house loan pre-closure charges

Hi sir,

I have taken home loan in andhra bank(CBIT Branch, Gandipet) and i am paying emi every month with out failure.

I would like to move my home loan to another bank when i asked for "list of documents" and "foreclosure" then my andhra bank manager said you need to pay 2% of the principle amount to get these documents and move to other bank.

I have inquired about the same in other branches...

But it's been one month i didn't get the credit. I called to the hyd andhra bank call center, every executive is telling that amount will be credited. But till now i didn't get the credit. I told them to call back, but no response from them....
