Sir i have order diaper of worth rs 1398 on 16th december and paid online. Address is totu majyat, shimla, h. P.
I am really disheartened by the service provided by your company to your customers. Inspite of charging delivery charge we are not getting our material at home. Delivery boys always put the order at any store according to their comfort. So why you charge home delivery charge.
This time also the delivery boy called in the morning on 23 december about the delivery of order. At 1 p. M. I called back about where he put the order
But instead of giving right information he used false languages. His phone no is [protected]. Now i received the msg that delivery was given to the customer on 23 but i haven't received the order till now. Tracking no. Is[protected].
Please solve the matter otherwise i have to take help in the consumer court.
And give best service to your customers from whom you gets benefits.

    Just got the car vacuum cleaner delivered from amazon under order#[protected] dated 21st december, 2019.
    I have the following problems:
    1. The front piece of the vacuum cleaner is broken/chipped off (See photo attached).
    2. The item did not seem clean and appeared to have been used.
    3. "mammoth" name does not appear anywhere on the package or the product. So how do i know that this product is "by mammoth"?br...

    I had ordered a Vivos1 phone worth 14000 on 5th December. But I cancelled the order due to some reason. I was assured that my refund would be completed within 5-6 business days. today it's 23rd December and I haven't received my refund yet. I've called them, chatted with them yet they are irresponsible. They told me that they've already initiated the amount but its not reflected in my account. I even went to my SBI branch and asked them but they said that there has been no such transaction. Now when I called amazon customer service they sent me a pdf to charge a dispute form.
    I request you to look into this matter and I would be grateful if you could solve this for me. I've mentioned the necessary details below:

      Since last week, I am getting lot o[censored]nsolicited calls from different numbers saying they are calling from Amazon customer care and are asked if all orders are delivered. Some 200 paybalance will be credited to my account. They also sending OTP to my mobile
      no. I hanged up saying I don't need any gift voucher.

      Now I got a mail saying my amazon account p/w has been
      reset as per my request, when I did not ask for any p/w reset.

      The caller no.s are [protected], [protected], [protected]

      Please block my account temporarily.

          My name is dinanath and i had ordered plazzao of rs. Amount 579 in amazon on 05 aug 2019 and after i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 09 aug 2019
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but allahabad bank doesn't have such policy. So
          Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

              I have been regularly interacting and attached all documents for the refund to be processed. I am forwarding a mail from my bankers which clearly states that i have to make the payment for rs.18750/-
              I am attaching the messages and notification message received from amazon for the transaction happened on 30/11/2019. Two payment for rs.20000/- and rs.25000/- were rejected by my bankers. Also you had given a credit during the same time for rs.5000/-. How did this happen on the same day?
              I am attaching the screenshot of notifications where in you had clearly mentioned that the refund will be processed and will get it within 2-3days. I has been been more than 20 days and still i have not received the refund.
              I was also informed from your accounts team that the refund will come within 24hours. Please look into it so that you do not lose your customersand the trust they had on amazon.

                I have ordered baby props on 6th Dec but still not got my order. Even I am not able to track my order also.. I just want to cancel it but that is also not possible. No options are available on website. Payment is already done my side. Kindly refund my payment and cancel my order. I am looking forward for your reply and solve my query.

                  I ordered canon dslr from amazom on 5th dec worth 53900. On 9th dec, i received some headphones worth 2-3k instead of dslr. I am well aware that while opening packages of such big amounts we should make a video. Thats what i did. I sent this video and filed a complaint to amazon and they told me that they would investigate the matter and get back to me within 5 days. I remained calm for those 5 days but they didnt update my after 5 days. From then, i kept on writing to them via email and twitter on daily basis, but everytime they tell me they will update soon.
                  Its been 14 days now, i dont have any update till yet. Their return window of 10 days has also passed so i am not able to return or replace myself even if i want to. These guys are just postponing things and wasting the time so that they can eventually get away from this scam.
                  54000 rs. Might not be a big amount for amazon but is for a middle class persons like me.
                  I am tired of writing or calling to them now. I have lost my money and i didnt get the product i paid for.

                    Yesterday i had placed an order on amazon.in (#[protected] and i had paid full amount which was shown on the website through credit card. Actually it was needed very urgently so i had ordered it. But today i got a message from amazon that the order has cancelled. Immediately i contacted with amazon customer care and they are just ignoring my problem. They're saying that they can't do anything, seller has cancelled it. They gave me some fake reason why seller cancelled my order. Amazon is making us fool. I know my money will be refunded withing 5-7 working days but what about my precious time??? Please take some action against this type of issue so that it won't gonna happen in future. Thanks...!!!

                    Still No response from amazon or also from the 3rd party seller...
                    There is a long matter with Amazon
                    I am purchasing a product @ 3225 rs but unfortunately they give it wrong
                    I returned it and refund initiated to my Amazon pay.
                    Since 28 october i tried to transfer my money to my saving account but they give fake promise and a date then told not possible.

                      V have bought samsung m30. It is in unopened position right now. Request to replace it with m30s is being ignored.

                      V r ready to pay differential cost etc. No support from cus care executives. We are open to buy samsung m30s in exchange of this phone.

