I had placed 2 orders with id number

After the payment the seller closed the order i did not recieve my order nor did i review my payment
Both the orders were placed on 19th june 2018
I tried contacting the dealer
The dealer asked me to change the payment method later there was no reply
Both the order cost me 5.85+4.99 usd
Hoping to get my refund

Ali Express deduct my amount from my account but not showing that my order in my cart, . So, plzz refund my amount.. this is not the proper thing

Firstly, I would like to apologies for misplacing my tracking number till i found now. I have contacted the seller and item has been received by the seller. I have asked the seller to refund the fund back to ali and channel back to me. I would appreciate youe help by looking at the log chat i had with the seller.The seller is not cooperative

I oredered items 3 times .Not even a single oredere I received. All cancelled and was to go for open the dispute.
