I have order karbon k9 music champagne from amazon on 19 the oct 2018 the status showing delivered however the product has not yet arrived asking for cancellation /refund the customer care is saying to wait for sometime and it will take time for refund/cancellation as investigation team needs to look into this matter the payment for above mobile is already made please share some advice

    Hi sir I'm from Hyderabad, recently i had oredered KAAVI FAB WOMENS SILK JACQUARD THREAD WORK SAREE (KVA_3223_ORANGE) price :1799 (seventeen hundred ninety nine ) on october 3 and received the product on october 8 but returned the product on october 9 by blue dart courier
    Awb number ( blue dart ) : [protected]
    This is the reference number given by blue dart at the time of pick up .with this reference it is clear that product is delivered to the seller on october 11
    But till date i didnot receive any information or refund regarding this product
    Everyday i am contacting your help centres / customer care but no use
    Till date the result is zero .
    If you want proof i had provided the blue dart consignment number which shows product got delivered, and you can view my conversations with your customer care. Issue my refund as soon as possible

      I have placed order for dslra 750 + lens in amazon. It has come for delivery on schedule day (20.10.2018) in damaged packet. On questioning about the package the delivery boy took it back and declared it as delivered. The customer care always assured that the same will be delivered by 24th oct 2018 and on 24th amazon on its own violation cancel the order and initiate the refund process. The credit will be effected in 3 to 5 days. Now for no fault of mine i have to pay interest for the period, i have lost my celebration, i have broken heart my child by not giving the gift in time.

        Hi,

        I had returned an item (Alc creation's women's straight kurta - order #[protected] on september 11th, but still now i didn't get my refund amount.
        I had contacted amazon for more than five times but still now i didn't get my money back. I didn't expect this kind of service from amazon. I'm waiting for more than a month.

        Please return back the amount at the earliest.

          I ordered a kent ro filter from amazon india on 27 july 2018. Here is the product link:

          The seller was aqua smart services.

          Since then, all o[censored]s have been having health problems like indigestion, cough and cold, etc. We had upgraded to kent ro from an old aquaguard, which never gave us such problems. So it was quite surprising. But we never thought it was because of the water.

          Last week the filter developed a leakage. I called the kent ro customer care. They sent a guy to fix it (Under warranty). The guy informed that the product is a fake, and showed to us some subtle differences between our filter and original product photos. He took photos of our filter, and said he will escalate this within kent, and kent won't be able to provide us warranty or service on the fake product.

          I called up amazon, and they said they will investigate the case, take back the product and give me a refund if it's found to be fake.

          But how will a refund make up for all the health issues and life hazard caused by this incident?

            My 2 orders at amazon[protected] and[protected] were shipped together through amazon transport vide tracking id[protected]. They attempted delivery at my office address on 18th oct, but the office was closed due to dassera. I asked them to deliver the parcel next day, that is 19th oct, but they didn't turn-up. Then i called amazon customer care and asked them to instruct amazon transport to deliver the parcel on monday 22nd oct, however they didn't deliver. I again called amazon customer care on 23rd oct and they assured that the parcel will be delivered within 24 hrs. Again it is not delivered. I all one whole week has passed by amazon transport has not attempted second delivery and the customer care are making false promises

              Hi,

              I have got a godrej 2 door fridge from amazon india which turned out to be faulty as it makes noise, gets overheated & water dripping out of it. Even the technician representative from amazon had visited & found all faults to be true. But we had requested for hand to hand exchange, what they deny & they don't care for their customers, making it difficult for their customers to survive.
              As we have a patient in house whose medicine has to be refrigerated, but when the fridge is faulty how can a person survive.
              Please take this case on urgent matters & under medical law.
              Will highly appreciate prompt action against amazon india.

                Hi, i ordered a product from amazon on 13th october 18 but that was cancelled i don't the reason then i again requested to amazon they placed a new ordered however still not received. The product was returned because of customer refused however delivery boy has never call me or visit my address. I asked to customer service they said we can not provide product to you. But i want my order anyhow as i have already made the payment to amazon.

