This is the second time where my money is deducted. Please return as early as possible.
Rs. 118.00 is debited in ac xx9056 on[protected].ac balance is rs. 783.89.
Rs. 118.00 is debited in a/c xx9056 on[protected] towards min. Bal charges. A/c balance is rs. 647.89.
These are the messages of deduction which i got.. Can u please return the amount as soon as possible.

    I am unable to use my internet banking facility of andhra bank as after login it says that the client id doesn't not exist. I am unable to even check my balance and make any payment:

    Below is the message that is displayed after i log in:

    "the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime."

    I have submitted the complaint to andhra bank but issue is still unresolved.

        I am from Agra, it is the issue of Sadar bazar Agra up branch 282001, today we had to go to the marriage so we need the some jewellery so we had to go to the bank for operating the locker for that jewellery.but due to some unavoidable reason, we reached at around 4:05 pm, the gate was locked and one of the family is also standing over there, we requested to the gate keeper to open the door but he denied to open the door, but the family which also standing over there she phoned some one and the gate keeper had opened the gate and he stopped us to enter and that family entered and operated the locker, for them there is no rules because they had the link with them .
        The employee and gate keeper was telling about the rules and regulations but for them there is no rules.
        We requested so many times but he denied, he gave me the branch number and said call on this talk to the manager, I phoned so many times but no one pick up the phone and inside the branch they are laughing.
        We are very disappointed with this behaviour of employee.
        Kindly do some thing so that in future they will not do any misbehavior with others and also try to understand the need and urgency of the employee .
        Looking for the resolution.

        I have been coming home and then while visiting atm My atm transaction got failed and no money was dispensed but amount of 500 got deducted twice from bank account and the atm was out of service

          Sir. Kindly visit the road leading to sri ram school from nanakramguda main road. Heavy garbage and all sorts of waste are thrown on road side. Pigs are residing there. Both sides of road unauthorised occupations and constructions are there. Because of pigs and garbage foul smell coming and unable to walk on the road. Kindly direct the safai karmachari dept to get it cleaned. Otherwise deceases will spread in that area.

          And I want to know what is the minimum balance in andhra bank.

          Yesterday 09/12/2018. I tried to withdraw 50000. I transacted 5 times 10000 each time.
          but 4th transaction ATM did not dispense money.

          but ny account got debited. what should I do?
          Yesterday afternoon, I had booked a bus ticket through Paytm two times, but unfortunately two times it was failed.Paytm people initiated the refund the next moment but still not reflecting in my account.can you look into this issue.

            I used kurumbapalayam andhra atm to withdraw rs.300 on 08/12/2018.. Amount got detected and it shows timed out error after a long time.. Till now amount is not revoked to account. Request to take action to revoke my money.

              This is so far the worst bank in india i think this bank should be banned by the court,, they steal money from you and make you wait for so long.. The real question is where is the money gone? Who uses the money that is struck like this?                       I made payment of rs/6000 fur the month credit card payment through billdesk on17th late night or 18th morning 12 midnight amount has debited from my bank account but it has not been reflected in the credit card paymernts of my andhra bank til; today please do the needful
                      Every month i make my payment through bill desk for the full amount or more according to my expenditure every month after 5 days i will get acknowledgement this time i didnt receive any im worried whether the payment is prpoperly recd or not please see that im not put tu any fine or interest as im regular customer for more than 10 years making full payments before due date almost all times please du the needful

                      My friend deposited 10000/- into my sister's account by bna machine.my sister got a msg that her account is credited to 10000/-.then after 15 minutes she got a msg that your account is reversed 10000 to bna machine.we didn't understand this msg we want clarity of this msg.thank u

                        I wanted to open an account in andra bank witch is a main branch of doddakannalli pin is 560035 which is near to the petrol station, and after opening an account they ask me to come and collect the cheque book and a pass book, i went after 15 long days still my cheque book was not ready wen i ask for it the were started giving silly reasons, first of all know one knows a basic lavel of english, to speak or handle a customer and they even argue with a customer to maintain the balance..

                          Iam not getting any help from past one month even visited bank and nobody could resolve the net banking error I get when I create a new personal account. Now I'm not able to purchase anything from Online e commerce website as bank is declining my transactions, great service bank is providing. Literally no help from Customer care and ATM helpline number will always be busy when called.

                            Dear sir, on 12/11/2018 from my andhra bank account at your banking correspondent's machine i have transfered rs 5000/- twice using aadhar enabled payment system (Aeps) using benificiary aadhar number.. My account debited rs 5000/- twice but benificiary account not credited... Pls resolve my issue and reverse the amount to my account as early as possible

                              about my father death claim

                              I cleared my father gold loan (Diseased) in andhra bank and applied for a claim, from the past 6months, no one is responding from bank side. I filed a complaint to head office guntur also. They suggested some modifications to my application and send back to me. I recorrect those mistakes and sent once again for claim process, till now no response from bank, please resolve my problem....

                              Online failed transaction amount of Rs.13600 has not been refunded even after multiple attempts to contact the bank manager.. Bank is stating that the merchant bank has denied their request and it will take another 35 business days. Its a huge loss from my end. This will have to be resolved asap. We have already waited for 20days. The customer service noticed that the request was rejected by the merchant banker only after i escalated the issue. This is highly irresponsible activity towards customer's money. A huge amount not being accounted for over 20days is not a good sign for a bank.

                                I have used my Andhra bank atm card at SBI atm for money withdraw on 1_11_2018 at 6:49 pm. My transaction was cancelled but money was deducted from my account. I think it will be reversed to my account within a week. Since it was two weeks also, I didn't received my back back to my account. What to do. Please see my request and credit back my money back to my account as soon as possible.

                                  Please see to this my money is deducted from my andhra bank account number without my information someone linked my card with upi online banking called me an asked for debit card no an cvv. As they sais it it urgent an have to give them information or bank will block my account as it is nt adhara linked. So i did that an give them. False transaction done from my account my 32000rs got deducted. Plz help me and see my problem as urgent

                                  I don't know why the money is getting reduced with out my permission..
                                  First time I lost 96 inr and the second time(today) i lost 118 inr..
                                  I am a student it may be small amount to you..But it matters a lot to me...

                                    Someone has done false transaction from my card i have not used my card and get massage of transactions done from my account in andhra bank
                                    Please see this as my money got deducted from my account a fraud call took my information saying it is from andhra bank an it is very urgent or they will block my account so i shared my card number to them. As they say they will activate my card today an i ll b able to withdraw money tomorrow

                                    I with drawn 1500 from your bank atm. But the transaction was failed.i didn't withdraw the money .but money was debited from my account .so please help me by refunding my money back.

                                      Hello, i swiped my card at a store few hours back. First the card has been declined, when the store swiped the card again the amount was cut. But i got three messages
                                      1. The amount has been cut (The amount was actually cut)
                                      2. The card has been declined (Shows the amount after paying bill at the store)
                                      3. The amount has been cut. (The amount has cut again here)
                                      I sent a message to the number provided by andhra bank.
                                      And they have blocked my card from further transactions.
