In my locality Andhra bank have an ATM but it is not provide services to us.i have an Andhra bank account and have a debitcard, I want to withdraw money from my account but ATM is not working then I went to another ATM of SBI bank but there is only 4000rupees available per transaction I need 20, 000 so I can draw it in 5 times.after 2 day I need again money but no cash in the ATM so I went to another ATM and drawn 4000 but my bank debited 4024 because of doing a transaction in other bank ATM.almost all banks doing the same thing they don't maintains the money in ATM but debiting in to customers account.

Hi sir, today morning im deposited the 5800rs in the CDM rajeev nagar branch. money was not credited in my account & machine shows the hardware error. sir, its my 20 days salary. so, please solve my problem.
Sir i have account in tadepaligudem branch i have contacted them for my cheque clearence and for kyc conformation they didnt even respond for my call and speaking volgurly i did contact from delhi

      I have ordered a product in amazone and then i have paid the money but unfortunately i have canceeled the order and amazone informed me they have refunded the money and it will be seen in account by aug 13 but still i didnt get it. So just calrify that and please make some arrangements to refund that money i think its the bank part is not clear so just make some sudden steps to refund it

        I s mohan kumar having a savings account with account number: [protected] in andhra bank (Hindu college) branch
        Guntur.
        I also have a debit card for the above account with number:
        Today,[protected] i had done swiping in wargnal rice store, bowenpally in hyderabad for amount of 870. I got a message to my mobile number that the same amount has been debited from my account, but the shop keepers are saying that they did not receive any amount from my account, so please kindly check this issue and repay my amount to my account as early as possible.

            Dear sir,

            I was flying from hyderabad to overseas from rgia airport hyderabad.

            I had to pay airlines for my extra baggage. But due to the issues with the airline the flight got cancelled and the airline had voided the transaction after a few hours.

            Now, i have checked my online bank statement, i can only see that the transaction was debited from my account for the amount of rs 5588/- but i do not see the same amount of rs 5588/- has not credited back to my account.

            I contacted the airline and they have informed that they processed the void from their end and i have to followup with the bank.

            Can you please advise what information you would need and who should i contact to have this issue resolved? I have the pos receipt which i can share it with you.

              Andhra Bank is not cancelling the nach of just dail stating they can't and I wasn't using account since a year and now they have marked account balance as -2500, before also I have requested in branch to cancel all the nach mandate but they didn't.

                    I had made a purchase on 28 july 2018 in saravana selvarathnam stores through debit card through pos the first transaction done was failed transaction. They debited the amount from my account but was not credited to merchant account. The second transaction was successful. They have debited twice the amount from my account. I had filed complaint and mailed the kknagar branch till now i have not received any reply from the bank. I want my amount to be credited back to my account at the earliest.

                          I am not getting Atm card from last 2 yrs, my account is in Visakhapatnam kgh branch, I am transferred from Srikakulam to Visakhapatnam, I open new account in Kgh branch, my account in Srikakulam balaga branch transfered here Kgh branch and closed, but Atm card is not issuing to this account in Kgh branch, the problem is Atm card which is issuing is always linked to the account which i have in Srikakulam, now I want Atm card for the account which I have in Visakhapatnam kgh branch, kindly solve my problem and please issue Atm card

                              I Bolavoni Bhima account holder in Andhra bank.I faced a problem on12 june (put the transaction date here) while doing the transaction online through my Debit card, the amount had been deducted from my account but the receiver did not receive the amount and caused payment failure.Till now the deducted money does not refund to my account.So, I kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.All supporting documents have been attached along with this application.

                              I paid 550 in a shop on[protected] using my depit card. Then I cancelled the payment.But till now I didn't get my money back.Transaction id is 88240557.
                              And i hv included the void sale receipt.

                                Hi,
                                Recently i got a legal notice from Andhra bank, Sattenpalli branch saying i need to pay 4219 as i was due under my account [protected], so i have visited the bank and approached one of the staff of Andhra bank and they asked me to pay 4250/- to close the account .
                                i did paid the amount and came to the staff to close my account after some time he took me to the branch manager and asked me to pay 5265/- more to close the account.
                                i don't know all of sudden what happend and they are asking for 5265/- if any charges were there why they were charged immediatly in the span of 10 mins.
                                i request you to help me in this issue and assist me to close the account asap.

                                  My name is Bhairava prasad. Iam raising this compliant behalf of my Nephew Education loan.
                                  When we apporached for education loan in town intailly the Bank Manager agreed to provide loan ( orally, unforutanly there is no proof now ) and now after joining the Btech admission he is refusing to provide the education without any proper reaon as he is mentioning the reaons which are not valid at all.When i talked over the phone he is communicating with invalid reasons

                                  Can you please help me on this case as its really required to continue the education loan without any Interruption

                                    I have tried book train tickets on 14 july 2018 through IRCTC Mobile application via BHIM UPI PAYMENT. Unfortunately transaction failed. but amount of Rs.2161.80 was deducted from my account and gone to "[protected]@hdfc" upi link.                                         I had deposited a cheque of indusind Bank
                                        Which was issued into my Andhra bank account located at Nirmal approx 15-20 days back and the cheque is not yet cleared.

                                        After constant follow ups with the bank, the bank employees have a straight & Blunt answer """ Cheque clearence takes minimum 15 days"

                                        This delay on behalf of Andhra bank is creating a major problem as the account maintaince is sluggish and pathetic. I fell like just stop using Andha bank services.

                                        There is no bank in India which takes so many days to clear a cheque.
                                        In todays world of Internet Services and Quick Responses "ANDHRA BANK" still lags behind 20 yrs in providing todays services...

                                        I would request you to kindly take this matter seriously and act accordingly to the "RBI rules & regulations"