                Could you help me how do i get my order.

                  Hello,

                  I am using amazon since long time and was very happy with their service.
                  But after my this time experience with customer service/technical support while playing return request is worst at all.

                  Regarding my order id/tracking i'd[protected], i tried to place a return request 5-10 times due to not good quality of camera as expected, but unable to place.

                  I requested a call back from next option but they are not able to help.

                  1st interaction, the technical person was not speaking properly and told me to wait for 2 mins to call back then hang up the call. Never called back.

                  2nd interaction, the technical person understood the concern and told me to install blanco app for performing some tests and took my alternate number to guide me on tests. Told me to hang up the call, promised to call back in 2mins and not called back.
                  I performed some tests by my own through blanco app that app was not able to detect issue.

                  3rd interaction, again same as 2nd interaction.

                  4th interaction - i spoke with the executive and informed about all the interactions with previous executives. This person denied that we can not do anything and you have to visit phone company. Again told me to perform test after a wait of 5 mins and then disconnected call.

                  I invested my more than 1 hour in interacting with technical support and my request of return is not taken. On website it's is showing as returnable /replacable till 30 oct but the request is not even placed after many attempts.

                  This time it's worst service at all by amazon which was not expected.

                  Please support, i want to return the product.

                    My name is rehan qureshi.. I have placed an order on amazon on 11october 2018.
                    And the delievery date was 15th and 17th october for two products.. The one product is lost in transit.. I got a message of out for delivery with delivery agent number on 17th but when i call him he said, "sir abhi to me office ni gya or me apke area me delivey b ni krta m ni deliver kraunga. After that the product agai out for delivery at around 10:30 pm and i got a message of failed delivery in the early morning next day. I dont think any indian company deliver product at night after 10:30pm then, i rescheduled the delivery for next day bt the product does no deliver. I called every day to customer care bt they alway said.3 common irritating lines
                    1) sir kal tak apka product pakka deliver ho jaega. Humne escallation pr lga dia h
                    2) sir apne itna wait kia h to thoda or kr lijieye..
                    3) sir humne coorier walo ko mail kr dia h.
                    Even on executive said,"sir kal tak apka product ni deliver hota to hum ek new order generate krenge. Bt next day they said sir apka new order ni ho skta hum apko refung kr skte h..
                    Its 8th or 9th over now, they are not giving me any solution everytime they fooled me they never called me for delievery instead i called them. Bt they update fake status.. I called them more then 10 times..
                    I dont want money back i want my product as i have wasted so many days and my valuable time..
                    I bougth them sale sale.. I have all the proof of call recording and screen shots.
                    Please take tactions against them.

                      I have ordered hp 14q cs0006tu on 9/10/18 and delivered on 10/10/18 with different cheap model, i have contacted customer service and requested for product replacement on same day, also provided all the required details with product pics. They asked me to wait for 15 days for replacement as they need time to investigate it. Today on 23/10/18 i have contacted them to enquire status, they are telling that they have contacted me to enquire but not reached and need to wait 3 more days to resolve this, i'm sure nobody has contacted me, i have already paid full amount for the product then why i should have to wait to get my product. And customer service is terrible. I'm planning to file complaint against amazon now.

                        My name is Amal Dev A S .I have ordered a laptop from amazon on 10th October 2018.But the seller has cancelled the order on 11th October 2018.The thing is that amazon people sending mail as that i have cancelled the order.I didn't do it.They just publishing some offers when after we have payed the order they have canceling it.And holding our money for lot of days and didnt return the money.Till now the amount was not credited to my account.Its all about 59, 990 rupees.When I contact the amazon customer care they are laughing when i tells the problem.I completely fed up with this.Amazon is 100% cheating customer.I would stop my all the future shopping with amazon.And i refer this same to my neighbours, friends and relatives.

