I went to andhra bank atm on 16 jan in machilipatnam.
The money 5000 was deducted from my account but i didn't get the money from that atm.
When i am calling to the bank, they are not responding any thing.
I am requesting for refund. If bank was not taking any action then how can the normal people can get the money back.
Is there any other procedure to get my money refunded. Actually, i am in need of money.

    My name is udatala sri naga venkata trinadh, my debit card was blocked due do entering incorrect card details in online transaction. My card number [protected]. So please unblock my debit card. I won't do this type of mistake again. I always do transactions through online with my mobile through debit card so i need it for the transactions. Please unblock my debit card.

      I am jagruthi from hyderabad. I got admission in germany on it engineering. I applied loan in vidya lakshmi portal for education loan. Today i went to andhra bank for loan process, but they are saying that they cant give loan for me. I asked the reason? They are saying it is metro polity city and we will give loan only above 75% percentage. Where i shown them my my admission letter to. Please kindly accept my complain and ask them give allow education loan for me.

        is sambhand me toll free no. pe call karne pe bataya ki 7 working days me refund ho jata hai lekin abh tak nahi hua hai mai barabar call karta raha lekin wahi jabab fir Id diya aur bataya ki app ispe complain karo. mai waha pe 2 bar complain de chuka hu .

            The money (Rs. 33100/ =) get blocked bcoz of failed debit card transaction since 25th dec 2018 and i lodged a written complaint on the same day with the branch manager. (Pn road branch, tiruppur)

            I met the manager personally at your bank and request you to re-credit the same amount. He promised that the amount will be back credited with in seven days.

            The failed debit card transaction causes severe financial crisis and personal problems in my family life.

            I cant wait any more days since in digital india resolving a failed transaction will takes maximum seven days but it is hardly going to be more than 24 days i am longing and waiting behind the banker.

            Remember the andhra bank has to explain why it takes a very long time to resolve a failed debit card transaction in detail since we are living in the era of digitization.

            Already i consulted the legal advisers regarding the same and calculating the penalty that the bank has to pay on day basis.

            Feel frustrated and exhausted regarding the failed debit card transaction and thus the related financial crisis. I don't have any tolerance in this regard.

            Please help by unblocking my atm debit card as it was recently blocked 2 days back my kid while playing with phone has forwarded debit message wrongly without knowing from here onwards i will take care and will not create any problem.

                  Iam akiri anilkumar from rajam andhrapradesh. My native place is rajam, srikakulam district. Last 10 years using for andhrabank debit card, chipdebitcard till now. Yesterday dated on 10.1.2019 time 12:21 pm (Thursday) withdrawn for my account 15000/-. But not received by hand. That branch is also gmrnagar gmrit branch. That machine screen on some error is unable to dispense amount is timed out is here for on the screen to displayand iam waiting for 10 minutes. But my account money is deducted already 24 hours over please rectify the problem immediately. This is first time is phase the problem. Please rectify the problem immediately.

                      I am unable to use my internet banking facility of Andhra Bank as after login it says that the client id doesn't not exist. I am unable to even check my balance and make any payment:

                        On 28th dec 2018 I tried 2 times to with draw amount of 4500 from ATM madhapur The amount was debited 9000 but I got only 4500.on first transaction I got msg like session time expired. After I take I got my money I came back to office and I check my massages and then I realised that 9000 was debited from my account.. but I got only 4500.                                 I am prithvi raj. J holder of savings account in andhra bank at masab tank branch.. I have withdrawn 10000/- at bakaram branch andhra bank atm on 29-dec2018 but i did not receive amount but it has been deducted from my account as i visited bank i asked over there they said it will be refunded back within 24hrs so as it is refunded i visited bank n they said to talk to customer care so from past 2 days i tried to call customer care but it always says busy so how can i get my amount get back n on the same day i have withdrawn 40000/- from the same atm on that day my total transaction was 50000/- through atm

                                    Sir maine apne account jo ki monish azam khan ke naam se hai misrikh brench me hai andhra bank me hai jispe maine 01/12/2018 ko cheque lagaya tha jo ki aaj 28/12/2018 aaj tak clear nhi ho payi hai mere dora puchne par bank se koyi jawab nhi diya ja raha hai aap se anuroodh hai ki meri cheque ko clear karane ki krapa kare. Jo ki cheque yes bank ki hai.

                                      In my bank account 3000rs were cutted without our interfere it mean no OTP sent to our mobile without ATM card within 1 week money is drawn without knowing us what to do is anyone hacked bank account or what?please help us and there is no details of the person who transacted money so please kindly help us to recover our money to us please help us what and how to do?

Recently, we received message saying, replace your non-chip based debit card with debit card. My father is paralysed with a leg and hand and is unable to walk.
