her/him on several occasions. I am only getting the run around and not the return information. I need it so that I can return the item to get my refund. The item is faulty and not working properly as I mentioned in my dispute.

This is an application in which they sell products online, as they keep on giving their advertisement to all the social media portal but fake marketing strategy. The original product is for somewhere around between 4 thousand to 5 thousand and this aliexpress write the rate of 239 INR.
They write fake rated so that people download their application from play store. Request you to please check on this and resolve this soon as

I have ordered from aliexpress on January 17, it's been more than 2 months .3 weeks back they mailed me confirming lost of product in transit and said I will get the refund within 7-15 days, it's been more b than 15 days, so I open a dispute in their website, after that they mailed me saying I should talk to them before opening a dispute and kind of threaten me to close the dispute. Even after all of this incident there is still no wheabouts of the refund. they Keep saying it will take 7-15days. Their 7-15 days never comes.

Out of 5 3 are faulty I Inform seller regarding this issue but he did not response many time then he ask me to send proof of faulty I click pictures and send him then he ask me to video proof I capture it and send it then he ask me to place another order of at least I torch then he will send total of 4 torch then I ask Why I have to placed another order and after that he avoid to response.

I bought a nike shoes in aliexpress on december 2015. Since the quality of the shoes is very bad (Fake nike shoes) & the size is not matching, i opened a dispute with aliexpress, i raised a dispute with aliexpress but aliexpress finally closed the complaint & paid the amount to seller.
Aliexpress does not have english speaking customer care, only way is to contact them via chat, some times the customer care people send an email to seller by copying me in the email, even if i send email to seller there is no reply.

I need a refund and im ready to return the shoes, the shoe is not used, as it is as bought. Im ready to return the shoes but there is no responses from the seller and aliexpress (Alibaba) is not taking any actions, please help me!!
