I raised the issue on 13/02/2019 regarding not able to register my account online. Even after sending multiple emails to the branch, we get the same instructions on 'how to register account online' in the reply that never worked and only after my father visited the branch personally, we come to know that the mandate holder has to be removed for net banking. On the 11th of february, i tried to withdraw 1000 rupees from andhra bank atm situated in manikonda. The atm machine was seemingly functional and didnt have any notice saying "under maintenance/cash not available."

I tried to withdraw two transactions at andhra bank, nellore, andhra pradesh on 10 dec 2018 of amount 20000. One transaction was successful and got 10, 000 and however the other transaction was not successful but the money was debited from the account