                      We are very much concerned over this attitude of amazon towards its regular and prime customers

                        The order was placed on 5 december 2019. The product was undelivered so an automatic refund was initiated. I paid partially through amazon pay balance and partially through upi. The amount paid through amazon pay balance was refunded immediately. However, the remaining amount was not reflected in my respective bank account. As per their policy on the website, it states that 2-4 working days are required to refund. According to amazon support when contacted several times, the refund was initiated on 8 december 2019.

                        I received an sms about that the refund has been initiated on 16 december 2019. They assured the refund will reflect in 2-14 working days. 20 december was the last day of their procedure. I reached out to them and the support provided me with refund reference number and asked me to contact bank customer support. This was completely misguiding the customer as bank support cannot help with a refund reference number.

                        Then again i contacted amazon support. This time they said i have to file online dispute form which is available online which when enquired was found there is no such provision to fill the form online. I have to reach the home branch to file a dispute form.

                        I am looking for a simple resolution that is "return my money and don't misguide your customers".

                          When i contacted syndicate bank they are also not giving proper response. Refund amount 4200.

                              Worst delivery seevice ever. I have been running around these people since 3 days. The delivery guy calls and says he will deliver the product or he is not the delivery area will deliver tomorrow. Then when yiu call they don't answer the calls and when you check order status it shows the order has been delivered.. This has happened like 4 times in 2 months and 3 times in past 3 days.. The agents says that will escalate the matter to relevant team. Funny part is the amazon people don't know their delivery partners!!

                                I ordered a hoody and returned it on 16 of november but the refund of that on amazon pay does not come till now and today is 21 december. I returned the product because it not fit well to me. The cost of product is rs.799. It is over one month gone but i does not refund till now. This make me to loose my faith in online shopping especially on amazon.

                                  I ordered one plus 7 pro mobile on december 2 nd 2019 received it on 3 rd december order number is[protected]

                                  I opened the box and found that there was no charger adaptor and c type cable.. I immediately raised a compliant and customer service executive asked me to wait for 5 days to get the investigation report of product box scans.. On 9 th when i called again they said they have gone through investigation report and they initiated a return process for refund.. As they were unable to schedule the return pickup they insisted me to self return the product and send courier receipts.

                                  So on 10 th december 2019 i have sent the mobile, and mobile box along with the prescribed documents to the given address through dtdc secured package delivery.. They charged me rs 200 for it.. They have checked the contents of package and mentioned the items mobile in it and value worth rs 40000 on receipt also.. They sealed the package and i took photos of package and receipt and sent the same to amazon

                                  On 14 th amazon received the package.. On 16 th i called customer care to enquire about refund status.. They clearly mentioned that they received the items and by 18 th evening the refund will be processed but that didn't happened.. So on 19 th afternoon i called them again, one of their executives checked all the details and she said she is going to initiate the refund manually and by end of the day the refund will be initiated and rs 200 which i paid for courier charges will be credited to my amazon pay balance.. But after 1 hr she called me and connected to another team executive and she said that the fullfillment center people updated that they didn't received the item which they sent.. When i asked what does it mean she said they didn't received the mobile in box. Even after i explained the whole scenario she didn't accept the refund request. She spoke very arrogantly and without any respect

                                  I went to dtdc courier office and lodged a complaint. They have investigated the isssue and found tracking information and checked cctv footage.. Sealed box delivered with same weight from starting to end point even amazon people accepted that they received in sealed condition only. I have all the proofs that i sent mobile inside the box and cctv footages and call recordings of concerned persons.. But amazon is simply saying that they can't isse the refund based on the update they received from fullfillment center.. When i asked about the video recordings or photos while they were opening the box they said no we don't have any proofs and based on the update only we are not going to initiate the refund.. But when i complained about charger and cable missing from box they have gone through investigation then only they initiated return process

                                  Here i have valid proofs that i have sent the mobile to amazon in sealed condition but amazon don't have any proofs that they didn't received the mobile in the box

                                  Things to note here are

                                  First they didn't arranged a return pickup and forced me to do self return

                                  Second is they received the package on 14 th and when i called on 16 th they said they received the package and refund being processed.. Even now also the status in app and website is showing same.. That you can check in pictures below.. But yesterday they were telling that they got an update from fullfillment center on 15 th itslef that mobile is missing from box.. If they got update on 15 th how come they said that they received the box and initiating refund on 16 th when i called them?

                                  I came to know that whatever package they receives from third party courier companies they open and check the contents then only they will take the delivery.. Then how they accept the package when mobile is not there inside the box?

                                  It is purely cheating customers and harassing financially and mentally..

                                    It is really very sad to know that companies use tricks to make customer purchase items but they do go by the policy or agreement made for purchase.

                                    I was very excited to know about the offer of cashback of rs. 1000/- when the payment is done by icici debit card on purchase above rs. 7500/-. I ordered for mi note 8 pro worth rs. 14, 999/- with expectations that there will be cashback of rs. 1000/- back to my icici account. Order #[protected], mi note pro 8 (Rs.14, 999/-) made on 19th dec 2019 from amazon.

                                    It was very sad to see no refund to the account. I just want to know if these schemes are fake or really the system of cashback works for customers.

                                    Can this issue be resolved soon.
