I am s. Bhavani, havving an account in andhra bank, tuni branch, tuni, i had applied for internet banking, i got my userid and password, now i am login to my account, then see in my account transaction password expiring in 3 days, then enter my transaction password for change to a new password, after enter another new password i see an error report that is invalid transaction password you are left with 02 more attempts please provide solution how to recover only my transaction password.

    I am the account holder of andhra bank rentachintala branch, guntur district. The issue bank employees making much delay to transfer runa mafi amount to my loan account number. Many people are asked the bank manager and there is proper response and he replayed for always next week and next week.

        Sir, I am facing internet banking problem from past few months, when I log in to the internet banking website it shows some error i. E., "the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime."

        I even send a complaint mail to Andhra bank twice but I didn't get any response
        But there is no solution pls solve this problem

          I have applied for an educational loan at Andhra bank last September for my abroad studies. We already had a housing loan going on at this moment. So we approached the manager, and he said we could apply for an educational loan but we need to add additional properties. We did provide whatever we asked and whatever we can. I have no issue with the bank manager here. However, the problem is the manager said zonal officers should approve the loan and he sent my father to submit the documents directly to the Kakinada zonal office. My father went to Kakinada zonal office to provide the reports many times. in those times they have used inappropriate language at my father and make him wait there hours. Once they called for a document to submit and my father went there with my family because he was on his way to a function. He was there with my both mother and sister and even on that day, they did the same thing again by making my family stand there and wait for hours. They used some inappropriate language again in front of my family still telling that it is their place and they can do whatever they want, and we are nothing in front of them. After few days they called the bank manager saying that they cannot provide the loan because my father went to the zonal office with my family. They told that cant sanction it because my father went to the zonal office with my family. They said to the manager who is sitting in front of my father they both cleared listened to what they have said. my father went to the bank for the loan issue to talk with the manager hoping when we will get the result and they called even though it is not in the loudspeaker, but my father can apparently listen to what they said, and he felt very sad hearing those words, and he was embarrassed. They told us that it was not our house to go there with family and won't sanction it because we went with family and we can do whatever we want and also used some inappropriate language they even scolded the bank manager telling him why he is sending this kind of cases. Because of them my six months time was completed wasted. If they do not want to give they can say we cant, but they should not use such kind of language towards and attitude towards my family when we have done nothing to them. Because of their position, six months of my course have been wasted, and my family went through embarrassment. It was not our intention to go there with family we were in a family function, and they suddenly called us and told my father to come here, so my father take my mother and sister because he had no other option because he cannot leave them in an unknown area. They have their family too I believe so how will they react when someone used this kind of attitude. Please take action on this complaint, don't leave it because it a small issue I have wasted six months if time because of them, and we went through much embarrassment. I have complained lately because my father thinks that if you take this complaint seriously, it will affect the manager. So I didn't complained, but I don't want others to suffer like this, so I am complaining even if it's late. i have no issue with the ryali andhra bank manager but this is all about those two zonal officers in kakinada who went through my loan. So please take action on them and make sure not to report this kind of things again.

I have loaded the money in the machine it is showing on the screen that it is counting after some time the machine suddenly got the message showing that machine is out of service contact the manager what to do now.                   My father is andhra bank account holder... When he went to withdraw cheque, the employee told him that they are giving amount to only for their branch customers. Is it fair dividing home and non-home branch customers. Sometimes we don't have time to go our home branch so we approach near branches. And the cheque is just for 10000 rupees, u andra bank can't afford 10k rs for non branch customers..?? And they also telling we don't have amount to give u.. Too disappointed for your services

                      I tried to withdraw the 500rs from Punjab national bank ATM, JP Nagar branch, Bangalore, with my Andhra bank debit card, it didn't suspended the cash but the amount was debited from my Andhrabank account.

                      please resolve this by re-crediting the respected amount to my account.

                          regarding cdm hardware error while depositing money

                          I deposited 300 rupees in cdm on[protected]. It had given 100 note back and when i inserted in it again and suddenly it displayed as hardware error. Till now amount was not credited to my account. I had contacted customer care number to complaint but they are saying to me to contact the cdm branch. Till now there was no proper response. Please resolve this problem and intitate me about further details...

                          I visited my home branch, in ashoknagar branch, and submitted all documents what they required, 15 days back, and today[protected] again i visited my home branch to know status of my credit card application, but the bank people behaved rudely/rashly, gave answer, please take action on that people, and make them process as soon as possible.

                            Today Morning I used PEDL cycle (102503). I could not end the trip. So I kept and locked at Cerenity Apartments which has a PEDL station. I sent 2 complaint mails also. there was no response. Morning on-words I tried to end the trip but not able to end the trip.

                            Could you please end the trip.

                            It would be great help if we have any customer care number.

                              As we are the residing in mogappair east, and we have an account in the respected bank, it is for your notice that the bank employee are treating very badly the customers... Delay in work, not answering properly, showing her anger unnecessarily, how an employee will misbehave this much to an customer. I am very much disappointed about that. Pls make sure this should not repeat with any others. Thank you.

                                    I have an account in andhra bank satyanarayanapuram branch. As soon as i entered the bank, i stood for there for some time and i had talk to someone who can help me to solve my issue about the expired card. But when my chance approached, the member working talked to me in an unwanting way which was not responding to my trouble. And i do want to complaint on the lack of funds in the atm everytime.

                                      On 5th of March 2018 around 9.30 am I have deposited an amount of Rs. 52150/- through Andhra Bank CDM machine at Nidadavole Branch, which has to be transfered to account at Chebrol, w.g. district, A.P. for Savings Banking account no [protected] in the name of Pasivedala Srinivas. In this matter we have complined to bank branch manger in written. But not responded in responsible way. As such we are looking for stringent action against this matter, on receipt of this compliant.                                       I have deposited 48, 500 in the cash deposit machine in ushamullapudi branch near gajularamaram kukatpally Hyderabad and the printer was not working it displayed unauthorized transaction and dint give cash back and before that I have deposited 48, 000 which is reflecting in account and for this 48, 500 dint receive any update or anything how do I claim my money back pls help
