    My call (At[protected]) has been closed before resolving the issue. First of all i want to put into your notice that i live in doha, qatar and hundred times i have mentioned in my complaints that my atm card is here with me only so please do not try to give me your irresponsible and shameful excuses that - "please advise the customer that atm transactions cannot happen without valid card and pin".

    I have been already well aware of your poor and loose banking system since this incidence has taken place and i am sure that you are well aware of all such kind of fraudulent transactions within lucknow in recent times. We do not expect above mentioned reply from a reputed bank.

    Also with this i am not interested that how someone can withdraw my money which was earned by blood and sweat without using my atm card that is your part of investigation and i am very sure that hundreds of such complaints have been lodged in past days and if you still say that atm transaction is not possible without valid card and pin that shows how much dark you are living in with a backward and insecure techniques of your banking system.

    Look, i would like to quote again that i do not want to receive mails with your fancy excuses. I want the reversal of my transaction e. I. 25000.00 inr witch was withdrawn illegally.

    Looking at your mails it seems like i have been joking with you for mare than a month but do not assume that. I have also done the fir in police about this matter and the fir complaint number is[protected] for your reference. Please avail me the cctv footage also of the atm machine from where the transactions were made for the further investigation.

    I had opened my bank account in your bank for safety and security of my money not for the frauds, and if this has happened then it raises a big question mark on your responsibility and safety system.

    Please complete you investigation on this and reverse my amount asap.

        Sir i am the current account no[protected] at agra branch having 11kalpatru/fdr but agra branch has illegal takeing one pretext to another and not giving my interest for the period 1997 to 2014 and illegall utilizing my money and earn huge profit.           I hold a checking account and an Educational Loan account tied to the checking account. I need to check my outstanding balance. The portal was working fine and only since ten days, I 'm facing this error. I now attached a screenshot of how it looks upon login.
          My online banking dashboard shows the following message and there are no instructions on how to resolve it.

          Error upon login :
          "The active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime.."

              I went to andhrabank atm on 30/05/2018 want to draw 3000 from my savings at 8:25pm entered the pin no. It showed that the transaction is done and ammont is cut but i have not got the money from atm. The amount is not yet refund. On 2nd june 2018 i went to Andhra Bank where my accont had existed wrote a letter but till time there is no responce from the bank.
              So please verify the issue .

                I have arogyadaan insurance policy for my father and i for which i have to deal with good health tpa. I have extremely bad experience working with them. My claim # 193978 is still pending and they are asking the same documents again and again even after submitting them 3 months back.

                They say they are sending the documents but i have never received any document from them till date. It looks like harassing customers to delay or getting rid of payable claim amount is their preferred way.

                      Hi sir. I am geeta, i visited Budwarapeta branch Kurnool on 24th may for some loan information, but Loan officer was not giving us proper information regarding loan, he informed he will be free evening after 6.45pm to my father.So i went to get few details as my father was not well and waited one hour with disappointment and came back.he completly neglected to meet and give information and was more concentrating to call girl itseems.i dont know who that woman is.but Immediately that person came he was very happy to see her went into atm and close shtter for half hour and later he and that girl went inside bank they were speaking through eyes and he was smiling and showing shy seeing her .Again they spend half hour in bank between 7pm to 8pm on 24th may it happen.What was happening with that loan officer and the guy n she cald, i dont know but it hurted me alot so im raising this complaint.Please take necessary action against Isreal prakash babu behaviour.

                      Israel prakash babu is an idiot in our office sir he is cheating woman of our office women in our branch and also Medical manager Naga Vaishnavi.
                      Also doing cigar & drinking in his Chamber.
                      Im his colleague i know his activities we have proof
                      I said several times to change activity but he not listening to manager and his parents words also.

                      As per our knowledge he is LUST addicted man
                      Transfer r suspend him immediately

                          I have initiated an imps transaction on 25/05/2018 for amount rs. 8200.
                          Transaction reference id: 22141181

                          Amount is deducted from my account. The payee did not receive the funds even till today.

                          I was expecting instant money transfer but it is frustrating to see the transaction stuck in
                          'suspect' state for the past 3 days with recipient not receiving the funds.
                          This clearly defeats the purpose of imps.

                            I had complained to this portal several times even though there is no action taken on israel prakash babu who is loan manager in budwarapeta branch loan manager at kurnool.

                            He is torching lady emp for sex.

                            He taking money bribe from customer for lower rate of loan and also he is womeniser

                            Transfer him to corner place of state kindly sir.

                            He also torching for naga vaishnavi who is a manager for medical branch kurnool.

                            He committed with him several times both are in relation know.

                                I have an account in andhra bank. Last week I registered for net banking. And i am able to login with my customer id (User id) and password. But i am unable to view or do anything there related to transaction even after successful login. Its never happened with any other bank.

                                Error: 'the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime'.

                                Also I have requested for update my registered mobile number but still not updated.

                                I have already written to [protected]@andhrabank.co.in 4 days ago. But they are not responding.

                                Therefore, request to kindly resolve this issue so that i can use

If any money withdrawal or deposit in my account then it will receive a message immediately but from the first day, when i registered my mobile number in bank, the online transactions are not working i checked so many time. I asked to the bank employee who works in andhra bank but they not give better suggestion. So please check once my account that why the bank online transactions are not possible.                                     I had an sb account 0746 [protected] initially with andhra bank bhatlapenumarru branch, movva mandal, krishna district and subsequently the said account was transferred to pedapudi branch. Its ifsc code:2259.

                                    I am a retired employee of the new india assurance co. Ltd. I am now doing agriculture in 25 acres in bhatlapenumarru & barlapudi villages of movva mandal in which sugar cane, paddy and turmeric are grown. My family members availed crop loans (For sugar cane) from andhra bank pedapudi branch (Ifsc code: 2259).

                                    As i am staying in ashok nagar of vijayawada city, i want to with draw some amount to meet my financial commitments.in order to do that i visited andhra bank siris branch, vijayawada. Astonishingly, i was prevented from withdrawing the cash under pretext that no withdrawal is allowed for the accounts of other branches. At last i returned with a blank face though i am an educated and retired employee.

                                    However, i was not convinced with the response from a responsible official of the bank as it is absolutely against the rules and procedures of the bank. I opine that it is definitely a service lapse on the part of the bank by preventing a client of other branch of the bank from withdrawing the permitted amount as per the guidelines.

                                    Hence, my humble submission is to look in to my grievance and see that appropriate directions may be given to the concerned so that clients more particularly the retired and senior citizens like me will be comfortable in transacting their banking transactions.
