Sir, my elder brother mr. Sohit tiwari ordered this product on date 26/11/2018, the order number of product is "[protected]". He received product on date 03/12/2018 and when he opened the box, he found 8 different parts in box but that parts are not complete set of product, some parts was still missing. He complaint about this to amazon's customer care executive, he told him that return service is not available on that address so he can return product on "self" expenses by any courier agency and amazon india will pay that expenses amount in amazon pay balance. So my brother return that product on 17/12/2018 by "trackon couriers pvt. Limited". They reached at address (Which was mailed by amazon's customer care executive) for return purpose, but "seller denied to accept the product without giving any clear information".
After that again i call to customer care and he told me that "barcode on slip" was not scanned properly that's why seller is not accepting that product, paste another copy of that slip on packet and dispatch it to seller again. Then i contact to courier agency and told him full story but this they were not ready to dispatch product on same address and said to me that they can deliver that product any of the address in delhi or gurgaon. So i again call to customer care and told him this story and he said me that i can courier that product from delhi to gurgaon by any courier service. After that i tell him that i had already paid 2500/- rs amount to reach that product on seller address and when i contact some courier agency to transfer they were telling much amount for that. The customer care executive said to me, that i confirm him about the amount of courier agency before dispatching the product from delhi to gurgaon and when i call customer care and told her that dtdc is agree to dispatch product on price[protected]/- rs then she denied to pay that amount to me and said that company can only pay 2500/- rs. I argued her that i have talked so many times to customer care executives but no one tell me the actual payable amount, now how can i pay this amount from my side and no one told me that barcode will be scanned on seller store so please care about that and also i said to her that you can pick that packet from your own side from delhi and pay me 2500/- rs for courier then she said that they pick that product then 2500/- rs will not be refundable.
Sir i am in very much trouble due to this product. I need my money back and i will not buy any product at my home address due to poor service of amazon india.