                            Per amazon app and amazon.in website order tracking shows that the order for the above product number is delivered to customer address, but the same has not been delivered and upon asking the customer support team, they have responded to me rudely and have asked me to update kyc details for inquiry, as if the customer is committing a fraud. Have updated the same on amazon.in website.

                            Order was placed on: 11 october 2018, upon raising concern over prepaid order i was asked to wait till 23rd oct 2018 and now they have again asked me to wait till 30th oct 2018.

                            Please get us a refund of 3498.30 back to me.

                            Amazon's courier delivery guy could not find the address apparently, upon confronting him on calling and asking customer about the address he said that the courier parcel is still at the dispatchment office and got the delivery yesterday.

                              I have ordered a product (Samsung galaxy tab a) on 12 oct 2018 in the offer price of 9499 rs. And paid by my credit card.
                              After order shipped and on the way. The order got cancelled by amazon saying that there was pricing error of that product.
                              Now the price for that tab is double.
                              I contacted amazon regarding the issue and mr. Zain from customer service said that we can not help you in this.
                              I just want my tab on the same price that i ordered.

                                Order no[protected] was ordered on 12th october and due for delivery on 22 october, no intimation what so ever and when i check the order status it says failed delivery and i have been delivered to same address previously. Confirmed with customer care yesterday they said 24 hrs will be delivered now they say resolution is cancel the order.
                                When amazon cant deliver why take payment in advance and keep us waiting and don't deliver the product and a customer service staff who does not know what he is speaking and more worried to give a resolution for which he is bombarded for no fault.
                                When one order is delivered why cant the other be and i dint even get a call from courier partner

                                      In this order i have received only one shirt (Alcott) on 13/10/2018 and the rest have not been received by me which was
                                      1. Two red tape formal shoes
                                      2. Two john players trousers
                                      But it was showing the product has been delivered on 16/10/2018 and i have given the contact number for delivery was (+919696*20), even no one contacted me on the day for this delivery and the delivery pin was with me on my mail and i was in college that day.

                                      I have placed a complaint regarding this to customer care on 16/10/2018 and on mail 17/10/2018 they was said to wait till 19/10/2018 the product will delivered to me. I waited but it was not delivered so i made a complaint on 20/10/2018 they said the matter has been send to investigation team and i have to wait till 29/10/2018 to 30/10/2018. But today 22/10/2018 i have got the mail that investigation has been done and product has been delivered to me and further they will not assist and provide me any help. They will not provide me any refund/replacement.

                                      I think there has been some mistake by the delivery man as he/she updated wrong or have done some mischief and i'am suffering due to this as amazon was not helping me. When i'am contacting them they are disconnecting me saying that after investigation they will not further help me.

                                      I don't know to whom the product was delivered. Even they are not sending me the person who has delivered the product so that i can ask him/her to whom he/she has delivered the product and they are not providing me any proof of delivery of the product. Further they are not helping me any how they are disconnecting me on call and on mail they repeating they will not assist me anymore.

                                      Atleast help me in providing me every details because someone has taken the advantage of prepaid order. Please help me it is a matter of my reputation as well money. Even i don't know who has done this mischief.
                                      There is no security for prepaid order.

                                      Amazon will say that they have solve this issue and they will not look further too that because investigation has done and I'am doing fraud. But where is my product/order. They have satisfied themselves but I'am not satisfied with the amazon investigation.

                                      I need further investigation of the delivery. The delivery number was given to me ([protected]) please check the call history if he/she has called me on (+919696***20) that day (16/10/2018) for the delivery. I need every detail that prove you have delivered on 16/10/2018 and my signature as well because it was prepaid order there should be some security for this.
                                      I need the delivery agent to come at my house for the verification of the delivery.
                                      Amazon Prepaid Order is said to be delivered but not received, nor even contacted by delivery agent.

                                      I have faced the same problem. The delivery agent did not even call me. And since every customer care service is machine run by amazon there is no way i can even raise this complaint. Because this option itself is not showing. I am sure the delivery agents are stealing stuff by using this loophole. Big amazon scam.
