I am a customer for andhra bank for 19 years. I have activated mobile alerts and got my internet banking. When i visited may be 10 years back, i always had bad experience, but still i am maintaining account. Internet banking was locked due to invalid attempts and want to change password but it is pointing to my old mobile number which is not working for almost 3 years. I have noticed last week that they are deducting 18 rs every 3 months....

I Have done shopping on[protected] and paid bill by using andhra bank debit card amounts of rupees 5300.01 and 1090 rupees and the amount got deducted from my account. But
On[protected] around 7-8pm I got a text message of the same amounts got deducted from my account again tried to contact customer care regarding the issue but the call was unable to connect.

As i am applying my od in jntuk website, iam supposed to pay 1500/- for the application. So, i made a online transaction from sbiepay. Igot a message that 1500/- is debited from my account but the payment blog in the wedsite shows me that it is pending. I have waited for 30hrs that it would update. But thers no use. So i made another transaction. I have filed my complaint in customer care....

I am facing a problem with internet banking dashboard of andhra bank i. E. When i log in to the internet banking website it shows the below-mentioned error:

"the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime.."

I have opened arogyadaan policy in 2017 and my policy number is

But in 2018 the amount was no deducted and also there is no intimation

Hello this is vinoda gunnam i'm the customer of andhrabank i had pending refunds that are supposed to be credited into my account by now but not happened.you are misleading customers by giving reference number to the merchant sites and not processing them to customers account something fishy is happening with your bank.
