I am a customer for andhra bank for 19 years. I have activated mobile alerts and got my internet banking. When i visited may be 10 years back, i always had bad experience, but still i am maintaining account. Internet banking was locked due to invalid attempts and want to change password but it is pointing to my old mobile number which is not working for almost 3 years. I have noticed last week that they are deducting 18 rs every 3 months. I want to deactivate mobile alerts when i contacted the help desk they said they cannot stop mobile alerts and it is mandatory. Is this some kind of worst system, have heard of? Shall i switch to some other bank? Am actually out of country.

    I Have done shopping on[protected] and paid bill by using andhra bank debit card amounts of rupees 5300.01 and 1090 rupees and the amount got deducted from my account. But
    On[protected] around 7-8pm I got a text message of the same amounts got deducted from my account again tried to contact customer care regarding the issue but the call was unable to connect.
    I even visited the branch where i opened my account and explained the issue to the bank manager but they did not respond regarding the issue. Please help me by solving with the issue.

            Amazon has given me a refund to a product, which i purchased. And amazon given me authorization code and they told me to call bank customer care for processing refund. I called andhra bank customer care[protected] and i can't get satisfied response.in my previous experience i just given a mail to them, then immediately they processed refund. But now bank ccare representative told me that they don't respond to mail. Please go and ask any andhra bank near you with authorization code. It is impossible to me to goto bank by taking a leave to my current company. Andhra bank should respond to my email request or mobile request and process my refund from amazon as soon as possible. Delay or late processing will kill hopes on its service.

              As i am applying my od in jntuk website, iam supposed to pay 1500/- for the application. So, i made a online transaction from sbiepay. Igot a message that 1500/- is debited from my account but the payment blog in the wedsite shows me that it is pending. I have waited for 30hrs that it would update. But thers no use. So i made another transaction. I have filed my complaint in customer care. But still i donot have any response

On 01/04/2019, i tried to with draw 2000 amount from my andhra bank card in hdfc atm at ameenabad licknow, i didnt get any money and showed message temporarily unable to dispense cash, but money was deducted from my andhra bank account. Please revert back my amount to my andhra bank back. Waited for one day, but didnt revert back. So please take proper action

Iam listed in the arya vysya corporation subsidy scheme2017-18 and municipality deparment forward the subsidy amount (Which was sanctioned to me) to andhra bank st. Teresa branch eluru but the manager not responding to my issues so many times i asked for those amount and related information but the manager not respond to my queries and she was very aggresive to the customers

                        I am writing here on my basis of a layman’s knowledge. My husband works with this bank. I can’t mention his name. They have this new policy of buying shares. Employees have to buy share to show that the bank is in profit! That is ok but as i know, according to the rules, the employees need to take loan from other bank and not through their own bank, and employees can’t be forced about how much shares to buy. One must buy according to their convenience. The cmd chairman clearly informed the workers that no one can be forced for buying shares.
                        But as i see my husband is depressed as he has been given loans, and he informed me, there is no official or paperwork forcing, but they are mentally forcing people to buy shares worth atleast 3 lakhs.

                        One persons might have other commitments. This is mental torture to the employees. I see my husband in depression, so i am forced to put a complaint here.

                        A bank shouldn’t force its employees to buy shares to show that they are in profit.

                        This is to inform the govt of india.

                        There are many people who may feel mentally harassed for the same. I am just the voice of them.

                        This has nothing to do with my husband. I am writing it here myself because i see that this is badly affecting our life.

                              On 27th feb 2019 i undergone a check up for my left eye by dr raja rami reddy, chief ophthalmologist neo retina eye care institute, chapel road, abids, hyderabad for blurred vision. I am 73 years, male. I am a member o[censored]nited india insurance co, tpa, arogyadan for more than 20 years. I had hardly claimed any insurance except twice or so. Ba no 43054, branch code andhra bank, padmarao nagar, secunderbad, 31. With whom i am a customer for 40 years.
                              I am a senior citizen 73 years old. Dr raja rami reddy, neo retina eye care after thorough examination made eye scan under op auto florescence investigation. I paid rs 2, 300. After studyng the scan dr raj rama reddy suggested for 3 injections in my left eye ivt anto vegf injection therapy ivt accetrixi injection each costing rs 35, 859. One injection immediatey and other two if needed one in each month. I submitted my united india insurance company card for cashless treatment to hospital who referred to good health insurance, nagarjuna hills, punjagutta, hyderbad on same day 27/02/2019. I am disappointed to get a reply from united india insurance company the denial letter dt 1 st march 2019 with doctor note stating "cashless facility cannot be extended. As the given line of treatment not a listed day are procedure. Hence denied" i am a senior citizen 73 years worked in apsfc, dgm for 30 years. My left eye is only eye in working condition. I am not able carry out daily chorus like reading news paper, watching tv, going for walks etc. The hospital and doctors are highly qualified, very reputed, experienced with international standards. I need this injection urgently in my left eye for improvement in eye sight which is essential i cannot afford rs 35, 859 as i am now retired since more than 20 years. I request your goodselves to help me by arranging cashless treatment regards, t p baru

                                      Hello this is vinoda gunnam i'm the customer of andhrabank i had pending refunds that are supposed to be credited into my account by now but not happened.you are misleading customers by giving reference number to the merchant sites and not processing them to customers account something fishy is happening with your bank.
                                      below i'm providing reference numbers to the two pending trasactions which are not processed
